Customer contacted John the Plumber to address a leak underneath the kitchen sink. Upon arrival, the technician performed a brief inspection and identified the source of the leak as the dishwasher hose connection to the garbage disposal. The technician presented the customer with several repair options, and the customer elected to proceed with the basic repair, which included repairing the dishwasher hose and installing a garbage disposal collar. Upon completion of the repair, the technician filled the kitchen sink with water to test the connection. No leaks were detected at the time of testing. Warranty: A 60-day warranty is provided on the work performed.
Client looking for a solution for flooding near the walkway of the building. Will get with Pablo in the morning for solutions Estimate sent for French drain
Upon arrival I was shown to two toilets not flushing. Ran the plumbing system and nothing back up at first. Pulled a toilet and confirmed the stoppage is downstream. Found a building cleanout near the building and ran about 100 feet of cable downstream to no avail. Sent my sewer camera down and located it at another cleanout near the street and that’s overflowing as well. Couldn’t make it too far downstream from that cleanout with my cable or camera. City connection not overflowing. Cam couldn’t see upstream from there. Need to return with multiple guys and bigger equipment this is a bigger issue and not the responsibility of the individual owner. Informed owner to have the building call us out tomorrow to tend to the issue
Upon my arrival customer was interested in replacing a hose Bibb on the exterior of his home right above the main shutoff to the house. I inspected all other hose bibbs on sterile of the property and none of the others had any issues other than the one the customer brought to my attention. I then presented an estimate to replace the single exterior hose Bibb which the customer agreed to. Upon completion of the install I tested the hose Bibb to confirm it was working properly which it was with no issues. I then presented the work to the customer and he was very happy with the end result. Hose Bibb has 1 year JTP parts and labor warranty. No further issues at this time.
