Anthony and Billy were excellent! Very helpful and explained the problem and solution. They were able to fix the leak and locate a 2nd one they were able to fix as well. Would highly recommend. He was very knowledgeable and easy to understand.

Upon arrival customer didn’t answer their phone and we are unable to leave a voicemail as mailbox is full. Customer didn’t put us on list with security so we were unable to go to customers unit. We called once again and we were unable to reach customer. We are sorry but we had to move on to other customers at this time. -Shane

Upon my arrival customer had 3 customer supplied moen shower heads with handhelds to install. I installed all 3 showerheads with no issues ne tested them to confirm there were no leaks of any kind and they were operating normally. Customer had purchased Kohler stand alone tub filler but did not purchase the mounting bracket for it so we could not install the tub filler. She will call back at a later time to schedule tub filler install when she purchases a new one. No further issues at this time.

Due to estimated 30 feet of exterior sewer severely back pitched from 2° upwards of 6° and as per picture shown this entire pipe is holding water due to the pitch starting from the clean out. John, the plumber will excavate up to 30 feet starting from the clean out in the front of the property going to the left. This is to stop right before the driveway. John, the plumber will remove the bad section of piping and install new schedule. 40 DWVPVC piping as per Florida plumbing code This must be a permitted job. All permit fee fees, application fee fees, and processing fees are included in this estimate.. Customer fully understands that any strawberry, trees, and or concrete that needs to be removed. John the plumber is not responsible for replacement of these items.. Anything past 30 feet that customer would like taken care of. Customer stated they had a handyman make a repair to a kitchen drain line that was backing up and for whatever reason he mentioned a leak on the drain line and opened up the block wall for some of repair. This was done last week Friday and the tenants have not been able to use the kitchen sink since then. The tenant mentioned that every time the sink or the dishwasher was used the water would come out of the wall from the outside and the inside of the home. There are obvious spot repairs done on the block wall. The tenant ran the water and there was water coming from underneath the dishwasher and the outside block wall and you can see water on the sliding glass door tracks. Tech inspected the area and explained we would need to open up the block wall to inspect the drain line first and then provide an estimate for the repair depending on what is found. Tech also noticed the main shutoff valve is an older gate valve that was leaking from the stem when you turned it. We would recommen

Upon my arrival the customer was interested in JTP installing 3 customer supplied shower heads and a customer supplied tub filler for her bath tub. I presented an estimate to install the 3 shower heads along with the tub filler and customer agreed to the estimate. Customer ordered everything while I was there as well. All parts are scheduled to be delivered this Thursday 7/23. I am setting up appointment for this Friday 7/24 to do the install for said parts. No further issues at this time
