Carl is a highly competent technician. He quickly identified an installation fault on my toilet that others have not been able to. He is very good at explaining things, highly knowledgeable and courteous. The rate is fair for the service provided. I would definitely call Carl again for future plumbing work.

The two gentleman at John the Plumber were lovely. They offered to take their shoes off, looked at all of the issues on my plumbing to-do list, put together quotes and before leaving fixed the primary problem, replacing the garbage disposal. The completed the job of installing anew toilet quickly, cleanly and professionally, in addition too being pleasant and answer any and all questions. I had an after hours emergency and River came out within an hour. He was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem and he put a temporary fix on it. He came back the next day with Johnathan and the two of them finished the job. They were both professional and great at what they do. They are an asset to the company.

Lin and Jeff were outstanding. They had an extremely difficult install. They added an additional hose bib on the dock. They ran over 30 feet of pipe to connect the two, under the dock, while being on a floating platform. They did great, and we are very happy with the results. I have used John the Plumber several times and couldn't be happier with their professionalism, customer service and knowledge of the scope of work.Also a big thank you to Maleen and Jody in the office. They are so professional, always happy to help, call when the technician is on the way and always follow up to make sure the job was done correctly.I would recommend John the Plumber to anyone that needs any plumbing services done.Outstanding service, great communication and follow up.Thank you for being my go to plumber...

My technician was very good, he called me before hand (I wasn’t on site) to go over everything that I requested. He mentioned things I was not aware of and gave me estimates for that as well. I liked the communication and promptness of them getting me on the schedule.

Today Shaun was great and as part of the estimating process explained what was wrong with our faucet.Not sure why this was not posted when this older service call happened.I called for service and they came the same day which in Florida is unheard of. Bill was dispatched and he was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work he was performing. He also went above and beyond to show us where our water shut off valves were and explained safety features which in a condo that is 4k sq feet is helpful. He returned the next day as this job was somewhat complex and finished installing pipe connections for a second dishwasher, installed a new faucet and capped two pipes that were no longer in use for a dishwasher that was relocated. I could not be happier! Still waiting for other plumbers to respond to my inquiry.I highly recommend this company.

John the plumber just did a very good job fixing a pipe I broke trying to replace a tub spout. Vince did a great job opening the wall and repairing the pipe while making sure everything was shipshape before leaving. This is the second job they've done for me and I would gladly call them for a third should I need it.

Carl and Rich were great! On time, polite, courteous. They insisted on putting booties on over their shoes, even though I told them it was not necessary as my floors are being cleaned later this week. They replaced my hot water heater the same day that I asked for a quote, which was not expected at all. Overall, just a great experience. Thank you both! Highly recommend!

The technicians arrived on time and kept me apprised of unexpected delays that were caused by issues out of their control. To their credit, they stayed beyond their assigned time because they wanted to ensure that the installation of new pipes, valves, and the water heater was done correctly and would pass code inspection. Plus, they cleaned up after themselves!

Great Job by Gary & Marquise! They came by first thing after a frantic call the night before for a leaking 30 gal water heater & main water valve leak. Catastrophe averted - the heater was split down the back and ready to blow. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up after. Granted it wasn't super cheap but the work was solid. Had a hiccup but Shane Evans was super duper friendly. Everything wrapped. All good.
