From the very beginning of the interaction with John the Plumber, it made our bad situation easier. The appointment was easy to get, arrived within window promised, technician called when on the way, and sent a text/email with picture of technician before arrival. The tech was clear, quotes were reasonable, and work was started immediately. I would recommend John the Plumber and use them again, hopefully not too soon!
