EXTRAORDINARY service!! Mike (Service Manager), and Chad (Plumber) were AMAZING!! Had an old solar water heater system in its last leg, tank leaking water badly. Mike coordinated everything to switch back to a conventional electric system and in no time I had hot water again. From setting things up, to price, to job completion, these guys deserve an A+++ rating for their service. I cannot be any happier as these guys help me regain my quality of life, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!🙏🏽🙏🏽

Chad was very professional and mindful of my property. He repaired my leaking toilet and shut off valve. He also gave suggestions on additional repairs. I will have a few upcoming repairs and feel confident of the work that will be done. Also a very friendly office staff. They called before the tech was in route so I could plan accordingly. Overall great company.

We needed our hot/cold washer valves replaced as they were the original over 30 years old. I did a lot of research on Plumbing companies. John the Plumber was so professional. Joe came out promptly to do an estimate. Jason and Rich came back to do the actual work. They showed up on time on the scheduled day. They were both very professional, very friendly, did a great job, cleaned up and truly went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and others. My husband Robert Walla and I needed John the Plumber once again. One of our toilets was leaking. Jason came out and we decided that both toilets needed to be replaced. Jason and A J came a few days later to do the job. They were done in under two hours. We cannot say enough good things about this company, from Renee and Heidi to Jason and AJ, everyone is kind, efficient and professional. We are very pleased with the service we receive. They replaced all of the galvanized pipes under my house. Working in a small crawl space was not easy. They were so professional, efficient and considerate. Started out with 2 plumbers and in order to finish by the end of the day so I wouldn’t be without water, 2 more plumbers came and they got the job done. Wonderful people.

If I could have given this company 10 Stars, I would have!! We needed a new hot water tank installed in our condo. Called on Friday, installed on Monday. Every step of the process was flawless. Dealing with Renee at the main office was truly a lovely experience. Hard to say that these days!! Sounds corny but she is an absolute delight. She was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. She coordinated everything from quoting the job, contacting the condo association to see what forms were required, secured the require permits from the town, and followed up immediately after the installation was complete. My maintenance man was on sight for the installation. He too was very impressed with the two gentlemen sent to do the work. Again, polite, knowledgeable, neat & clean and efficient. Thank you..Thank you…Really! I will only use JTP from this day forward for any and all future plumbing needs!!! JTP ROCKS!!

Extremely professional, courteous, and efficient The office staff that I spoke with, Heidi and Renee, are exceptional as well, they had a cancellation and got us taken care of earlier than expected. From the moment Heidi picked up the phone I felt like I was in good hands with John the Plumber. She gave me all the information I needed to replace the water heater at my house. I sent pictures of the tank and Renee responded quickly. Renee was incredibly helpful every step of the way. She went above and beyond what I expected from a service agent. I can't thank her enough for how much she put me at ease and helped me. The tech, Joe, completed the work in a timely manner. I can't recommend Joe the Plumber enough. I will definitely use them again for all of my plumbing services. Five stars!

Experienced a slab leak. Pablo was able to detect it and repair two lines. A big plumbing issue needing expert,quick attention. Chad was great as an additional experienced plumber on the problem. Chad also did a fabulous job covering the drywall holes temporarily and expertly reinstalled the bathroom vanity. Definable will request Chad by name if any plumbing issues surface.

We had Errick over for a quote initially and again to do the work on Sat. He did an excellent job. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He respected our home and everyone around the house including our pet. He wore shoes cover everytime when he came into the house. Definitely recommend John the Plumber. I called John the Plumber to figure out why my water pressure suddenly decreased substantially. The city had recently done work to the main line & the pressure had not been the same since. Jason was sent out to inspect the lines & explained that sediment had gotten into some of my fixtures. He explained that some could be cleaned out but others needed to be replaced. Jason was respectful & informative through out the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable & thoroughly explained what my options were. I highly recommend this company & requesting Jason.

Wil and Jason installed a new water heater. I watched the 3-hour installation process; they were focused and did not rest until the project was completed. They were professionally adroit demonstrating complete plumbing skills set as well as being technically efficient and creative to adapt the hoses to the water heater location. They clearly enjoyed their work. I was pleased with the final cost.Callie, the receptionist, has an engaging, caring phone manner and worked to get the service scheduled within the requested 24 hours. Both receptionists make me feel like a special client.Without reservation, I will continue to use John The Plumber for my future plumbing service needs.
