Excellent service with John the Plumber in replacing our water heater this week. Pablo Fernandez and the other technician who came out to assess, quote, and perform the replacement were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the options and made the appropriate recommendations as we considered replacing our traditional tank with a tankless and hybrid system. The ability to replace the heater immediately made it extremely convenient, especially considering our old heater was failing and had began leaking. While their quote wasn’t the very lowest, it was a very reasonable amount considering they offer a longer warranty on labor. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is needing to replace their water heater.

My mom called me saying she woke up to her 2nd bathroom floor covered in water. I then looked on line through Google reading reviews and found John the plumber. I called the number and spoke with Ms Tracy/Trinity who was very nice from the first call. She said at first they only had afternoon but called back and said she had someone that could come in the AM.The technicians Lin and Greg came and did above and beyond to get my mom up and running again. I definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.They are reasonably. priced and takes care of the elderly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I contacted John the Plumber and was pleasantly surprised to reach a live person right away. She was very friendly and scheduled an appointment with a four-hour window that same day. I also appreciated receiving a photo of the plumber beforehand.Kameron arrived about two hours later. He explained the work clearly and gave me a quote. Once we agreed, he immediately got started replacing my main house shut-off valve and an outdoor water spigot. We called them while I was working on an emergency project in Florida. I not from Florida so I didn’t know any plumbers in the area. John the plumbers sent one of their best guys, Kim the plumber and he was excellent! I mean, he came in, looked at the work that needed to be done and took care of it quick, all in the same day. Mr. Kerlew is an excellent technician. He came to my home to fix an ongoing leak beneath my kitchen sink. Mr. Kerlew was able to locate the source of the leak and was able to fix it promptly. In addition to his technical skills, he arrived on time, is a gentleman and communicated knowledgeably and clearly. I had a great experience working with Don/AJ and Team. We had a few issues with our plumbing. We had eroded cast-iron to our sewage line that backed up into our kitchen. We are a duplex that shares the same sewage line (house built in 1970). This was very stressful for me and my household. From diagnosing; installing new clean out; to digging a tunnel from the back of house to kitchen Don and John's Plumbing Team made it a pleasurable experience. Nothing was left in the dark. They were transparent with what they knew and didn't know, and most importantly the work was done and we had the kitchen back up and running when he said they would. Upon arrival, the customer showed us the issue with the master toilet, explaining that the valve had come off and the toilet was continuously running. After assessing the situation, we suggested replacing both emergency stop valves in both bathrooms for the toilets and performing a minor rebuild in the master toilet to resolve the running issue. We proceeded with the work as discussed, replacing both valves and completing the rebuild in the master toilet. After completing the repairs, we checked for leaks and confirmed that there were none.

I came out today to do 2 major toilet rebuilds on 1 toilet in the women’s bathroom, and the other in the men’s bathroom. I also replaced the leaking faucet in the women’s bathroom, and also replaced the old emergency stop with a new quarter turn emergency stop in the women’s bathroom. I turned the water back on to test for leaks and there are no leaks. The toilets are flushing good, there are no leaks on either toilet. I had the customer flush the toilets to make sure everything is working properly.
