Had a clogged kitchen sink John the plumber came out the same day. Will the technician showed up explained pricing and his plan. He was great with a great sense of humor had me up on running water is less than 30 minutes. Great job and super friendly company highly recommend.

Vince from John The Plumber made a visit to fix the inside of the tank on the toilet,the chain wouldn't stay on.He put the hook in a 3rd hole on the arm.He did not charge me! I live in Harbor Village in Pompano Beach.They have been my plumber since 2010.I would never do business with another plumber and I have confidence in them.The owners 3 brothers(John the original was the father) will always do business in a professional manner.Everyone in the office is polite and efficient.Vincent is great!

Jason came out to diagnose my shower leak. He showed me what the problem was and immediately searched for and ordered the replacement part. He came back about a week later to replace the faulty part and fix the leak. But as I was checking the water pressure and the leak, I noticed that the temperature was not quite right. Not hot enough. So Jason very patiently took the time to re-fiddle with the part and re-install it to get the temperature just right. Very appreciative of his professionalism and courteousness.

Great experience with this company ... they have a customer for life thanks to Will and Jody. Will came out to service my home and Jody was the customer service contact. Both were extremely kind and made good use of my time. The clog was fixed (tree roots). I've been using another company for 25+ years - they always had to come out 2-3 times due to lack of attention to detail - Will was not this way. He was very attentive and made sure the issue was resolved. I truly was nervous to try a new company but I'm so glad I did with John the Plumber. Thank you Will. Thank you Jody.

Mike came this morning to our home to have our leaky toilets and an outdoor faucet repaired. He was super friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. He was upfront and honest when it came to cost of the repairs. As it turned out, the faucet outdoors did not need repairs, just a strong arm. I know there are others in the industry that would have taken advantage of this, as it has happened to me in the past. I truly appreciate his honesty and integrity in the work he does. Additionally, He was thorough and knowledgeable in his work. Also, when I called to schedule the appointment, the dispatch/operator was extremely friendly and professional. I came out today to do 2 major toilet rebuilds on 1 toilet in the women’s bathroom, and the other in the men’s bathroom. I also replaced the leaking faucet in the women’s bathroom, and also replaced the old emergency stop with a new quarter turn emergency stop in the women’s bathroom. I turned the water back on to test for leaks and there are no leaks. The toilets are flushing good, there are no leaks on either toilet. I had the customer flush the toilets to make sure everything is working properly.
