Tech was called out for several issues. Customer has a disposal that is completely rusted and seized up and they had a leak coming from their 1/2 bathroom faucet. Customer said he shut the emergency stops off and it stopped. When tech arrived emergency stops were closed. Tech opened stops and tried to see where leak was coming from. After testing everything tech could not recreate leak. Tech advised customer to replace emergency stops and faucet because he could not say what had been the cause of the leak. Customer has a single home high end faucet and tech adivised customer to purchase one themselves in order to get something they are happy with. Customer approved disposal replacement today and will call back to schedule faucet install. Tech also provided estimates for replacement of heater. This option is to furnish and install a new 1/2 hp disposal. Tech installed disposal. Checked for leaks. Everything working good
