I was quite pleased with the service provided. Titus was very professional and eager to please. He completed the work quickly and efficiently. I had a problem with a faucet, in addition to the toilet replacement, and he was able to fix that as well. He deserves 10 stars!!!!!

I am very pleased with Josh and The entire workforce at John the plumber. The Customer Service is fast And efficient when ordering work. The tradesmen like Josh illustrate the value of trained professionals and the difference it makes when hiring intelligent and capable technicians. All of the proposed work was explained in Laymans terms so I could understand and carried out with constant texts and reminders of how the job is going when they will arrive and what it will cost. The two gentleman at John the Plumber were lovely. I had an after hours emergency and River came out within an hour. He was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem and he put a temporary fix on it. He came back the next day with Johnathan and the two of them finished the job. They were both professional and great at what they do. They are an asset to the company.

Lin and Jeff were outstanding. They had an extremely difficult install. They added an additional hose bib on the dock. They ran over 30 feet of pipe to connect the two, under the dock, while being on a floating platform. They did great, and we are very happy with the results. I have used John the Plumber several times and couldn't be happier with their professionalism, customer service and knowledge of the scope of work.Also a big thank you to Maleen and Jody in the office. Today Shaun was great and as part of the estimating process explained what was wrong with our faucet.Not sure why this was not posted when this older service call happened.I called for service and they came the same day which in Florida is unheard of. Bill was dispatched and he was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work he was performing. He also went above and beyond to show us where our water shut off valves were and explained safety features which in a condo that is 4k sq feet is helpful. He returned the next day as this job was somewhat complex and finished installing pipe connections for a second dishwasher, installed a new faucet and capped two pipes that were no longer in use for a dishwasher that was relocated. I could not be happier! Still waiting for other plumbers to respond to my inquiry.I highly recommend this company.

John the plumber just did a very good job fixing a pipe I broke trying to replace a tub spout. Vince did a great job opening the wall and repairing the pipe while making sure everything was shipshape before leaving. This is the second job they've done for me and I would gladly call them for a third should I need it.

Carl and Rich were great! On time, polite, courteous. They insisted on putting booties on over their shoes, even though I told them it was not necessary as my floors are being cleaned later this week. They replaced my hot water heater the same day that I asked for a quote, which was not expected at all. Overall, just a great experience. Thank you both! Highly recommend!

1940

1940 Our grandfather opened Krobatsch Plumbing and Heating and taught our dad about the plumbing business.

1979 On July 4th, our dad opens John The Plumber as a one-man operation in Pompano Beach, FL.

1985 John, (son of the original John the Plumber,) gets a state-certified master's license in plumbing.

1987 After our father's passing, John and David assume control of the family business. They work out of 1 truck until we can raise enough money to buy a second.

1994 John The Plumber hires its first full-time employee!

1995 John The Plumber outgrows the family home and moves the business into a warehouse off Atlantic Boulevard.

2000 Following in their brother's footsteps, David and Michael get their state-certified master's license in plumbing.

2003 Michael joins the business full-time, meaning that John The Plumber is now run by brothers John, David and Michael.

2005 John The Plumber moves to a new, larger location. Unfortunately, on the first day we were supposed to be open for business Hurricane Wilma blew the roof off of our new warehouse!

2019 John The Plumber celebrates its 40th year in business.
