Upon arrival, customer informed me that he had two toilets that were still running after I performed a minor rebuild about a month ago. After diagnostic, I determine that both toilets needed the flush valve and the tank bolts replaced as they were both losing water. I previously charged the customer for minor rebuild on each Toilet so I advised the customer that I would have to go a step further and do a major rebuild on each toilet. I told the customer I would credit the minor rebuild on each toilet that he already paid for and just total the difference. Customer agreed. After replacing both flush valves and take to bowl gaskets I ran a die pack test on both toilets and there were no leaks. I left some die packs with the customer as well just in case he thinks he hears a toilet running he can check on his own. Customer also has an active leak from his master bathroom shower down into his kitchen ceiling. Customer says every time he runs the shower. It begins to drip on the ceiling in

Upon arrival customer had a backup in toilet and needed to have toilet augered. While augering toilet we did pull back a rag and now toilet is flushing as it should. We offered to do a free home inspection to familiarize customer to the plumbing in home. We did notice water heater is not up to code due to not having an electrical switch and pan not being operational. Water supply to heater is also an old style gate valve. Further inspection kitchen faucet is in rough shape and will need to be updated. Kitchen drain is old style brass p trap and is severely corroded and will need to be updated in the near future as well as emergency stops under kitchen sink. Lavatory faucet is leaking out of spout before aerator and will soon need to be updated with emergency stops and pop up assembly. Pop up assembly will come with purchased faucet. Estimates provided for updates Thank you for calling JohnThe Plumber -Shane

Upon arrival we accessed the nature of the cap off and discovered we would need to pull the vanity to complete the cap off due to not enough pipe being exposed and also wood cabinets so we could not sweat off the valves without removing the vanity. We provided an estimate to entrusted who we were unable to contact when the time came. We went ahead and completed the cap off and emailed over the invoice as we had previously emailed the estimate first. All work was completed no leaks.

Upon arrival customer has a rpm to pool filler that is leaking through vent. We will replace valve with a different brand valve. Customer is unavailable today due to showing the house, we will schedule for Monday. Thank you for calling John The Plumber we are sorry for the inconvenience -Shane

During my diagnostics of this existing Titan tankless heater, I’ve come to the determination that the overload on the electricity for this heater has caused this unit to essentially burn out. This heater should have a dedicated double pole 60 breaker with nothing at all plugged into it . As per pictures taken, there is two separate power sources plugged into this electrical junction box which is causing overload power and intern, causing the breaker to continuously turn on and off, which has causing this heater to burn out. This estimate is to provide and install a new Titan 120 tankless water heater. Customer understands that John the plumber will provide and replace this heater with a one year parts and labor has a free warranty and no extra cost to customer. Customer also understands that this tankless may not have any other electrical plugged into this dedicated 60 amp breaker or it will continuously burn up the unit John, the plumber is also recommending having an electrician come

On arrival the customer showed me the water heater in master bedroom closet and water main shutoff. They have no hot water in the home. Turned switch by water heater on. Checked upper and lower thermostats and elements. Tested good. Waited 20 minutes found water heater is working properly. No warranty on work.

Upon arrival to the location, security signed us in and gave us the key to head upstairs. The new trim was there at the unit already. The problem is they sent him the wrong trim plate, it was too far off the wall and can’t secure the handle. Peter is getting the correct one from speakman and will call back.

On arrival the customer showed us the tankless water heater currently installed in the hallway closet. The customer is interested in switching the tankless water heater to a rheem 30gal 3500w tall. I wrote an estimate to replace the tankless water heater with a new rheem 30gal 3500w tall and install a new electrical switch, new pan, and new water heater emergency shutoff. The drain line is capped off currently and is a 1/2 pipe. At this moment the customer is doing a remodel on the kitchen and is having the whole breaker box replaced and will be putting in a 20 double pull for the water heater. Customer will proceed with job when he is ready and everything in his home is done. This is a permitted job.

Customer originally contacted us for an estimate to install a customer-supplied kitchen faucet. Upon arrival, they also requested additional work to be completed during the same visit. This included replacing a faulty shower cartridge, installing two lavatory pop-up drain assemblies, and replacing two dual emergency shut-off valves under the kitchen sink. The customer approved the full scope of work. Once the customer-supplied kitchen faucet arrived, all requested installations and replacements were performed during a single service visit. The shower cartridge was replaced, restoring proper function to the shower. Both lavatory pop-up assemblies were installed for improved drainage, and the worn shut-off valves under the kitchen sink were removed and replaced with new, reliable dual shut-off valves. The new kitchen faucet was then installed and connected. All fixtures were fully tested upon completion. Water flow, drainage, and shut-off functions were verified, and all connections we

Upon arrival the homeowner has a new refrigerator delivered, and needed us to connect the ice maker line for him. After connecting the ice maker line I turned the water back on, and checked for leaks. There are no present leaks, and the ice maker line is working properly.

Upon arrival to the property, the water is shut off at the backflow preventer on the backside of the pool room. A board member showed me where the leak was coming from from the outside of the cinderblock wall. At this time, there is no access from the outside of the cinderblock wall due to the existing chlorine tanks and fencing obstructing the area. John the Plumber will have to remove tile and possibly a portion of the hanging door in the girls bathroom to access this piping. John the Plumber is not responsible for replacement of any cinderblock, tile and or the partition door that may have to be removed. This estimate is to provide services for a leak detection. This leak detection is up to 1.5 hours and upon customer approval each additional hour will be an additional charge. This estimate is only for leak detection and does not cover the repair costs. A separate estimate will be written up for the repair. I submitted an estimate to make the repair and I also made two separate phon

Upon arrival I was shown to a garbage disposal slowly draining. I noticed that it didn’t have any electrical on it and informed the customer that the long time unuse of it has caused it to rust and seize up hindering the flow. An estimate to replace it was agreed on and after the work was done I filled and drained the sink while running the disposal a couple times to ensure it was operating properly and leak free

Upon arrival, customer informed me that the pop-up drain that was previously worked on was not working. Customer said that it worked briefly right after I left and she hasn’t used the bathroom since. Customer said she went to use the bathroom today because she will be leaving town for a while and the pop-up drain did not work. After a brief diagnostic, I determined that the pop-up mechanism needed to be replaced. It was nothing customer induced the pop-up drain just seized and did not work. It was a factory malfunction so I replaced just to pop-up mechanism not the entire drain. Customer satisfied. Tested for leaks. Did a full drop test and no leaks.
Very good and efficient install of a new hot water and filtration unit. Excellent service.

We emailed over the payment link and also the water heater estimate. No permits

Upon arrival to the location, we met with Jenn who had the door open waiting on our arrival. I noticed a pad lock on the door and asked if she was moving in, she stated she was moving out. She stated she has an inspection tomorrow and had a faucet that wasn’t dispensing water properly and wanted it checked. When we took a look at the faucet, right away, I realized it was the aerator that was faulty. I then asked Jenn if she wanted us to inspect the rest of the home to give her a heads up on what the inspector might flag. Moreover, The water heater was well over 10 years old, and she had very corroded laundry valves but besides that, everything else was ok. In addition, I removed the aerator for Jenn and advised her we can get her a new one but we’ll obviously have to charge for it. Furthermore, she mentioned she would just leave it without the aerator. Hence, I told Jen I would show her some estimates and send them over to her, so she’ll be ahead of the inspector if he does flag these

Removed and replaced existing main shut-off valve with a premium 1" full-port brass ball valve, ensuring improved flow control and long-term reliability. Taped into the existing 1" Type L copper main water supply line entering the residence. Install a new 3/4" Schedule 40 PVC cold-water line, securely routed along the fence line. Integrated one new hose bibb mounted on the exterior wall near the A/C unit for outdoor water access. Extended a PVC line toward the seawall and terminate with a capped connection at the end of the run for future dock hose bib pedestal . All work was pressurized and test for leaks no leaks were detected. Also performed drop test for optimal pressure everything was at great pressure no leaks. No warranty on pvc breaks due to landscaping.

Upon arrival customer showed us to the bathroom that was blocked. Water was on the floor from the back up. We presented the estimate to the customer and he deliberately declined and was very upset with the price. Quote “I think you better leave”

Job details Technician replaced him supplied Standard Kitchen Faucet. Technician installed two new faucet supply lines. After faucet and supply lines were installed, technician then turned on the water to the home. No leaks were detected and the kitchen faucet is operational.
Great Service

Upon arrival, the customer showed us to the guest bathroom where they wanted to replace the widespread faucet. They then brought us to the mop sink, where they also requested a faucet replacement. We recommended replacing the angle stops for each of the faucets being replaced, and the customer agreed. The customer will be supplying both faucets and placed a $200 deposit.

Job details Technician dug up pipe around the city meter in order to expose the check valve that was leaking. After exposing the area around the check valve technician then proceeded to remove old leaking 1 1/2 swing Y check valve. After valve was removed, technician then proceeded to install a new check valve and replaced 2 feet of pipe. After glue was dried, the technician then proceeded to turn on the city meter and close the valve. Going to the house to keep that line pressure to check if there was any leaks. Everything held perfectly. Technician then proceeded to turn on the water to the home and backfill the city meter.

Upon I was informed that the customer doesn’t have hot water. I informed them that we can’t work on water heaters over 6 years old and an estimate to replace the water heater was agreed on. After the work was done I checked my connections for leaks and none were present and before I left I ensured hot water was present. Customer is aware of the small dent on the water heater. I told them that this is only cosmetic and will not change the efficiency or integrity of the water heater.
Nice work, flawless repair.

We met with the homeowner today who requested to have his toilet pulled and reset due to concerns about potential roots in the toilet flange. Upon removal, we confirmed that there were indeed roots present. We proceeded to remove the roots, reinstall the toilet, and test our work. No leaks were observed. The homeowner also provided a new tub spout, which we installed and tested. No leaks were observed. Additionally, the homeowner supplied a new tub drain for installation. However, the drain provided was not the correct size, so we installed one of our own instead. We tested the installation and no leaks were observed. It should be noted that the existing tub drain and overflow assembly appears to have been previously redone using tubular pipe and fittings. These use slip compression style connections rather than solvent-welded joints. While currently functioning, this type of setup relies on gaskets and is not ideal for long-term performance. Due to its location behind the kitchen,
Mark was very knowkedle and hekpful
