I came out today to camera the house in order to figure out what is causing reoccurring stoppages. I went on the roof and camered the main stack. I saw no obstructions in the line. The house is cast iron underneath and transitions to pvc just outside the front door. I flushed both toilets several times with and without toilet paper. I was able to see the water and toilet paper pass through the clean out. I advised the homeowner to double flush for now until I pull the toilet and camera the hallway bathroom line. There are only 2 stacks on the roof. 1 is for the main and the other is for the laundry room. There is no stack for the back bathroom.

This estimate is to replace the rotted out cast iron drain line that connects the kitchen sinks to the bathroom by tunneling under the building from the front at the North East corner than follow the horizontal cast iron kitchen drain all the way to the bathroom. We will remove the broken drain pipe & hang a new PVC pipe from the existing slab. We will meet the engineer & inspector, install pilings, backfill & haul away extra dirt. We will also need to remove some of the landscape in the area where we need to tunnel from. (Replacing landscape not included) This price includes permit fees, NOC, engineers fees & job to completion

Upon arrival was shown to location of where customer wants the new gas line. Spoke with owner and we came to conclusion customers needs to confirm wether there is concrete under the pavers in the back yard or it is just sand. Meeting with Dave Monday morning to give three different options for the scope of work.

Run new gas line to water heater from meter .could not check for leaks Teco had lock on gas meter. Follow up call will be made to make sure no problems with Teco .

Upon arrival was shown to toilet constantly running. Replaced fill valve, flapper and supply line to perform a minor toilet rebuild tested toilet and everything works properly. Also raised temp on water heater from 125 to 135.

Upon arrival I found the nipples on top of the water heater are very rusted. I will need to remove the rusted nipples and use two new brass nipples to reconnect the water heater. I will also replace both flex lines to ensure there will be no leaks. All materials and labor are included. After the work is completed I will test everything for proper function and check all fittings for any leaks. I will also install the customer supplied shower head in the master bathroom and tighten the emergency stop under the bar sink to stop it from dripping. Removed the cartridge in the master faucet hot side so I could apply silicone lubricant so it would stop squeaking.

I arrived today because my customer had a drip on the new ptrap I installed. I took apart the ptrap and replaced the gasket and the drip stopped.

Upon inspection fill valve is broken..rep,aced fill valve and water line in guest toilet. Tested flushing fine

This estimate is to replace the old cast iron pipes with pvc. This price includes chipping the floor (not repairing concrete). Includes flanged shower drain; moving the toilet over 3” and new vent pipe up through the roof. New horizontal waste arm’s to the lavatory sink and kitchen sink. Includes reconnecting the kitchen sink with a new p-trap. This price includes connection to the new 3” drain line out back. This price does not include permit fees; demo of walls; no water piping; no shower pan and not installing any fixtures. If estimate is approved - a formal contract will be drawn up.

Upon arrival emergency stop is leaking…replaced water line to toilet’s and new emergency stop Upon inspection toilet is loose…reset with new bolts…wax ring..tested all good

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the 11 year old water heater in the closet. I provided the homeowner with an estimate to get the heater replaced and he will let us know when he would like to move forward. No charge today as this is a free estimate.

Upon investigation…toilet backed up…floor cleanout filled with water. Ran k 60 60 ft…cleared clog…tested all flowing good

I came out today for 2 different things in the master bathroom. 1 was the shower wasn’t getting hot. The reason for this is the homeowner didn’t realize that the were not turning the handle all the way to the hot side. The other was for me to install a customer supplied lavatory wide spread faucet. I gave them a estimate for the installation and the homeowners declined the price at this time.

came out today to install new 50 gallon water heater in guest bedroom closet. Old heater was over 20 years old we had to update the electrical to a hardwired switch to bring the heater up to code installed new rheem 50 gallon and tested extensively to ensure no leaks and hot water. (6 year parts and labor warranty)

I arrived today to install a one piece bathroom vanity for my customer. After installing the faucet I drilled two holes in the cabinet and anchored it to the wall. After it was in its final place I installed a new ptrap and glued in the back splash. After all work was completed I tested for leaks and everything was functioning perfectly.

Upon arrival I found the nipples on the water heater are rusted and will need to be replaced. I will also be replacing the flex connectors for the water heater when I return. There are a few other things the homeowner would like taken care of so we will need to reschedule for next week so the homeowner can purchase materials. No charge today as we signed the estimate for next week.

I came out today and replaced the 2 old titan tankless units with 2 new rheem R-Tex 13 tankless and also replaced the old 1 inch gate valve with a new 1 inch quarter turn ball valve. After installing the units the house has hot water throughout the house. The property manager went to all of the fixtures to verify that there is hot water. I did come across an unusual situation. The property manager was trying to troubleshoot the tankless unit in the guest bedroom and was unable to diagnose the problem. After installing that unit I found that the breaker for that particular unit is installed incorrectly. When the breaker is in the off position it’s actually on. I went and bought a new fuse for the box located next to the unit, and it still didn’t work. I put the old fuse back in when the breaker was in the off position and the unit is working. The property manager is going to have an electrician come out and look at the breaker panel to make sure that everything is working properly.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the homeowner at the front door and led to the master bathroom. I found a shower that the cartridge had failed and letting water seal past . I gave him the price for a cartridge replacement and he accepted. Upon receiving authorization I promptly asked the customer to shut off the water I then removed the cartridges and installed the new cartridge. I then had the customer turn the water back on. I checked for leaks, I found none. I then tested the shower for proper functionality, it works perfectly.

I arrived today to clear a clog in my customers kitchen sink. I ran my drill snake 15’ 2 times. After running the drill snake I put the clean out cap back on and ran the hot water for 10 minute and it was draining perfectly.

I arrived today because my customer has water leaking from underground in his front yard. After turning off the city meter the leak was still leaking. The meter and main valve are on the west side of the residence and the leak is towards the east approximately 100’ away. I determined that the leak is on a city line that is before the residence meter and informed him to contact the city of Pompano Beach.

Upon inspection toilet was gurgling…ran k60 75 ft…ran all faucets and flushed toilets…all working fine… Recommend descaling and jetting if any further issues arise. E mailed estimates

Upon arrival was shown to the location of two different leaks. Dish washer was disconnected by others and the cold side stop was open and leaking when sink was ran. Re installed dishwasher in existing location with existing equipment. Laundry hose bib box was leaking and not shutting off, we cut o7t the old box and installed a new box with new hose bibs. Referring to Entrusted due to water damage in the kitchen and laundry room.

Upon arrival the customer showed us to her water heater and informed us that they had some roof work done and the roofers replaced the gas heater vent line going through the roof. Since then the customer has been smelling gas and has had some health issues. I opened the attic entrance, which is directly in front of the water heater, and could smell gas immediately. I quoted the customer on performing a gas pressure test to see if she had a leak on the gas supply to the heater. The customer agreed. I performed the gas drop test and it showed zero signs of any pressure dropping, indicating that there is not a gas supply leak. I then taped all of the gas vent piping connections to try and eliminate any gas from potentially leaking out into the attic.

Upon arrival the customer showed me to the bathroom and he informed me that they’ve backed up. I gave the customer multiple options so that he could choose what works best for him. Customer went with the drain clearing with the additional stack. I ran 75’ of k60 cable from two different stacks on the roof and cleared the stoppage. I pulled back baby wipes. I tried to camera the stacks but I couldn’t see anything in the sewer line due to build up.

Upon arrival I started the descale process on the tankless water heater on the north side of the home. While the heater was flushing I also performed the home inspection for the homeowner. I provided the homeowner with an estimate to replace 4 emergency stops with new quarter turn stops. Only charging the membership today because all work is covered under the membership.
