The plumber assigned to my case, Chad, did an outstanding job. From the onset, he exhibited an exceptional level of professionalism and proficiency. He arrived promptly, adhering to the scheduled time, and diligently carried out a thorough inspection to understand the root cause of the problems. His expertise was evident in the way he methodically repaired the shower and the main valve. His clear communication skills and patience in explaining what was wrong and how he intended to fix it were very appreciated. It was apparent that he was not only knowledgeable but also truly cared about ensuring the job was done right. I was particularly impressed with how he ensured everything was working perfectly and left the work area spotlessly clean after the job was done.

He showed up on time, was polite and professional, gave his best effort to address the issue at hand and then communicated it clearly to us. Would highly recommend his services for anyone looking for a high quality plumber.
Upon arrival the customer stated that both toilets in the unit were backing up. When I went to check the issue I found that nothing was backed up. I ran water and flushed toilet paper many times to test the drain lines. I would still recommend snaking the drain to ensure there is no blockage but the customer denied the service. I also recommended a bottle of bio one to the customer so there is at least on line of defense for a clog. I also gave the customer one complimentary dose of bio one to the drains as a courtesy. Supplying one bottle of Bio One drain maintainer to the customer.
came out today to remove original 3 handle shower valve that had a constant drip coming from the shower head. We installed a moen posi temp valve with a moen repair plate to cover the hole. Tested everything for proper function and no leaks.
Customer provided moen garbage disposal and wanted to replace old badger 5 unit, I have installed new moen garbage disposal with new one tested multiple times with drop test and we have no leaks or issue.
Upon arrival customer showed me to the bedroom where there was wet carpet in a corner of the room that shared a wall with a bathroom. I informed the customer that I could do a leak detection and gave her a price for it. That’s when the customer informed me that last time they had Eric out here and weren’t too happy with the outcome of his leak detection. I checked the water meter and there was no loss of water after 15 mins. I was unable to locate a main valve to the house and the meter shut off is an old gate valve. so I was also unable to turn the water off to do a pressure test. I then informed the customer that there was nothing I could do for them at the time and that they’d have to call the city to replace their meter and I referred the customer to entrusted so that they could potentially find the source of the leak.

I removed the tank and replaced the tank to bowl bolts, the gasket, the flush valve, and the toilet handle. All parts on this toilet are now brand new. Tested the toilet for proper flush and checked all fittings for any leaks.
Upon arrival, customer showed me to master bathroom where their lavatory sink was not draining properly. Customer was concerned that it could be a venting issue. Presented customer with options to do a drill snake and a bottle of bio one. Customer went with the drill snake after performing the drill snake it did not fix the issue. Further diagnosis showed that it was the grid drain that was the issue. I gave the customer a price for a new push button pop-up assembly. Customer gave the go ahead and I installed the new push button pop-up assembly. I tested with multiple full sink drop tests. Everything drains great.

Today we preformed a descaling and hydro jetting on the east line of the residence. The entry point was the stack on the southeast corner of the residence. This line passes by 2 bathrooms that were of concern for the home owner. We ran the descaling machine twice from the base of the stack to the existing clean out in the front yard. After descaling was complete we ran the hydro jet machine twice to further clean out the drain line. After all processes were complete I ran the camera to reveal a clean pipe that appeared to be in good condition. All existing scale flakes that were attached to the inner line of the pipe have been removed and flushed out of the system. L
