Jason and his assistant were extremely professional. They quickly found the source of my kitchen sink’s clog and educated me on where my outside trap was. I thought the clog was all set and he said no, the water is not draining fast enough. He made sure the job was done right! Thank you to Jason and John for a job well done. You will be my go to plumbers in the future!

This was an estimate for a whole home repipe. Took pictures of every fixture. I will provide the customer with a quote as soon as possible.

Upon arrival customer showed me to the kitchen where his ice line was leaking from a John guest fitting. I gave the customer multiple options so that he could choose what works best for him. Customer went with the ice line repair because he wasn’t interested in replacing the emergency anglestops under the sink nor the JTP membership. Replaced the John guest fitting with a compression fitting. Turned water on to test for leaks. No leaks.
Mike D.
Installed cartridge for master shower and resolved the issue. Brito sent new parts instead of old parts. They are shipping to customer and he will call us to install

Upon arrival the homeowner stated she had an insurance inspector in and he had found some emergency stops that need replaced. I found ten emergency stops to be replaced and I provided an estimate. We scheduled the work for Thursday the 30th to get all work performed. No charge today.

Opened the concrete wall near the main valve to expose the water pipes. Cut out the old gate valve and used all new copper fittings to install two new ball valves. I also be looped the water lines out of the block wall so the filtration company can install their water filter. All materials are included. We are not responsible for patching the wall. Tested the new valve for proper function and checked all fitting for any leaks.

I arrived today because my customer had low pressure in her kitchen sink. After assessing the sink I determined that it was calcium build up restricting the flow. I tested the pressure on the house and found a dripping hose bib so we replaced it. My customer is going to purchase a new kitchen faucet and have me return to install.
Chad N.
I arrived today because my customer had a leak under his kitchen sink. After assessing the kitchen I determined that it was his dishwasher leaking from the dishwasher itself. I informed him that we do not service dishwashers so he is going to buy a new one and call us for installation. After assessing the space for the dish washer I also found live termites.
Adam P.
Upon arrival I found that the new top thermostat I installed yesterday wasn’t working properly. The thermostat wasn’t reading the temperature of the heater so it overheated the water and popped the internal breaker. I replaced the top thermostat and checked all functions on the water heater. Showing the cost of our parts but not charging anything today as this has already been paid and the work today is covered under warranty.
Adam P.
Replaced both elements and thermostats in the water heater for the home. All materials are included. The homeowner stated she was having inconsistent hot water over the weekend so after some diagnostics I found that one of the elements or thermostats wasn’t working properly. We replaced all parts and tested all fixtures for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks.

Bidet seat installed properly. Customer questioning how much the seat itself moves. All toilet seats will move due to them being plastic. She is going to reach out to who they purchased from and see what they can offer.

When I arrived the sink was full of water and the homeowner told me that she sweat potato peelings in the garbage disposal. I took the p-trap apart and it was full of sweat potato peelings, and egg shells. I cleaned everything out and put the p-trap back together. I then filled up the sink and let it drain. Everything is draining good now. I advised the homeowner on what not to put in the garbage disposal to avoid future problems.
Jason L.
Arrived at customer home to do a kitchen clog. Ran the drill snake through a outside clean out on the backside of the home. After running the drill snake I filled the sink up a few and let it drain. I also ran the water and everything is draining good.
Jason L.
Upon arrival the customer took me to the hallway bathroom where there was water backed up in the shower and the toilet would not flush. I proceeded to snake the bathroom group via the vent stack. Upon completing this the water has receded out of the shower and the clog has been cleared.

When we arrived, we jetted the sewer line and descaled. Will be sending video to the homeowner. City clay sewer cracked.

Arrive today to install new 40 gallon water heater that I had sold through an estimate previously. I started with shutting the water off to the house and draining the old water heater. Once the old water heater was drained, I cut out the old valve and old piping. I removed the old water heater. I installed the new JTP supplied water heater with new ball valve and new emergency anglestop for the ice line. After the new heater and new valves were installed, I turned the water back on to the home to test for leaks. No leaks. 6 year warranty on heater and 2 year warranty on materials and labor. Print and mail this invoice to the customer.

When we arrived, the homeowner explained that the hall bathroom was having issues with drainage. We tested everything but could not cause the drain to back up. We recommended running a sewer camera to inspect the drain lines. We discovered cracked vitrified clay in the sewer lateral where rocks or roots appear to be getting into the sewer line. We recommend the homeowner contacts the city to have the city lateral fixed. We recommend jetting and descaling the exterior sewer line or the homeowner as well.

When we arrived, we diagnosed the issue with hot water as a rheem water heater booster not functioning properly. We recommend replacing the water heater booster with a mechanical booster for several reasons. It will be never be interfered with due to electrical outages again, it won’t interfere with the circ pump(hasn't shown to be the case yet), and it will be much less maintenance. We would not install another rheem booster. Our proposal is to install a new mechanical booster and eliminate the electrical booster.

Connected proper fittings for appliance company

Installed customer supplied Kohler one peice toilet with a new Kohler bidet seat supplied by owner.
Jake R.
Upon arrival, customer showed me to the kitchen where he had a leaky kitchen faucet. I informed the customer that I would have to replace the cartridge. I gave the customer multiple options that he could choose what works best for him. Customer went with the bronze option because he only wanted to fix the faucet. Turned water on to test for leaks. I did have a leak the first time. Rebuilt it once more. Turned water on to test for leaks. No leaks.
Jake R.
Warranty call. Customer’s water heater was not heating. I replaced both the top and bottom elements and thermostats. Water heater is now heating. If there is any issue with the heater we will do our best to come back as soon as possible.
Jake R.
Upon arrival customer showed me to the guest bathroom where his toilet was running. I gave the customer multiple options so that he could choose what works best for him. Customer went with the bronze option because he wanted the minor toilet rebuild, but wasn’t interested in the JTP membership nor replacing his emergency anglestop. I shut the water off to the toilet and performed the minor toilet rebuild. I turned the water back on to test it. Toilet is working great now. *print and mail this invoice to the customer*

Arrive today to replace broken hose bib in back patio. The city shut the water off at the gate valve meter box. I started by cutting the old hose bib off so that I could unsweat the rest of it. It took a while for the water to drain out but once the water was gone I was able to unsweat the hose bib and solder on the new one. Unfortunately I was not able to turn the water back on to test for leaks because the city will have to turn the gate valve meter box back on. Customer will call if there are any leaks.

I came out today to diagnose a leak from upstairs to downstairs. Customer said they had this issue about a year ago and they replaced the wax ring themselves and it fixed the leak downstairs. Now the leaks has started again and is leaking downstairs threw the vent. I replaced the wax ring with a new jumbo wax ring and I filled in the cracks and gaps between the pipe and tile with wax as well so if the wax ring fails again it will leak upstairs in the unit and not downstairs. Flushed multiple times and went into the unit below to confirm there is no more dripping water threw the vent.
