came out today to replace 10 year old rheem water heater with a new 38 gallon rheem water heater. Heater is already brought up to code just had to swap the tanks. Tested all are work extensively to ensure no leaks and tested for hot water. ( 6 years parts and labor warranty)

I arrived today to install a petntaire 4 stage reverse osmosis filter under my customers kitchen sink and a new main valve outdoes of the residence. After turning the water off at the street I cut the old main valve out and installed a new 1” ball valve. After completing the project I turned the water on and we were leak free. After completing the main valve I put the reverse osmosis filter together and connected it to the RO faucet and the drain line to the existing p-trap. After installation was completed I followed the direction one the first rinse cycle. After that was complete I informed my customer to let it fill for two hours then drain the tank two times before drinking the water. 4/26/25 next appointment date to change filters

Came out today to diagnose a broken hose bib. When I arrived I found the Tee that’s feeding a hose bib and a ball valve for another hose bib was broken from the solder joint we had to break open the wall a slight bit to expose the pipe and we remade all the connections with a new brass ball valve and a new quarter turn JTP Hose bib. Tested all are work for proper function and no leaks

Upon inspection hose was loose on hose Bibb…tightened… Also tightened customers kitchen faucet that was loose.tested no leaks

Came out today to give a quote on installing a hose bib under kitchen sink. Customer already had a 1/2 capped copper stub out under sink so I had to remove the cap and bring the line over to the side of the cabinet so it can be strapped and a hose bib can be installed. Installed a new quarter turn JTP Hose bib and tested everything for proper function and no leaks.

I came out today for a old leaking water heater. I replaced the old water heater with a new 55 gallon rheem water heater and also added a expansion tank. After installing the new water heater I waited for approximately 15 minutes for the water heater to heat up.

Install whole home filtration system at main location I arrived today to install a new whole home carbon filter on my customers house. After removing the existing softening system that was installed I installed the new filter. After installation was complete I ran two regeneration cycles before allowing the water to enter the home. I filled a 5 gallon bucket and the water was crystal clear.

I came out today because the homeowner was wanting to switch from well water for the irrigation to city water. I advised the homeowner that it would be best to contact an irrigation company to come out and the at the scope of work that needs to be done for this process.

I arrived today because my customer had a very high water bill. I ran a pressure test on the house that help pressure perfect and the meter was not moving at all. I recommended my customer to have her irrigation guy come check the irrigation system for leaks and if that doesn’t turn anything up to contact the city again to check their meter.

Upon arrival I was going to install the vent kit for the hybrid water heater but I realized we were missing the adapter for the heater. I found the part number and we are going to get the piece ordered and shipped to the shop. Once the part arrives we will schedule to get this work done. I also looked at a few things in the bathroom related to a water hammer noise. After some investigation I found that the pressure balancing cartridge in the shower should be replaced as that is the source of the noise. The homeowner has the info for that cartridge and he will get it ordered. No charge today.

Upon arrival I was greeted at the front door by the unit owner and led into the kitchen where I found the under side of the sink cabinets opened and the garbage disposal removed. I saw water coming out of the p trap. I gave her the price to snake the clog by using the drillsnake and she accepted, upon snaking the clog I was unable to clear it, the clog is located in the stack, the homeowner then reached out to the hoa. The hoa denied us authorization to continue further by using the k50. It was then converted to the association. After getting approval to do the work we used the k50 and ran 75’ of cable from under the kitchen sink in unit 319A. Drain is clear of blockage, pulled back hair and toilet paper.

I arrived today to give an estimate on a reverse osmosis under the sink system. After going over options with my customer we decided to install a Pentair 4 stage RO. We are scheduled for late morning Friday April 26th.

I came out today to look at the old water heater that is leaking. I provided 2 different estimates and options for the water heater replacement.

I came out today to look at a garbage disposal the homeowner flipped out right when we got there. He came out of the carport and was yelling that we didn’t call before we arrived. He did let us in. I looked at the garbage disposal and gave him 2 options of replacing it. He was very upset about the prices. I tried to explain that I would be able to give a little break on the prices. He told me that he already had someone give him a price for $150.00 to replace the garbage disposal. I also let him know that he needed to replace the old metal p-trap with a new tubular one because when the garbage disposal gets replaced that the p-trap would probably crack.

I arrived today because my customers guest bathroom toilet wouldn’t fill and she needed a customer supplied kitchen faucet installed. After assessing the toilet I determined the existing fill valve wasn’t allowing water through. I suggested a minor rebuild and my customer agreed. I changed the fill valve, flush valve gasket and supply line. After everything was completed I tested the toilet and it was functioning perfectly. After I was completed in the bathroom I removed the existing kitchen faucet and installed the new one. After installation was complete I turned the water on to test for leaks on all fitting and it was leak free and working perfectly.

I came out today for a small leak in the laundry room underneath the mop sink. The leak was coming from the AC condensate line that was drilled and siliconed into the p-trap. I cut that section off pipe out and replaced it with a 1 1/2 dishwasher outlet and also cut the 3/4 pvc condensate line. I then reconnected it AC condensate line with a rubber dishwasher outlet boot and used 2 hose clamp. After that I filled the sink and ran the water. There are no more leaks.

Came out today to install customer supplied disposal..installed and tested. Working properly. Sold estimate to install 50 gal heater in garage with permit

Upon arrival I was greeted by the homeowner at the front door and led into the guest bathroom where I found the shower to not get hot but just Luke warm. I was able to adjust the integral stops to make it get hot. In the other guest bathroom I found a shower that was luke warm as well. I was unsuccessful in my attempts to remove the shower handle and trim. Came out today to look at shower valve in guest bathroom..removed control ring ..shower is hotter than it was..customer felt temp of water and was happy…tested…no leaks. Advised heater needs replacement

Upon arrival I was greeted by the homeowner at the front door and led upstairs to the master bathroom where I found 2 faucets with low water pressure. I was able to remedy the issue by adjusting the water savers. I then looked at the heater. It is 10 years old and I provided an estimate to replace it, she accepted. I will need an additional appointment to install the heater.
