I got confirmation from the office lady to change out this P-trap. She also stated that there was a leak detection that needed to take place and there was two exes on the wall, where the maintenance manager stated he saw water. I removed this portion of drywall and ran every sink and dog tub at the same time for over 30 minutes and no water appeared. I called the owner on the recorded line and he said

Upon arrival, customer informed me that she had a gasket that went bad in her shower drain. After diagnostic, it was very clear and I informed the customer that she needed to replace her 2 inch neoprene shower drain gasket for an acrylic shower. Customer bought her own gasket, but it was the wrong kind. I advised her I would need to order the specific gasket she needs, which would require an inside diameter of 2 1/2 inches. Customer agreed to the estimate and I ordered the part for the customer. I advised customer it would take just a matter of days and when we receive the part, they would schedule me to come place it.

Upon arrival, customer informed me that he was looking to replace his hot water heater because he’s going to put the house up for sale and insurance is going to recommend that he changed the heater. The heater is currently 17 years old. Customer identified a 30 amp breaker which is sufficient for the size hot water heater he has. All of the piping associated with the hot water heater and the electrical are up to code. Customer will be doing the heater changed with no permit. Customer fully understands the difference And liability. I prepared an estimate for the customer for 50 gallon heater and sent it to his email. I advised customer all he has to do to move forward is open the email and sign the estimate and dispatch will get me scheduled according to his availability. Customer was very satisfied with the estimate And said he would like to get this done by next week. Customer said he wanted to look it over, but most likely he will be using John the plumber.

Upon arrival, customer informed me that his back master bathroom had an issue. He said the shower was draining slowly and would back up if two people took a shower back to back. I asked the customer if anything else in the bathroom was backing up and he said no. I advised customer that I would probably need to snake the shower drain and he agreed. I use the K 45 drill auger to snake the shower drain. I ran 10 feet of cable. After clearing the stoppage I ran the bathroom group for about 20 minutes to make sure the drain had integrity. Customer satisfied..

Upon arrival, customer informed me that he had a toilet in his guest hallway that was constantly running. Customer told me he shut the water off because he could not figure out how to stop it from running. I told customer that I would run a small diagnostic to figure out why the toilet kept running. I determined that it was the fill valve that was compromised. The fill valve was a factory American Standard fill valve. I advised customer that I would need to replace the fill valve And receipt the flapper to make sure that the tank has integrity. After replacing the fill valve and removing and receiving the flapper are reconnected the water supply and tested the toilet components. Fill valve was running great and the toilet had a great flush. There was no water loss from the seal. Customer was extremely satisfied.

Upon entry into the home, customer brought me into the master bedroom bathroom. Customer informed me that the existing showerhead continuously leaks. This is a warranty job and I changed out the existing Kohler shower cartridge with a new Kohler shower cartridge and tested the system. As per video taken, I explained to customer that a majority of this water is trapped inside the flexible showerhead.. I proceeded to unscrew the showerhead to show him that no water was coming out of the shower arm, so the dripping is from the flexible shower line connected to the handheld shower head.

Scope of Work Completed: Installed new 1" full-port brass ball valve as the main shut-off for the community pool water supply. Valve was securely fitted to the main line and anchored per code. System was re-pressurized and thoroughly tested for leaks—no issues found. Water service was restored to the facility upon successful pressure test. Upon arrival, customer informed me that his son just purchased the house and had a couple of plumbing issues that he wanted to have looked at. The first thing that he wanted me to diagnose was a leaking shower valve. After diagnostic, I determined that the shower valve was old and compromised, and I recommended that the customer replaced the shower valve to avoid any leakages in the wall. Customer agreed. I advised customer that I would need to open the wall from the backside of the shower to access the pecks connections to re-pipe to the valve. After completion, I turned the valve on to test for leaks, and there were no leaks. Valve and trim kit fully installed. Customer also wanted me to take a look at his angle stops around the house. After inspecting all of the angle stops, I determine that they were two stops that needed to be replaced immediately. I wrote an estimate for both stops, which happened to be for two toilets. Customer also wanted me to look at the drainage system in th

⸻ John the Plumber Report We arrived at the property and discovered a leak located after the meter. We contacted the homeowner by phone to explain our findings and provided a quote for performing a leak detection. We also informed him that we would need to call 811 before proceeding with any physical work to locate the leak. The homeowner stated that he is currently collecting multiple quotes and is not ready to move forward at this time. We advised that we would send him a formal quote for the leak detection. If he chooses to proceed with the repair through us, half of the leak detection cost will be credited back toward the total repair. No further recommendations at this time

We arrived at the property after the homeowner reported a clogged toilet. Our initial approach was to clear the obstruction using a toilet auger. During the process, the auger became lodged inside the toilet and had to be cut and removed. We then recommended proceeding with the next step: pulling and resetting the toilet. The homeowner agreed, and we performed the work at a discounted rate. After reinstalling the toilet, we thoroughly tested our work and confirmed that no leaks were present. It is important to note that the flooring beneath the toilet is highly uneven. To address this, we shimmed the toilet properly to ensure stability and a level fit. We informed the homeowner to avoid using the toilet for 24 hours to allow for full seal setting. No other recommendations at this time.

At this time, customer did not want to move forward with the job due to changing the main exterior gate valve. John the Plumber could not proceed to change the main gate valve because the main water meter also has a gate valve and the handle is broken off of it. Customer is going to call the city to have the meter changed out and then book the appointment with us once this is taken care of.

We arrived at the property today after the homeowner reported a leaking kitchen faucet. Upon inspection, the homeowner decided she would rather replace the faucet than attempt a repair. She went out and purchased the new faucet herself. We removed the old unit and installed the new faucet as requested. In addition to this, we replaced four angle stops by installing two dual angle stops. All connections were tested, and no leaks were observed. No further recommendations at this time. ⸻

Service Description: Performed a comprehensive gas leak test on the existing ½" soft copper gas line servicing the outdoor fire pit. Upon inspection, it was determined that the flare-type brass fitting on the soft copper line was compromised, presenting a potential safety hazard and a non-compliant connection for gas service. Provided the homeowner with two remedial options: Abandon and cap the existing compromised gas line at the source. Reroute a new gas line using ½" Type L hard copper tubing with gas-rated press fittings, fully compliant with local plumbing and fuel gas codes. Homeowner elected to cap off the existing line due to the pending sale of the property. Executed proper termination by capping the gas line with an approved gas-rated brass cap and applied leak detection solution to verify seal integrity. No gas leaks detected upon final inspection. Gas line safely decommissioned and left in a secure, code-compliant condition.

Upon arrival, customer informed me that they had found water on the ground in the upstairs guest bathroom and wanted to make sure that they weren’t looking at a leak. Customer said that some of the tiles were coming up in the bathroom floor and there were some water damage that they can visibly see. I’d advise customer that I would need to do a diagnostic to find out the source of the water before I ran a leak detection. Customer showed me the water damage on the floor in the bathroom and it was right outside of where the shower curb is. I turned the shower on to see if we were getting any water while running the shower. I explained to the customer that I determined that the cause of the water is actually just from the shower head splashing outside of the shower. Customer did not have a shower curtain And the showerhead was spraying outside of the actual shower. Customer also informed me that they had some low pressure issues with regards to the hot water system. After a small diagnost
