If your toilet suddenly starts gurgling, there is probably a blockage in the plumbing system to blame. When air becomes trapped in the plumbing system and is forced out through the toilet bowl, gurgling happens. This may occur if the main sewer line is backed up or if there is a blockage in the plumbing vent. Sinks that take a long time to drain, bad odors, and water backing up in the drains are additional indicators of a clogged plumbing system. It is advised to contact a qualified plumber to inspect and diagnose the issue in order to fix it. To locate and remove the obstruction and restore proper plumbing operation, the plumber can use tools like a camera or plumbing snake.

The current drain is missing pop up and discolored, upon trying to remove it we discovered that it’s not connected to the sewer system. The tub has been installed over a French drain and needs to be tunneled to properly repair the drain. The hall bath had a sewer fly issue, performed a reset on the toilet to fix issue.
Arrived to find water sound in the wall adjacent to the heater. Performed leak detection and discovered there was a slab leak on hot side. After opening the kitchen wall to access the hot manifold and behind the clothes washer, I was able to determine that the line between the two had no leak. After pressure testing between the water heater and the washer manifold we found that it had pressure drop indicating a leak. Came back sep 8 and rerouted 1/2 copper line from the heater to the washer strapping it to the wall. Replaced customer provided kitchen faucet at a discounted rate. Tested for leaks once again after repair was done.
Homeowner is renewing his membership today. I came out today for a whole house evaluation. There are a few items that need to be addressed. I sent over 3 estimates for these separate items. Over all everything is in good condition throughout the house.
When we arrived, the toilet was clogged in the master bathroom. We relived the clog with the closet auger and tested for proper drainage. No other recommendations at this time,
Customer had stoppage is master restroom, ran a system test and shower and toilet backed up, ran 75 ft of cable and was able to clear stoppage but obstruction stopped me from moving forward. Pulled back a slight amount of roots, restroom is running fine now but will suggest a camera inspection…also will have entrusted come out to look at there cabinets which are damaged might a waste arm replacement.
When we arrived, we diagnosed the issue as a clogged kitchen and laundry drain line. We snaked the drain from the roof and from the waste arm in the kitchen. Tested for proper drainage and no issues were observed, recommended bio one and having the drain lines inspected.
I arrived today to a leak when the shower is being used. After running the shower for 10 minutes I saw water appear through an access in the laundry room. After assessing the location of the water I determined that the shower pan is leaking. I referred the customer to Entrusted.

The customer called today with a main line clog. After assessing the the clog that was backing up in the kitchen floor drain I ran 75’ of K60 from the stack on the roof after clearing the clog and running hot water for 20 minutes I preformed a camera evaluation of the line and it showed the main line saturated with grease. I recommended to the customer to have the line hydro jetted to remove the grease that could not be removed with the K60 clog machine. A hydro jetting would remove the grease from the line to allow a better flow through the drain system and prevent any further clogs in the near future.
Collected info for replacing water heaters and miscellaneous plumbing for both units and provided an estimate
Came out today to diagnose upstairs hall bathroom toilet that had a failed fill valve and it was constantly whistling and filling. Preformed a minor toilet rebuild to take care of all issues. Tested for proper flush and no leaks. Also evaluated the whole home looking at the other 2 bathrooms and the kitchen sink no apparent issues. Sent estimate for main valve replacement
Came out today to reinstall 13-year-old water heater, and also reinstall washer and dryer that were pulled out. The dryer vent was ripped off the wall with no hardware and I advised customer about the vent and explained that he will need an appliance guy to make the repair. We reconnected the washer drain and water lines and tested the washer for proper function. Also tested water heater for proper function and no leaks.
This is an estimate to change the everpure h-104. I changed out the filter and it is working great.
When we arrived, we tested the hall bathroom toilet and diagnosed the issue as a faulty fill valve. We replaced the fill valve under warranty. Tested our work and no Leaks were observed. No charge due to it being under warranty.

Arrived to find pro press fitting that had been pressed with a pex gun leaking. Re crimped using proper tool and tested for leaks.
I came out today for a gas leak on a fryer that caught on fire. The fire department came out and put the fire out. They were able to test for gas in the air. There is a lock on the gas meter now. I shut the main gas ball valve off inside that feeds all of the fryer’s and stoves. I advised the owner that he needs to get a new fryer that can be hooked back up and then we could test for leaks.
Upon arrival customers bathroom was clogged. We replaced part of her sewer system so this stoppage was under warranty. Ran 75ft of k60 cable and cleared the stoppage. Ran drill snake through tub drain overflow. Didn’t pull anything back on either cable. Bathroom is draining great now.
When we arrived, the homeowner explained the kitchen and laundry was backing up. We recommended snaking the kitchen and laundry. We also recommended coming back to run the camera throughout the home. The homeowner also wanted quarter turn hose bibs on the washing machine water supply which we installed. Tested our work and no leaks were observed. We will be back to run the camera for no charge due to current promo. There may also possibly a waste arm leak or kitchen cast iron drain line leak. We came back July 18 and ran the sewer camera. Discussed the footage with David and will be sending recommendations over via email.n
Upon arrival customer showed us to the master bathroom where they had a new wall mount sink installed but the waste arm connection was bad. I gave the customer some prices and options on what we could to to fix it. Customer went with a partial waste arm replacement. Cut out section of old copper pipe and replaced it with pvc. Performed running water test to test for leaks. No leaks. Also performed whole home plumbing evaluation and wrote up some estimates for various things that I found of concern.
Arrived to find low pressure in front bathroom. The low pressure was only on the shower and the tub. After dissembling the valves it was found that they were full of calcium. To rectify the issue we installed Moen conversions for both valves. At this time the main valve was also replaced from a gate valve to a more dependable ball valve. Before installing the trim on the valves the water was turned on and checked for leaks.
Wired the new water heater in without installing an electric shutoff switch. Collecting the balance of the job. Tested heater for proper function.
When we arrived, the homeowner explained to us that he had water coming into his house from what he believes is a foundation leak. We checked the meter and did not notice any pressure drop. The homeowner also has an app on his phone which did not detect a leak. He stated that the water comes in when it rains. We recommended having a company that specializes in that type of leak detection come out and determine the cause of the leak.
