Came out Today to provide an estimate on running a new waterline to the first unit in the duplex. customer is having the city install a second water meter and we will be connecting to the new water meter. And running a new water line so both units can have a separate water meter.

I came out today for a stoppage in the front bathroom. I attempted to go through the floor drain and wall clean out. I was unable to clear the stoppage that way. I ended having to pull the toilet to clear the stoppage. I ran 75 feet of k-60 cable and was able to clear the stoppage. I pulled out toilet paper and a wet wipe. I then reset the toilet and flushed it several times. There is a clean out located in the back of the building. I was able to see the water flowing through the way it should.

There was a leaking backflow detected at the customer's property, posing potential contamination risk. Investigated and found a faulty valve causing the leak. Replaced the valve with a new one and conducted thorough testing to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety standards. I advised customer on maintenance tips to prevent future issues.

Upon arrival I informed the customer of the membership visit and what it entailed. As I looked around I found a few recommendations for him which were 4 emergency shutoff valves in the master and hall bathroom and also laundry valve replacements. The customer also wanted his hose bib replaced. Estimates were given and a price was agreed upon. After the work was completed I checked the connections for leaks. None were present

Customer tub overflow cap bolts were broken could not put back on recommend to replace and customer was not interested in spending that much so she decided to live with it like that . Sold her a member And recommended to fix fill valve

I was called to a restaurant to clear a clogged kitchen line. I used a k50 to clear the stoppage and then reassembled the pee trap to ensure it was working properly. I also checked for any leaks in the system.

Came out today to unclog disposal…small pieces of glass…ran it it is running fine.

I came out today for a sulfur smell coming from the hot side whenever the tenant is using any hot water throughout the condo. I sent over an estimate for the owner to sign so that I could move forward with flushing the water heater out with peroxide to help eliminate the sulfur smell. I will provide an estimate for a water filtration system that would also help fix this issue.

We arrived today to give a quote to install a new dish washer. After looking at the desired location I came up with an estimate. The location they want the dishwasher does not have a cabinet so a 24” stand alone dishwasher will be necessary.

Returned today to install JTP supplied toilet seat bidet.

Upon arrival the customer stated that he’s been having issues with roaches and his exterminator found that the dry wall by the stack was moist using his moisture meter. I told the customer that I could perform a camera evaluation to see if the stack is cracked. The customer is going to think about it and will contact us later.

Upon arrival the customer showed us a leaking garbage disposal and needed it replaced. We gave her a price to replace it and she agreed to it. The new disposal was installed and tested for leaks. No leaks present. After, we did a home evaluation and found a very old water heater along with a few things that needed to be changed in the bathrooms. Estimates will be provided and emailed to her for future work

Upon arrival was shown to location of shower. Provided estimate for caping and cutting that customer declined. Providing estimate for running a new hot line to the shower and connecting a new customer supplied valve.

Upon arrival found clean out overflowing. Ran the k60 75ft down stream and cleared the clog. Ran a total of 90 to ensure clog was cleared. Ran camera to locate where the cast iron goes and leads to the city man hole. Providing customer estimate for replacement of the existing cast iron exterior line.

Came out today to diagnose why there is no hot water in the warehouse bathroom. Apoun arrival we found a R-Tex 13 heater located up in the attic of the warehouse that supplies water to this one bathroom. Customer stated they did not have hot water during a shower this morning but when I arrived everything was functioning properly we ran water in the sink and shower and both at the same time and the water was getting perfectly hot and heater was functioning properly we ran water for about 5 minutes to ensure an error code was not going to pop up but heater continued to work. I have supplied an estimate for the replacement of the unit. I explained to customer that if this happens again and dose not fix itself we will come prepared to swap the unit to fix all issues. I have also supplied a estimate for the install of an upgrade tankless unit. And also an estimate to install a pre filter before the tankless to ensure the full life of the unit is achieved.

Customer would like pipes checked..ran snake thru stack. Pipes are old with scale build up…advised need descale and pressure jetting. Sent estimate also for new heater.

Upon arrival the customer informed us that there has been a leak going downstairs from upstairs for months. I quoted the customer on the leak detection and he agreed. I found the leak coming from a copper waste arm that is a designated drain line for unit 37’s kitchen sink. I quoted the customer on replacing the waste arm with pvc. Customer will call us once he’s made a decision.

Replaced 3 handle shower valve with single handle moen valve . Checked all work for leaks .

I arrived today do do a $99 clog and camera special from my customers ground cleanout. After opening the cap I determined that the pipe wasn’t clogged so I recorded a camera evaluation. I determined that the cast iron line has a small channel on the bottom and an excess of scale build up. I recommended a descale and hydro jetting to gain a better and more reliable flow in the drain system.

Upon arrival the customer showed me to the water heater where she said she has no hot water. I attempted to re light the water heater but I was unsuccessful. I provided the customer with multiple quotes for a new water heater. Customer will contact us once she’s made a decision.

I fixed a leaking backflow for Rob on Friday and confirmed the pricing. Once the leak was fixed, I tested for proper function and certified the parts and labor. The price includes certification with the city.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the maintenance man at the cleanout. I found no signs of a stoppage at the cleanout. I proceeded to go into unit 114 and flush the toilet with toilet paper, run the sink and run the tub, I ran the fixtures for 10 minutes with no bubbling or backup. I then ran the fixtures and went outside to check the cleanout. I saw water flowing well through the cleanout. I notified the office that I could not recreate the issue, if a stoppage occurs they will call us out and we can diagnose the problem at that time.

Arrived today to replace a leaking copper waste arm with pvc pipe and fittings. I started by cutting and chipping out a square hole to expose the waste arm. Then I removed the old copper waste arm and replaced it with sched 40 pvc and pvc fittings. I used spray foam to secure the waste arm in place to ensure that it would keep its proper pitch. I then replaced two emergency stops under the kitchen sink with dual stops and I replaced the hose bib that was on the exterior kitchen wall. I turned the water back on to test for leaks. No leaks. Then I performed a running water test and a full sink drop test to test the waste arm for leaks. No leaks.
