On arrival, the customer showed me to the master bathroom where the sink was draining very slowly. I provided the customer with a quote to clear the drain and the customer agreed. I ended up having to disassemble the pop-up assembly because the hair was stuck in the pop-up assembly mechanism. After removing the hair, I reassemble the pop-up assembly and P-trap and ran water for several minutes to test for the clog. Sink is draining beautifully now.

2 of the 3 toilets were installed and one of the emergency shutoff valves were replaced downstairs where I broke the cpvc inside the wall. The cpvc is 30 years old and brittle so I wasn’t touching anything else. And the third toilet was t changed because the cpvc is slanted hanging down out of the wall and I knew if I touched it, it would snap too. So moving forward we will get someone out there to look at and give an estimate to replace this cpvc pipes before moving forward with that last toilet. Entrusted is out there drying out the wall and will replace the drywall cut out on Friday

Came out today to diagnose a few toilets around the home that are having issues flushing I talked to customer about a few different options. They are going to purchase 2 new toilets one for downstairs bathroom and one in master bathroom upstairs. We will return to install the toilets when they arrive.

Came out today to diagnose a 50 gallon tanked water heater that was leaking at the top from the tank. Explained to customer that repair was not possible and replacement is the only option. Replaced with new rheem 50 gallon heater and tested extensively to ensure hot water and no leaks. ( 6 year parts and labor warranty)

Upon inspection looked at toilet in guest bathroom, leaking from bolts and was running. Did major rebuild on toilet, new water line, tank bolts, flush valve, gasket, and fill valve. Tested no leaks. Flushing well. Flushed tankless heater…tested has hot water after flushing.

Arrived today to install a shower pan in the master bathroom and two new dual stops in the kitchen. I started with removing the old shower drain assembly and then I pitched the floor with proslope. I then installed the shower pan liner and both dualstops. I turned the water on to test for leaks. No leaks. I filled the shower pan with water and a test ball to test for leaks and it is currently holding water. I also left roughly 10 ft of 1/4” pex for the ice line going to the fridge.

I came out today for a couple of issues in the condo. One was the kitchen faucet sprayer is loose. The reason for this is that the pull out sprayer plastic nut underneath is broken. I provided an estimate to install a customer supplied kitchen faucet. The issue was that the toilet kept running. I did a minor rebuild on the 2 piece Koehler toilet because the fill valve was bad, and the rubber gasket underneath the flush valve was worn out. After doing the minor toilet rebuild the toilet is no longer running, and is working properly.

Upon arrival, the customer showed me to the bathroom where he found water leaked from the tank. After filling and flushing the toilet and inspection of the tank the only place I found water was on the stem of the fill valve so an estimate for a minor toilet rebuild was created and agreed on. After the work was completed, In which I changed the fill valve, flapper, and supply line I tested and checked for leaks in front of the customer. No leaks were present

I replaced the old one inch gate valve with a new one inch quarter turn ball valve. After letting the glue dry I turned the water back on and there no leaks.

Upon inspection p trap leaking…replaced dishwasher inlet pipe. Tested no leaks

I came out today to provide estimates for the the scope of work that Patrick is wanting done in the house. I emailed the estimates over to Patrick.

Came out today to look at heater that was old and was removed. Installed new Rheem 3500 watt heater with new ball valve, electrical switch, and pan. Set temp to 125 degrees, tested hot water. Installed new main valve and hose Bibb replaced old gate valve.

This quote includes replacement of customer supplied bathroom faucet in master bathroom. Leaking

Arrive to customer, they pointed me to the guest bathroom closet to front door where at the sink was a delta faucet, dripping slowly constantly, recommended brands to customer and provided estimates for replacement, evaluated, rest of the home and provided estimates on angle stops that are old style and gate valve replacement on dock line hose bib.

Upon arrival the customer showed me to his tankless heater that’s showing error code 32 and not sending hot water. I determined that it’s not feasible to try to save this heater so I recommended that he replace it. We discussed prices and what needs to be done in order to replace it. Estimates were written up and one was agreed upon. After installation and confirming my wiring was correct I noticed the heater is receiving power but not full power. I also checked my water connections for leaks and none were present. The customer is contacting his electrician to come look at his breaker to see what the problem is and he will be in contact with us

Upon inspection old heater was leaking and over 20 yrs.. Installed new Rheem 40 gal 3500 watt heater with new ball valve and switch…tested no leaks and hot water. Set temperature to 125 degrees

Upon arrival, the customer showed me to the water heater where there was a leak and an electrical fire at the top element. The water heater was under warranty. Provided the customer with multiple options so they can choose what works best for them. The customer went with just the water heater, although I did recommend replacing the gate valve with a new ball valve. I removed the old water heater and installed the new one with new flex connectors and a new electrical conduit and wires because the old one was cut too short.

Came out today to evaluate a bathroom faucet that’s dripping from the internals and leaking down the supply line when water is being ran. I could not identify a brand on the faucet and I recommend customer to purchase a new faucet and we can install it. No other recommendations or issues at this time
