Upon arrival customer informed me that they want to install water lines and drain line for a washer. The room they are making a washer room was previously a half bath with a lavatory and a toilet. Upon inspection, I noted that the current “makeshift” setup was illegal and I would need to cut and cap off the current setup. Will also need to install p trap in wall for washer drain. Hot and cold supply lines will be supplied from existing lavatory in same wall behind washer room. Drywall repair is not included. I spoke with customer building, and they advised me that the work would need to be permitted. They gave me a ARC service package to fill out and return for approval. Customer said that the tenant is available to start work as soon as possible. Customer agreed to all charges and signed estimate to begin work.
