Upon inspection disposal needs replacement … Installed new disposal and gave estimate to install customer supplied kitchen faucet that is leaking from sprayer and base.

I came out today to install a Kohler right temp cartridge in the master bathroom. After installing the cartridge I tuned the water back on and the shower was nice and hot. I even had the tent test the shower and she was pleased with the temperature.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the water heater in the unit that will need to be replaced. The unit is being renovated so we went through and looked at the rest of the unit so I can make recommendations before they move in. I am providing multiple estimates and the homeowner will call us to move forward with their decision.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the left side sink in the master bathroom the popup has broken off. I will install a new push style pop up in the sink and I will also install a new 1 1/4 p trap. All materials and labor are included. I also called Rheem tech support to diagnose the hybrid water heater and they will be sending parts to the homeowners address. The homeowner will call when the parts have arrived and we will return to install them.

upon arrival I was greeted by the homeowner at the front door. Upon receiving authorization I promptly shut off the main valve, I then removed the shower trim and replaced the shower cartridge. Upon completing I turned on the main valve and checked for leaks and that it was staying hot, I found no leaks and the shower remained hot.

Customer had leak from the tank due to bad fish valve also dripping from angle stop . Gave customer estimate on rebuild of toilet replacement of angle stop and estimate on new toilet , angle stop . Customer was not happy with price tried to give 100$ discount and then customer said he thought it was an easy hundred dollar fix . Customer was not realistic on the cost of work.

Installed customer supplied faucet . Checked for leaks and inspected the emergency stops make sure there functioning properly

Customer wanted toilet and wall sink removed and disposed of quoted 250 for the toilet and 150$ for the sink which is a fair price . Customer said that it was too expensive. So I called Darin to see what I should do and he agreed that it was a fair price and not to go lower.

Upon arrival the customer showed me to the laundry room where her tankless water heater is located. She informed me that she had an electrical surge the other day and since then her heater wasn’t producing hot water. I provided the customer with multiple estimates so that she could choose what works best for her. Customer will call us back once she makes a decision.

I came out today to diagnose a leak from upstairs to downstairs. Customer explained that there was a drip coming from the AC vent in the bathroom and she explained that it’s directly over the toilet downstairs. And last night she shut off the toilet valve and the leak stoped There was nobody home in the downstairs unit so I was unable to confirm that the leak was fixed but I do believe the wax ring was leaking. the toilet was also occasionally running so we performed a minor toilet rebuild along with a pull and reset with a new wax ring, and I also secured around the flange with extra wax to ensure nothing else will be dripping downstairs.

I arrived today to give an estimate on a new water heater. After assessing the existing water heater I put an estimate together for my customer.

Upon arrival I was greeted at the front door by the homeowner and led to the master bathroom. I turned the water on and it got luke warm then went back to cold, I increased the temperature to 130 and saw a noticeable difference. I concluded that the shower cartridge had failed and that it needs to be replaced. We will need to order the cartridge and come back upon its arrival to install it. I collected $180 deposit for the job.

Arrived today to replace delta shower cartridge and tub spout that I had sold on a previous visit. I started with replacing the tub spout. I had to unsweat the old tub spout adapter and solder on a 1/2” coupling and male adapter to install the new tub spout. Then I installed the new delta shower cartridge. I turned the water back on to test for leaks. No leaks.

Installed the customer supplied faucet in the hallway bathroom upstairs. I also replaced the hot side emergency stop in the master bathroom. All materials and labor are included. Tested the new faucet and emergency stop for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks.

Warranty: Replaced slightly rusted handle on ball valve

I came out today to install a new jtp rheem 38 gallon water heater, cut the drywall and replaced the old gate valve main with a new quarter turn ball valve, replaced the old gate valve for the water heater with a new quarter turn ball valve. When I pulled the toilet the old flange was cracked, I replaced that as well. I also installed a new Koehler 2 piece toilet, along with a new emergency stop. After turning the water back on there were no leaks on anything, and after wiring the water heater up it was getting nice and hot.

Upon arrival the customer showed me to the bathroom where her shower is dripping and the tub spout diverter is very hard to pull and is also dripping. I quoted the customer on replacing the shower cartridge and the tub spout to which she agreed. We will return to replace both parts once the shower cartridge is delivered.

I came out today because there was no hot water in the master bathroom. I ran all of the fixtures in the bathroom. The only fixture that wasn’t getting hot was the shower. It’s a Kohler shower cartridge that needs to be ordered. When the part comes in I will have to come back and install it.

I came out today to install a new jtp Kingston Koehler toilet. Upon inspecting the toilet I noticed that the old emergency stop needs to be replaced. I was unable to do the work because the condo has and old gate valve for the main. I would have to have the building shut down in order to change the main quarter turn ball valve and install the new toilet along with a new quarter turn emergency stop. I also provided an estimate to replace the old water heater which I’m unable to tell the exact age of the heater. The heater is rusting on the top and definitely needs to be replaced.

Upon arrival the customer showed me to the hallway bathroom on the 1st floor. The toilet was leaking from the wax ring. I gave the customer multiple options so he choose what works best for him. I pulled and reset the toilet with new wax ring, Johnny bolts, and new caulking around the base. Flushed the toilet multiple times to test for leaks. No leaks.

I came out today and replaced the old leaking 30 gallon water heater with a new 30 gallon rheem water heater. I also replaced the old main 1 inch gate valve with a new 1 inch quarter turn ball valve. I also replaced the old 3/4 ball valve with a new 3/4 ball valve that goes to the heater, and hardwired it on a switch. After waiting for a little bit I had the homeowner feel the water heating up.
