He was wonderful but very expensive for installing g pipes and way high for a garbage disposal.
Shower Handle & Valve - Great Service / $$$
Bushey - Deerfield Beach, FL 33442
Guys were great- arrived when they said. Solved my problem. Just wish plumbing services and parts costs weren't so high. $525 to swap out an old Moen handle (had to drill the set screw out of the old handle) and replace the valve. New Moen plastic handle and cartridge valve should be less than $100 total, so $425 for labor? Hmmmm.
Response from John the Plumber:

Mr. Chad Nelson is an exemplary service technician; an engaging personality and is insightfully knowledgeable. He is professionally adroit with complete plumbing skills set, technically efficient, cost-conscience, patiently explains what/why he is doing, and engages with friendly dialogue. Recently he recommended an inline water purification device to prevent yucky build-up in recently installed kitchen and bathroom faucets upgrades with proficiency to maintain that new-like look. I would not want anyone but Chad and John the Plumber team members like Renee for my future plumbing service.
All around good experience.

Jason and Will were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional, and fixed the problem. They are a great team and I will be requesting them should the need arise. The office staff are great to work with and their follow up calls are appreciated. I do think the price was high given the time it took them to fix the problem.

Pablo and Vince were awesome
Upon arrival the homeowner stated he would like all exposed piping to be inspected and any repairs that are necessary he would like to take care of. Almost all of the drywall in the ceiling has been removed so I went through the whole home to inspect all water lines. I found no issues with any of the copper lines in the home. Most of the lines look pretty new and the rest of them are still in great condition. I also performed a pressure test on the home to ensure we are not losing pressure anywhere in the home due to a leak. All piping and pressure looks very good so there is nothing for me to recommend today.
Upon arrival customer showed us to his garbage disposal and informed us it wasn’t working. I gave the customer some options and informed him that we could attempt to unjam the disposal but if that didn’t work that we could replace it. We were able to successfully unjam the disposal. Charged the customer the minimum service charge with a JTP membership.
This price will include the supplying of the flow tech device and installing on the metalic pipes on the water heater. This price will include all material and labor needed for the installation. This does include a 2 year warranty for parts and labor on the product. After installation of the flow tech device I checked for proper functionality and it was preforming perfectly.
Replace the existing kitchen faucet with a new customer supplied kitchen faucet. Extra supply lines are included if necessary. Test the new kitchen faucet for proper function and check all fittings for any leaks.
Upon arrival I found that the existing garbage disposal is leaking from the bottom so it needs replaced. I will supply and install a new garbage disposal with all materials included. I will also replace two p traps under the kitchen sink so everything is new and clean. Test the disposal for proper function and check all fittings for any leaks.
Came out today to diagnose a loose shower handle that won’t fully turn off the water. We had to drill out the set screw as it was stripped in order to remove the old handle assembly. We had to replace the cartridge as it has also failed and was not shutting off the water. Replaced cartridge and handle assembly and tested for proper function and no more leaks.
When we arrived, the customer explained she has a leak coming from under her kitchen sink. We immediately diagnosed the issue as a waste arm leak And recommended repairing it from the opposing wall. She only wanted an estimate to performed the repair and didn’t want to do it today, explained that the back wall is covered in stuff. We weren’t able to get heater pics because it’s also unaccessible.
The project was to purchase and install a filtered water faucet for the kitchen sink a countertop cover for the soap dispenser hole and supply an additional filter for the inline filter system previously installed by John The Plumber. After all work was finished we checked for leaks and everything was functioning properly.
Arrived today to reset a toilet that I had previously pulled so that the customer could work on her flooring in the bathroom. I already had an agreement with the customer that it would be $500 all together. I charged $250 the first time to remove the toilet and another $250 agin today to reset it. Tested the toilet with multiple flushes. No leaks.
We arrived today to a kitchen sink clog. The customer stated that his wife had put a bunch of vegetable peels through the garbage disposal and it was clogged on both sides now. I ran my drill snake 15’ through the waste arm and cleared the clog. After running my drill snake I attached the p trap back together and ran hot water through both side of the sink and it was flowing perfectly. In addition when I pulled the drill snake out there was a good amount of grease on the snake so I recommended a bottle of bio one to the customer and explained how it worked so he decided to purchase a bottle.
Called and customer got another plumber will not be going to customer
Came out today to preform a whole home evaluation and apoun investigation on hall bathroom sink I noticed the pop up assembly was leaking from the putty seal. Only other thing I could recommend was new quarter turn angle stops under hall and master bathroom sinks. Also the angle stop for hall bathroom, toilet was completely seized up. We replaced all those emergency stops with brand new quarter turns and tested everything for proper function and no leaks. Also noticed the sink in master bathroom was draining slow. Took apart ptrap and pop up assembly and cleaned out all hair and gunk. Tested sink for proper drainage and no leaks.
Customer had main 3/4 valve that was broken in off position, suggested main valve changing with bundle deal of changing heater valve also, customer agreed to service. Had to shut water off at backflow and customer had to get permission for shut down, after draining building, I removed both of the old gate valves, replaced with two ball valve style shut off. Turned back on water and all is great we have no leaks or issues job completed.
When we arrived, we diagnosed the issue as a leaking disposal collar, clogged drain and improperly plumbed dishwasher drain line. We will send quote to do the work since we do not have a stainless steel collar available at the time. No other recommendations
I arrived today and there was visible water damage all throughout the kitchen, bathroom and common area walls. After assessing the kitchen I determined that there is a leak somewhere in the sewer system behind the kitchen sink basin. There were sewer flys coming out of the wall where the waste arm was entering. I informed the home owner that the kitchen cabinets needed to be removed in order to access and find the leak. I referred him to Entrusted.
This is an estimate to replace the customer supplied Koehler kitchen faucet, and also replace the filter for the insta hot. I replaced the kitchen faucet and installed the new filter for the insta hot.
When we arrived, the homeowner explained her water pressure was low ever since the work was performed outside. The work performed outside was a sewer repair that was done with permits and no pressurized water lines were hit during the process of the work being done. We diagnosed the issue as a pressure restrictor in the shower head which we removed, no debris was observed. The kitchen faucet is regulated at 1.28 gpm due to epa and there’s nothing that can be done about that, we took the faucet apart and no debris was observed. None of the issues observed were a result of our work however we provided a courtesy by removing the pressure restrictor.

When I arrived, the homeowner explained the drain was clogged. He also explained that he heard a hissing noise in the wall of the master bathroom. We unclogged the drain by going upstream from the cleanout. We then ran the camera to inspect the drain line. The drain line is cast iron pipe and fittings but it is in good shape however there is a medium amount of build up observed throughout it. We recommended having the drain descaled and hydro jetted in order to ensure proper drainage for the future life span of the cast iron pipes. Performed a hydrostatic test of the home and did not observe any pressure drop which indicates there is no water loss at the home. No other recommendations at this time.
When we arrived, we diagnosed the issue as a main line clog as well as a faulty toilet. We also inspected the drain line and discovered a heavy build up of scale and debris. We recommended having the drain line descaled and cleaned. Tested our work and no leaks were observed.
Came out today to evaluate hall bathroom toilet that was not filling up and constantly running. After evaluating the issue I noticed the universal toilet handle was hitting the flush valve causing water to constantly escape to the bowl. I readjusted the toilet handle so it would no longer hit the flush valve when flushed and all issues were taken care of.
Arrived to find old heater leaking and in need of replacement. Replaced with a
We will be excavating the area 5-6 feet after the cleanout and two feet before it. The drain line is deep 2>ft and we will need the tree removed before work can be done. We will put the soil back once the work is done. We will need to pull permits to perform the repair. Permit fees are included. Repaired the pipe and removed the tree awaiting inspection. Not responsible for landscaping. We will be picking up a check
We arrived today to a kitchen clog. After removing the p trap and seeing that it was clear I ran my drill snake through the waste arm 15’ and cleared the clog. After putting the p trap back together I ran water for 5 minutes and the sink was draining perfectly.
Arrived to find heater leaking from the top nipples, heater is over 10 and must be changed.
