This was my first time using John the Plumber. What an amazing team of professionals, from Renee who answered the phone & answered all my questions, to Jody who kept me updated as to when Adam would be arriving to my home.Adam was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, polite, and did a very neat and clean job. Adam went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I used John the Plumber to change the main water valve and fixe a number of other plumbing issues with a new condo we just purchased. They have an amazing team from the receptionist over the phone, the technician who came to give us a quote and Team Adam who did all the work, on time and on budget.
