This was my first time using John the Plumber. What an amazing team of professionals, from Renee who answered the phone & answered all my questions, to Jody who kept me updated as to when Adam would be arriving to my home.Adam was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, polite, and did a very neat and clean job. Adam went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I used John the Plumber to change the main water valve and fixe a number of other plumbing issues with a new condo we just purchased. They have an amazing team from the receptionist over the phone, the technician who came to give us a quote and Team Adam who did all the work, on time and on budget. I just had another outstanding experience working with John the Plumber. This started with my initial request for service. Joannie, who I spoke to was so pleasant and worked closely (and patiently) while trying to set up a time and day that worked for me and quickly changed that date when I called back a day later. I received a call the day of the appointment to let me know exactly when to expect the technician. When Lin and River arrived, our elevator was broken and the had to walk up 5 flights to assess the issue ( I’d offered to reschedule). They quickly assessed the problem and after making another trip down to the truck they brought up the needed part along with a very heavy container of tools. I received a written proposal and was also shown the repair along with a clear explanation. This is not the first time I’ve used this company and it definitely will not be the last.

Had a clogged kitchen sink John the plumber came out the same day. Will the technician showed up explained pricing and his plan. He was great with a great sense of humor had me up on running water is less than 30 minutes. Great job and super friendly company highly recommend.

Vince from John The Plumber made a visit to fix the inside of the tank on the toilet,the chain wouldn't stay on.He put the hook in a 3rd hole on the arm.He did not charge me! I live in Harbor Village in Pompano Beach.They have been my plumber since 2010.I would never do business with another plumber and I have confidence in them.The owners 3 brothers(John the original was the father) will always do business in a professional manner.Everyone in the office is polite and efficient.Vincent is great!

Jason came out to diagnose my shower leak. He showed me what the problem was and immediately searched for and ordered the replacement part. He came back about a week later to replace the faulty part and fix the leak. But as I was checking the water pressure and the leak, I noticed that the temperature was not quite right. Not hot enough. So Jason very patiently took the time to re-fiddle with the part and re-install it to get the temperature just right. Very appreciative of his professionalism and courteousness.

Great experience with this company ... they have a customer for life thanks to Will and Jody. Will came out to service my home and Jody was the customer service contact. Both were extremely kind and made good use of my time. The clog was fixed (tree roots). I've been using another company for 25+ years - they always had to come out 2-3 times due to lack of attention to detail - Will was not this way. He was very attentive and made sure the issue was resolved. I truly was nervous to try a new company but I'm so glad I did with John the Plumber. Thank you Will. Thank you Jody.
