Highly recommend these guys. I received a notice from The cuty that I had to have a backflow valve installed. They took care of everything from permitting to installation closing permits.May 15, 2025: had some issues ( not their fault) and they came out and took care of it rapidly. They are awesome!

I hired John the plumber for my salon and they exceeded my expectations! They have the best customer service! I had them install new shampoo bowls and the ones i had came broken but they went out of their way to get the parts i needed and get the job done just in time for me to run for business the next day! Mr. Bladimir Mendez is an exemplary service technician; an engaging personality and is insightfully knowledgeable. He is professionally adroit with complete plumbing skills set, technically efficient, cost-conscience, patiently explains what/why he is doing, and engages with friendly dialogue. He did a complete review of our plumbing system to ensure no issue. Made a couple minor adjustment to flushing to improve function. We were completely satisfied with our experience.

Recently I had an issue with one of my bathroom toilets on a Sunday. I called John the Plumber to get my request on the list for the week. I was told the first opening was Tuesday which I gladly accepted. I received a call early Monday morning informing me of an opening and would I be interested in accepting it. I did and was pleasantly surprised when the technician, Carl, arrived. He immediately began to work on the situation then took the time to explain to me the process he would follow. He quickly answered my questions and I felt I was in good hands. A few hours later my issue was resolved with recommendations to assist in making sure this situation did not happen again.Carl was very professional while in my home and I was pleased with the quality of service, the price I paid, the follow up and follow through and the overall approach to the situation. Plumbing can be very costly and I feel I paid a reasonable price for the needed work.If you ever need help with a plumbing issue, call John the Plumber first! Excellent work!

On top of the great in-home experience - the company's head office staff provides exceptional attention to detail before and after the service visits. (They even send a photo of the team member who is en route.) I've already recommended this company to friends!
Working from NH with a company unknown to you to complete work in your Florida Condo is scary enough. Add to that previous company refuses to return your phone calls after you paid them in full and the work was not done and you become very suspious and fearful. But to my delight John the Plumber has been the total ooposite. The office staff and James their plumber have been available to work with you and they are HONEST. They are fairly priced and keep you in the loop 100% of the time. James did an incredible job.
Kim did a great job! Solved the problem courteous respectful and pleasant. Have used this service several times and their service people and office people are a credit to the company.

Their work is great. They answered fast, polite, plumber show up on time, he was very nice and clear about everything, knowledgeable and honest. nothing to complain about the service itself, except I believe the repair was too overpriced, but they are really clear about how much it will cost and what they will do before doing it, and I agreed with that, so I will give 5 stars because they were transparent and did a great job, but I will probably look for a cheaper option next time.
