I am so grateful that these men were the ones to come into my home. Over the many years of home ownership I've had some horrible experiences. I dred having to hire journeyman. The plumbers who came from the John the Plumber company were polite, well spoken, clean, respectful of my home, and most importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE!! I am very pleased with Josh and The entire workforce at John the plumber. The Customer Service is fast And efficient when ordering work. The tradesmen like Josh illustrate the value of trained professionals and the difference it makes when hiring intelligent and capable technicians. All of the proposed work was explained in Laymans terms so I could understand and carried out with constant texts and reminders of how the job is going when they will arrive and what it will cost. The two gentleman at John the Plumber were lovely. I had an after hours emergency and River came out within an hour. He was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem and he put a temporary fix on it. He came back the next day with Johnathan and the two of them finished the job. They were both professional and great at what they do. They are an asset to the company.

Lin and Jeff were outstanding. They had an extremely difficult install. They added an additional hose bib on the dock. They ran over 30 feet of pipe to connect the two, under the dock, while being on a floating platform. They did great, and we are very happy with the results. I have used John the Plumber several times and couldn't be happier with their professionalism, customer service and knowledge of the scope of work.Also a big thank you to Maleen and Jody in the office. Today Shaun was great and as part of the estimating process explained what was wrong with our faucet.Not sure why this was not posted when this older service call happened.I called for service and they came the same day which in Florida is unheard of. Bill was dispatched and he was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work he was performing. He also went above and beyond to show us where our water shut off valves were and explained safety features which in a condo that is 4k sq feet is helpful. He returned the next day as this job was somewhat complex and finished installing pipe connections for a second dishwasher, installed a new faucet and capped two pipes that were no longer in use for a dishwasher that was relocated. I could not be happier! Still waiting for other plumbers to respond to my inquiry.I highly recommend this company.
