Called john The Plumber for a leak happening in my hall bath. Spoke to a very nice and helpful women in the office. Who with confidence reassured me that they would take care of what ever issue I was haveing. With in a short period of time . Gary and marquis showed up tools in hand ready to go. They worked very hard and where extremely knowledgeable. I had a hot copper loop leak from one side of the home to the other. They where able to stop the leak and run a new line over head in attic. Thank you guys and ladies. We will always use the one and only john The Plumber.

I am so grateful that these men were the ones to come into my home. Over the many years of home ownership I've had some horrible experiences. I dred having to hire journeyman. I am very pleased with Josh and The entire workforce at John the plumber. The Customer Service is fast And efficient when ordering work. The tradesmen like Josh illustrate the value of trained professionals and the difference it makes when hiring intelligent and capable technicians. All of the proposed work was explained in Laymans terms so I could understand and carried out with constant texts and reminders of how the job is going when they will arrive and what it will cost. The two gentleman at John the Plumber were lovely. I had an after hours emergency and River came out within an hour. He was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem and he put a temporary fix on it. He came back the next day with Johnathan and the two of them finished the job. They were both professional and great at what they do. They are an asset to the company.

Lin and Jeff were outstanding. They had an extremely difficult install. They added an additional hose bib on the dock. They ran over 30 feet of pipe to connect the two, under the dock, while being on a floating platform. They did great, and we are very happy with the results. I have used John the Plumber several times and couldn't be happier with their professionalism, customer service and knowledge of the scope of work.Also a big thank you to Maleen and Jody in the office.
