Jason came out to diagnose my shower leak. He showed me what the problem was and immediately searched for and ordered the replacement part. He came back about a week later to replace the faulty part and fix the leak. But as I was checking the water pressure and the leak, I noticed that the temperature was not quite right. Not hot enough. So Jason very patiently took the time to re-fiddle with the part and re-install it to get the temperature just right. Very appreciative of his professionalism and courteousness.

Great experience with this company ... they have a customer for life thanks to Will and Jody. Will came out to service my home and Jody was the customer service contact. Both were extremely kind and made good use of my time. The clog was fixed (tree roots). I've been using another company for 25+ years - they always had to come out 2-3 times due to lack of attention to detail - Will was not this way. He was very attentive and made sure the issue was resolved. I truly was nervous to try a new company but I'm so glad I did with John the Plumber. Thank you Will. Thank you Jody.

Will did an outstanding job!! He fixed the problem that needed done in a timely manor, he also informed me of options for whole home filtration systems. I have been thinking of doing this for a while. I had many questions, he knew so much about all the different systems the company offered. I look forward to doing business again with this company.

Mike came this morning to our home to have our leaky toilets and an outdoor faucet repaired. He was super friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. He was upfront and honest when it came to cost of the repairs. As it turned out, the faucet outdoors did not need repairs, just a strong arm. I know there are others in the industry that would have taken advantage of this, as it has happened to me in the past. I truly appreciate his honesty and integrity in the work he does. Additionally, He was thorough and knowledgeable in his work. Also, when I called to schedule the appointment, the dispatch/operator was extremely friendly and professional. I do not recall her name, but she gets kudos too. I would highly recommend Mike from John the plumber FL.

Friday morning we were surprised when our toilets shower and bathtub were backed up. I Googled for a good plumber in the area of Pompano Beach and John the plumber company came up with 4.9 stars and very good reviews. My husband called the number and the woman on the phone said she could get somebody here between 12:00 and 4:00 and we thought that was very good it was even better when they showed up around 12:30! Jason introduced himself along with his helper I explained what was going on and they asked if I had a certain cap Jason looked for it he said no he has to go up on the roof I said okay and then Jason gave me a price for going up on the roof to clean everything out in the pipes we said no problem do what you got to do. Jason and his helper were very professional they worked very quickly and cleanly when my husband got home they explained everything to him and made suggestions on things we should look into in the future as the house and the pipes are old, I'm sure we will take Jason's advice. I really loved Jason's funny and dry sense of humor! We totally recommend John the plumber company and Jason and his helper I'm sorry I did not catch his helpers name I would call them again if we had problems in the future!
