Their work is great. They answered fast, polite, plumber show up on time, he was very nice and clear about everything, knowledgeable and honest. nothing to complain about the service itself, except I believe the repair was too overpriced, but they are really clear about how much it will cost and what they will do before doing it, and I agreed with that, so I will give 5 stars because they were transparent and did a great job, but I will probably look for a cheaper option next time.

From the start I was impressed by reading the historical origins of the company called, JOHN THE PLUMBER. Then I was further impressed that I could back up my after hours service call with an online request for service form. Not even out of bed yet, and I received a call from the office, confirming my service call and gathering additional information. I was informed that my service call is scheduled for between 9 am and 1 pm. I received 2 additional calls during the morning, informing me of , my assigned technicians' name, (Shane) and his progress to my location. Shane was super professional, and knowledgeable about all things plumbing. I was delighted that Shane was able toquickly solve my plumbing problem for a very reasonable charge, but what impressed me the most was the care he took to clean up after himself when the job was done. With so much competition out there, I am so happy I landed with JOHN THE PLUMBER, a truly first class operation.

My house was built in 1950 and, although much of the plumbing has been replaced during renovations over the years, an old, corroded pipe leaked water in my garage. I called John the Plumber and they sent James out the same day. He returned the next morning with a helper and they replaced the ruptured pipe and others in the surrounding area that were showing severe signs of age. They were polite and efficient and I was pleased with their work.
