The technicians arrived on time and kept me apprised of unexpected delays that were caused by issues out of their control. To their credit, they stayed beyond their assigned time because they wanted to ensure that the installation of new pipes, valves, and the water heater was done correctly and would pass code inspection. Plus, they cleaned up after themselves!

Great Job by Gary & Marquise! They came by first thing after a frantic call the night before for a leaking 30 gal water heater & main water valve leak. Catastrophe averted - the heater was split down the back and ready to blow. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up after. Granted it wasn't super cheap but the work was solid. Had a hiccup but Shane Evans was super duper friendly. Everything wrapped. All good.

I have a condo with a small closet for both my AC/furnace and lowboy hot water heater. Because of the space limitations, I have had several plumbers over the years tell me that there was not enough room to install a water filtration system. My condo requires hot water heaters to be replaced every ten years and recommended John the Plumber Inc., as they had replaced many other hot water heaters in the building. When I called them, Missy in their office responded quickly by having a plumber, Pablo Fernandez, out to give an estimate within a few hours! I wanted some plumbing upgrades, so Pablo and Mike were able to replace my hot water heater and install a NeoPure Home Condo filtration system, UV Disinfection System, and a tankless booster. This involved working for two days with a lot of thought on how to position the filtration system, install a mounting bar, and cut pipes to fit it all together in this small space. Their efforts gave me a significant upgrade in the quality of my water purity and hot water capacity. Pablo and Mike were very professional, took great pride in their work, and kept me informed as they made decisions on how best to place the new items. It found it amazing that they could install all that I wanted in this small space! They are a great credit to John the Plumber, Inc. I highly recommend John the Plumber, signed a maintenance agreement, and will use this company for my future plumbing needs.

Professional, efficient, and thorough from start to finish. I got a free estimate, the plumber knew exactly what needed to be done, gave me a quote, they offered financing options, and three days later, the job was completed. In addition, the plumber pointed out that my old main water valve needed to be replaced, so in the event it broke, I would be able to shut off the water. Lastly, there were follow up calls, to make sure I was satisfied with the job. If I have future plumbing jobs, I know where to go.

Josh and his partner were friendly and efficient. They worked diligently to install my new water heater and answered my many questions patiently. To top it off, Josh took the time to wipe off all the steps outside my apartment, which had become stained with brown water from the old heater. He went above and beyond.
