Kameron was a professional. A good communicator and problem solver. There were a number of building issues which made replacing the 16 year old water heater a challenge. He was diligent and directed toward a solution. They were there for 7+ hours to solve the problem. No complaining or nonsense talk. I can’t recommend my experience with Kameron and his assistant enough. The service wasn’t cheap but I didn’t feel ripped off.

Shane provided an estimate to install washer dryer in new location. He was very thorough in explaining the process and what was needed. A detailed estimate was received via email within an hour or so after he left. So far, a great experience!

Pablo Fernandez from John the Plumber was truly indispensable. When I noticed water dripping from my ceiling fan, he responded quickly and brought not just tools but expertise. He used his camera to check through the recessed mounting bracket for the ceiling fan and carefully traced the issue to a loose tub drain upstairs, a problem others might have missed. He tightened it, issued a one year warranty, and is sending an estimate for a smart upgrade to prevent future issues. Pablo’s work was precise, thoughtful, and reassuring. He is not just a plumber, he is someone you trust to protect your home.

After the first plumber that was sent failed to complete the job, we were contacted by the office and assured they situs make this right. After another plumber (Shane) was sent almost immediately on the next business day, within 15 minutes the job was corrected and we are very happy with work and the customer experience. This company obviously cares about the customer experience and stands behind their work. Things happen and we truly appreciate the fast and friendly follow up to correct the situation. Strongly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again.

Pablo did an amazing job at our house. We had a knocking in the walls and had several plumbers, try to figure out why we had the knocking every time the toilet was flushed, or the shower was turned off. Pablo was the only one that was able to figure it out and fix the problem. We are so very grateful. He was reliable,respectful, punctual, and most importantly, very knowledgeable. Just had emergency on a leaking disposal on a Sunday night. Called John The Plumber and actually spoke to a live person! The service technician was Pablo F who was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done and fixed the problem. He wore booties and was extremely neat and efficient. I would highly recommend using John the Plumber and am very pleased with the service and professionalism that Pablo gave.

Highly recommend these guys. I received a notice from The cuty that I had to have a backflow valve installed.
