Excellent service with John the Plumber in replacing our water heater today. Pablo and the other technician who came out to assess, quote, and perform the replaced were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the options and made the appropriate recommendations as we considered replacing our traditional tank with a tankless and hybrid system. The ability to replace the heater immediately made it extremely convenient, especially considering our old heater was failing and had began leaking. While their quote wasn’t the very lowest, it was a very reasonable amount considering they offer a longer warranty on labor. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is needing to replace their water heater.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I contacted John the Plumber and was pleasantly surprised to reach a live person right away. She was very friendly and scheduled an appointment with a four-hour window that same day. I also appreciated receiving a photo of the plumber beforehand.Kameron arrived about two hours later. He explained the work clearly and gave me a quote. Once we agreed, he immediately got started replacing my main house shut-off valve and an outdoor water spigot. He was professional, courteous, and did a great job.I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend John the Plumber to others.

We called them while I was working on an emergency project in Florida. I not from Florida so I didn’t know any plumbers in the area. John the plumbers sent one of their best guys, Kim the plumber and he was excellent! I mean, he came in, looked at the work that needed to be done and took care of it quick, all in the same day. He was amazing. I highly recommend this company to anyone in this area. No games. Fair prices. Impeccable service.

Mr. Kerlew is an excellent technician. He came to my home to fix an ongoing leak beneath my kitchen sink. Mr. Kerlew was able to locate the source of the leak and was able to fix it promptly. In addition to his technical skills, he arrived on time, is a gentleman and communicated knowledgeably and clearly. Hopefully no more plumbing issues for me in the future (one can only hope) but I will ask for Mr.Kerlew should one arise.

Unbelievable service! John’s sent Cameron to us the same day we called. He and his assistant spent 3 hours reconfiguring the plumbing under our kitchen sink so that they could install our new dishwasher. Cameron and his helper were both extremely knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond for us. I will never call another plumbing company. John’s is excellent in every way, the best.

I had a great experience working with Don/AJ and Team. We had a few issues with our plumbing. We had eroded cast-iron to our sewage line that backed up into our kitchen. We are a duplex that shares the same sewage line (house built in 1970). This was very stressful for me and my household. From diagnosing; installing new clean out; to digging a tunnel from the back of house to kitchen Don and John's Plumbing Team made it a pleasurable experience. Nothing was left in the dark. They were transparent with what they knew and didn't know, and most importantly the work was done and we had the kitchen back up and running when he said they would. I was referred to them by a relative and I would refer them to any friend. They are truly great on how they run!

There was a leak in my condo. Asked Grok for a quick list of good plumbers that service my condo. John the Plumber was top on the list. I called and arranged a time for service. They arrived on time and repaired the leak. The condo needed some additional repairs and maintenance--faucets replaced, toilets fixed. They repaired and replaced them without issue. They were courteous and professional and kept me informed of everything they were doing. Very pleased with their work.

The office was very responsive and helpful with a hot water heater replacement. Prompt service. Darren was excellent and professional with the installation. Pleased with service and will be using this company in the future for any plumbing issues.Today june 18 I called for an outdoor faucet repair and Bladimir came out 1hour later.Office very responsive and friendly. He explained options, prices and work to be done including cleaning and patching of any chipping of wall. I requested he returns Monday to install the 2 toilets which I have scheduled for Monday. Very professional,Excellent service, very helpful. And their work is with a 1yr warranty. Very pleased.

Lin was on time as the appointment promised. Very professional and friendly. Gave us a quote on the spot which we were fine with and then as the project progressed found a couple of challenges and had to requote along the way which we were also fine with and the quote actually was adjusted backwards because the scope of the job changed to be a bit easier. Have always been happy with John the plumber.

Kameron was a professional. A good communicator and problem solver. There were a number of building issues which made replacing the 16 year old water heater a challenge. He was diligent and directed toward a solution. They were there for 7+ hours to solve the problem. No complaining or nonsense talk. I can’t recommend my experience with Kameron and his assistant enough. The service wasn’t cheap but I didn’t feel ripped off.
