Incredible service and product support when our tankless water heater was damaged during an electrical storm. John the Plumber was able to come with a better product replacement the same day and River did an excellent job installing the unit and supporting a follow-up visit to enhance the temperature setting. The office staff worked with us on our filing paperwork with FPL as we had surge protection on the home. Best business support overall I have seen from any vendor period. A+++ people, products, and service.

From the initial call for service to the follow through afterwords, the office staff was attentive, polite and detailed. You don't find fantastic customer service like that these days, it was so refreshing.River did our service call. He continued the excellent service that was started from my initial phone call. He was amazing..polite, knowledgeable and informative in answering all our questions. There was also another young man with River but I didn't get his name. He too was wonderful.Great experience, Definitely recommend!!

The service provided from the customer service agents to Joe, plumber, was A1. Joe was able to respond to any and all questions prior to the service he provided. He ensured I knew exactly what was going to occur during his service call. He completed the garbage disposal install, replaced the main water valve, outdoor water spigot and a refrigerator waterline expertly. He ensured everything was cleaned up after his work was done that I couldn’t tell if any work was done. I highly recommend any service that is provided from John the Plumber

After two weeks going through many hoops with no results with a previous company, I must say that I am EXTREMELY pleased with the entire process that was involved in getting my main line drain opened once I called John the Plumber!!I first spoke with a delightful young lady by the name of Maelene(not sure of spelling) she was able to secure me a technician for that afternoon!That made me happy right away! Later, I spoke to another very nice lady named Renee, who had been in contact with the technician in the field, she had to advise me he was running a little late but would be there approximately twenty minutes after my appointment time. 18 minutes later, Jason Lemieux and his assistant Alejandro arrived. He promptly assessed the situation, gave me a clear appraisal of the existing condition, along with what procedure's would need to be performed, and what they would cost. He also explained to me the potential problems they could possibly run into and made sure I understood, before he did anything.Both of them were Very professional and courteous as well as friendly. They started as soon as I gave my approval, and had the entire process done in about 30 minutes. And, even though it was my kitchen and laundry that were the original issue of not draining, now, after they ran the entire line, the rest of the house also seems to be draining better than it ever has since we bought this house two years ago. THANKS!! Great work, great team, Prompt service and reasonable, competitive prices. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a good plumbing company!!

Joe and Jonathan were great. There was a prob w my electric - it was exactly what Joe said. They were really good. Once electric circuit was resolved, the water heater worked great. The guys were professional and intelligent, administrative staff at the office couldn’t be nicer. Jody and everyone had been great, on the few interactions.With several companies that had no clue what they were talking about, or the ones that found West boca to be too far, or the ones that don’t call you back - I gotta say I was very happy with this company, and now I have a brand new water heater.

We had a puzzling plumbing issue requiring multiple visits and processes. All 4 plumbers who were at our house evaluated the problem and worked on it until remedied. The office was easy to reach and responsive. I asked a lot of questions and they were always answered or an answer was researched and promptly answered. They were always on time, communicated arrival times, and I felt at ease with the plumbers working in my home. I feel that pricing was fair and they worked with us with discounts as we had to do more than one “fix” to remedy our issue. They were up front with pricing and estimates. We are satisfied new customers.

I appreciated that Chad was able to come out to look at our water heater on a Saturday! We discovered we didn’t have hot water Friday and I was able to request a quick appointment with John the Plumber online. We were scheduled for noon, but Chad was actually able to make the appointment much earlier. He helped us correct the issue. This was our first call to a plumber for help since we moved to Pompano Beach a year ago and we will use this company (and Chad) if the need arises again. Definitely recommend!
