We were given an appointment time window of 12–4 PM. At 12 PM, I received a message notifying me that the technician/plumber was in route. At that time, we weren’t home, but they kindly accommodated our request to adjust the appointment to later within the original time window. The receptionist was incredibly kind, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout.When the technician (Ace) was on his way again, I received another notification, and he arrived within 30 minutes. Ace tested the water heater, thoroughly explained the issue, and provided a detailed solution along with a cost estimate and an estimated timeline for completing the service. He was patient and helpful as we scheduled our service date.I would highly recommend using John the Plumber if you’re looking for a local, reliable, and responsible company that truly prioritizes its customers. Unlike many corporate companies that rush through jobs to meet quotas and treat customers like numbers, John the Plumber provides a personal touch and excellent service.

River the Plumber is very knowledgeable and fixed my water heater. He did a very good job. He noticed the previous plumber installed the water heater wrong and it caused sparks where it was connected and the part was burned out and River needed to replace it because there was no hot water. I could not take a shower for four days. River works for John the Plumber. He is the only person I would use in this company.

Gary checked for a slab leak using a pressure gauge and moisture meter, thankfully no leak was detected. I did have a small leak in the toilet tank, dripping in the back. I decided to have a new Kohler "water closet" installed. Additionally I had him install a new valve for the water heater, the old spicket type valve packing was slow dripping. All in all I was satisfied with the work performed and the nominal pricing for the job. I would definitely recommend John the Plumber for your business.

My technician Titus was a very nice, respectful guy. He snaked the clog quickly and cleaned up after himself. When the issue turned out to be a symptom of a bigger problem, he came back the next work day and snaked it again and ran a camera through the pipe to confirm there was no blockage, free of charge. Once he confirmed there was nothing left clogging the pipe, he delivered and installed a new, more efficient toilet in under a hour and left without a mess. Good experience would definitely use them again.

Called john The Plumber for a leak happening in my hall bath. Spoke to a very nice and helpful women in the office. Who with confidence reassured me that they would take care of what ever issue I was haveing. With in a short period of time . Gary and marquis showed up tools in hand ready to go. They worked very hard and where extremely knowledgeable. I had a hot copper loop leak from one side of the home to the other. They where able to stop the leak and run a new line over head in attic. I am very pleased with Josh and The entire workforce at John the plumber. The Customer Service is fast And efficient when ordering work. The tradesmen like Josh illustrate the value of trained professionals and the difference it makes when hiring intelligent and capable technicians.
