We just had a hybrid water heater installed and it went great. They arrived at the time they stated, were very professional and explained and helped me set up the app to control it. Wow I was amazed by Scott coming to my apt to give me an estimate on getting a new Rheem water heater… I just thought it was expensive but he did such a great job I’d rate this 10 more stars the way he handled everything…. He’s a gentleman and very nice…. High 6 to SCOTT!!!’ Thank you!!!

Recently I had an issue with one of my bathroom toilets on a Sunday. I called John the Plumber to get my request on the list for the week. I was told the first opening was Tuesday which I gladly accepted. I received a call early Monday morning informing me of an opening and would I be interested in accepting it. I did and was pleasantly surprised when the technician, Carl, arrived. He immediately began to work on the situation then took the time to explain to me the process he would follow. He quickly answered my questions and I felt I was in good hands. A few hours later my issue was resolved with recommendations to assist in making sure this situation did not happen again.Carl was very professional while in my home and I was pleased with the quality of service, the price I paid, the follow up and follow through and the overall approach to the situation. Plumbing can be very costly and I feel I paid a reasonable price for the needed work.If you ever need help with a plumbing issue, call John the Plumber first! Excellent work!

On top of the great in-home experience - the company's head office staff provides exceptional attention to detail before and after the service visits. (They even send a photo of the team member who is en route.) I've already recommended this company to friends!

Working from NH with a company unknown to you to complete work in your Florida Condo is scary enough. Add to that previous company refuses to return your phone calls after you paid them in full and the work was not done and you become very suspious and fearful. But to my delight John the Plumber has been the total ooposite. The office staff and James their plumber have been available to work with you and they are HONEST. They are fairly priced and keep you in the loop 100% of the time. James did an incredible job.

Their work is great. They answered fast, polite, plumber show up on time, he was very nice and clear about everything, knowledgeable and honest. nothing to complain about the service itself, except I believe the repair was too overpriced, but they are really clear about how much it will cost and what they will do before doing it, and I agreed with that, so I will give 5 stars because they were transparent and did a great job, but I will probably look for a cheaper option next time.

From the start I was impressed by reading the historical origins of the company called, JOHN THE PLUMBER. Then I was further impressed that I could back up my after hours service call with an online request for service form. Not even out of bed yet, and I received a call from the office, confirming my service call and gathering additional information. I was informed that my service call is scheduled for between 9 am and 1 pm. I received 2 additional calls during the morning, informing me of , my assigned technicians' name, (Shane) and his progress to my location. Shane was super professional, and knowledgeable about all things plumbing. I was delighted that Shane was able toquickly solve my plumbing problem for a very reasonable charge, but what impressed me the most was the care he took to clean up after himself when the job was done. With so much competition out there, I am so happy I landed with JOHN THE PLUMBER, a truly first class operation.

My house was built in 1950 and, although much of the plumbing has been replaced during renovations over the years, an old, corroded pipe leaked water in my garage. I called John the Plumber and they sent James out the same day. He returned the next morning with a helper and they replaced the ruptured pipe and others in the surrounding area that were showing severe signs of age. They were polite and efficient and I was pleased with their work.
