Discovered a possible leak in the incoming fresh water. Googled many choices but decided to go with John the Plumber a local highly rated service. Extremely happy with the prompt response. Darrin the “leak whisperer” came out with a helper and went right to work. The leak fortunately for us was determined and contained within a few hours. Job was completed the following day neatly,cleanly and efficiently. Highly recommend this company. Keep in mind any great professional service will cost you but you get what you pay for. Thank you for a job well done. We will use again but hopefully we are done with leaks.

Plumbers were extremely polite and courteous went right to work checking for leak! We had to call maintenance for them to explain why water had been shut off? After talking to them plumbers found nothing and I will keep track for next few days checking on it! They found nothing leaking and wedon’t know why I was told to have plumbers check? I will begetting a Hot Water Heater and there was No Charge on leak! Jason worked together with his partner talking Maint to see why they said there was a leak that no one could find? That was strange as I myself neversaw it we waited but found nothing thus I will watch over weekend to see if it happens again? I was told it it starts to leak again call them and they’ll be right back!

I have seen John the Plumber trucks on the roads for years, but this was the first time I called them. Wish they had been my plumbers way before now. I had a leaky toilet. Diane returned my call right away and sent Errick to my house. He was right on time, friendly and professional, and got the job done promptly and neatly. The price was fair. I now have a new plumbing company, and I am grateful for that. Thanks, guys!UPDATE August 2023: I needed to replace a toilet so I called John The Plumber again. Rich came out the next morning, right on time, discussed my options, and got right to work. I wound up with a beautiful new throne, installed perfectly and cleanly, for a fair price. Rich was so helpful, answered all my dumb questions, really went above and beyond, and was so nice and personable. Glad I chose them again and will choose them next time too!

The technician named Pablo came to my home to replaced two broken pec lines on my tankless water heater. He was on time, very friendly and I was extremely impress with his knowledge and workmanship. He replaced the pec lines with copper piping, which is the better way to go, especially that it is outdoors and are exposed to the elements. I had done a few estimates and John the Plummer's estimate came in as the most reasonable. When I had called to make the appointment, I found the staff to be very friendly, polite and unintimidating, which also helped me in choosing the company. I am pleased with a job well done and I would definitely refer them and used them again in the future.

He is professionally adroit with complete plumbing skills set, technically efficient, cost-conscience, patiently explains what/why he is doing, and engages with friendly dialogue. He completed a plumbing system evaluation of our recently purchased older home and made recommendations with patience and clarity to ensure that there were no underlying issues. Recently he recommended, purchased (through his company for a discount) and installed a kitchen and 2 bathroom faucet upgrades with proficiency resulting in a modernized look … they really pops. I would not want anyone but Chad and John the Plumber team members like Renee for my future plumbing service.

Jake and Chris came out to repair a deteriorated copper pipe that caused excessive leaks. They were amazing! Everything was explained with detail and they answered any questions I had regarding the process and also provided me with solutions to the water damage the leak created! This is not the first time I have used this company, and every time has been an exceptional experience! I even joined their membership they offer! If only more companies operated in the manner they do! (Not to mention the office staff is just as wonderful)!

We recently had a slab leak and Pablo and Ace came out to our home quickly. They were able to determine the root cause, stop the immediate leak and came up with a plan to come out the next day to fix the problem. The next day Pablo and Kyle came out and did an exceptional job of re-routing the water pipe through the attic and to the kitchen sink. They both were extremely courteous, professional, CLEAN (!) and efficient. After the job was complete, they worked to clean up (even hanging wall fixtures, and re-decorate)...I was very impressed that after 6+ hours of working in the extreme heat that they worked until the job was complete and then some, especially on a Friday evening. We are very happy with their workmanship, professionalism, and the end result.

The team of Chad and Ace arrived at my home to repair my dishwasher, however it turned out to be my garbage disposal that was causing the trouble. They were very professional, thoughtful and proficient. Chad explained the situation to me and i was able to make my decision on what was right for me. We were having slow drainage from our kitchen. Chad came to our home and was able to explain what was happening on our system and what we can expect based on the age of our pipes. He recommended a course of action that made sense. We never felt like we were being taken advantage of and we never felt as if he was being condescending.
