Once again John the Plumber saved the day, I had a bit of an emergency here at my duplex on Friday after Thankgiving, 6 non-working toilets on a holiday weekend, Wil and Jon arrived to the house within two hours,, determined the blocked water main and mitigated the issue.. 3rd time using John the Plumber and I can't thank them enough, from the dispatchers to the plumbers doing the amazing work.. Nothing but 1st class professionalism and true quality work.

Excellent from customer service to the knowledgable technicians. They were able to locate a small crack in our old plumbing behind the wall. We had been plagued with roaches since moving into this house. Their skilled technicians were able to pinpoint the area of access to the roaches and fix the old plumbing. Timely and efficient! We had a plumber arrive within 1 hr of calling for service. Everything was explained clearly and they used a conservative approach to keep cost as low as possible. Issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Very satisfied and will use them again. Definitely recommend giving John the Plumber a try for your plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough good things abut John the Plumber and his very efficient staff. They made repairs to two toilets that were leaking, did it quickly and cleanly, and the staff was pleasant and professional. The called to let us know when they were on the way and immediately afterward to see if we were happy with the service. I would definitely use them again.

An awesome job of compassion for my neighbor, as he had a brand new toilet installed that he had in storage for some time. It was installed by a handy person not a pro. Turned out it leaked, so called John the Plumber to remedy the situation. Jake was sent to assess the situation and fix the problem. Reset the toilet, Job done, test seemed fine, Jake was great and professional.he was thanked, paid and gone but not for long because the leak reappeared within a week. Now I'm just a friend helping out my neighbor to help him get through this dilemma on his hands because he is terminal with cancer and just didn't have the energy to deal with it himself, even though he worked as a contractor during his working years. Myself being a retired carpenter of 50 years decided I can help. I'll make a call and get John the plumber back here and I would be there to help my friend through this. I arranged the appointment. I couldn't be there when Jake came back but I arrived before Jake was finished. To my surprise there was that first toilet laying out by the road. Jake had taken it out and replaced it with a brand new toilet. See the first toilet though. Was brand new was cracked, it had fine cracks that you couldn't see. Guess what no charge for Jake or the new toilet for a dying man. Now that's what I call a *special* with Heart from John the plumber!

The plumber (Joe) showed up at our office at proper time. Evaluation of problem was completed with camera and report was given. Plumber was very professional and offered multiple options for recommendations, but stated that after unclogging drain pipe right now he would not recommend anything further besides changing toilet paper brands. There are not many people who are honest, do good work, and don't try and rip your wallet open saying that you have a major problem and major costs need to be incurred to fix it even if that may not be the case. Joe was very cordial and professional and most importantly knowledgeable. He explained everything in depth and answered all my questions and was efficent with time, but also not in a rush to leave without providing answers to my questions. I highly recommend this company. Joe was great. The office answered the phone when I called. Service was provided the next morning after calling the evening before. If you have a plumbing issue, I would not hesitate to call John the Plumber to evaluate and service your issue.

The Install Team (Jason & Will) did an excellent job & were a pleasure to have in our home. Despite there being less expensive alternatives we are happy we used John The Plumber, and will continue to do so in the future
