James and Richard are absolutely amazing. Couple weeks ago my downstairs neighbor told me that I have a leak, I contacted my insurance company they sent out a company called American Leak detection. In my opinion I think they're in cahoots with the insurance company.. They performed the leak detection tells me nothing's leaking for my unit but clearly you can see from downstairs that something is definitely leaking, fast forward 2 weeks later. My neighbor advised me again that leaking is continuing and now he got even worse. James and Richard show up and we're super honest and James even went above and beyond he found exactly what's going on and now I'm able to solve it. I highly recommend John the plumber and these are my to-go guys from now on.

After the first plumber that was sent failed to complete the job, we were contacted by the office and assured they situs make this right. After another plumber (Shane) was sent almost immediately on the next business day, within 15 minutes the job was corrected and we are very happy with work and the customer experience. This company obviously cares about the customer experience and stands behind their work. Things happen and we truly appreciate the fast and friendly follow up to correct the situation. Strongly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again.

Pablo did an amazing job at our house. We had a knocking in the walls and had several plumbers, try to figure out why we had the knocking every time the toilet was flushed, or the shower was turned off. Pablo was the only one that was able to figure it out and fix the problem. We are so very grateful. He was reliable,respectful, punctual, and most importantly, very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Pablo Fernandez from John the Plumber was truly indispensable. When I noticed water dripping from my ceiling fan, he responded quickly and brought not just tools but expertise. He used his camera to check through the recessed mounting bracket for the ceiling fan and carefully traced the issue to a loose tub drain upstairs, a problem others might have missed. He tightened it, issued a one year warranty, and is sending an estimate for a smart upgrade to prevent future issues. Pablo’s work was precise, thoughtful, and reassuring. He is not just a plumber, he is someone you trust to protect your home.

Just had emergency on a leaking disposal on a Sunday night. Called John The Plumber and actually spoke to a live person! The service technician was Pablo F who was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done and fixed the problem. He wore booties and was extremely neat and efficient. I would highly recommend using John the Plumber and am very pleased with the service and professionalism that Pablo gave.

Highly recommend these guys. I received a notice from The cuty that I had to have a backflow valve installed. They took care of everything from permitting to installation closing permits.May 15, 2025: had some issues ( not their fault) and they came out and took care of it rapidly. They are awesome!

I hired John the plumber for my salon and they exceeded my expectations! They have the best customer service! I had them install new shampoo bowls and the ones i had came broken but they went out of their way to get the parts i needed and get the job done just in time for me to run for business the next day! Recently I had an issue with one of my bathroom toilets on a Sunday. I called John the Plumber to get my request on the list for the week. I was told the first opening was Tuesday which I gladly accepted. I received a call early Monday morning informing me of an opening and would I be interested in accepting it. I did and was pleasantly surprised when the technician, Carl, arrived. He immediately began to work on the situation then took the time to explain to me the process he would follow. He quickly answered my questions and I felt I was in good hands. A few hours later my issue was resolved with recommendations to assist in making sure this situation did not happen again.Carl was very professional while in my home and I was pleased with the quality of service, the price I paid, the follow up and follow through and the overall approach to the situation. Plumbing can be very costly and I feel I paid a reasonable price for the needed work.If you ever need help with a plumbing issue, call John the Plumber first! Excellent work!

Working from NH with a company unknown to you to complete work in your Florida Condo is scary enough. Add to that previous company refuses to return your phone calls after you paid them in full and the work was not done and you become very suspious and fearful. But to my delight John the Plumber has been the total ooposite. The office staff and James their plumber have been available to work with you and they are HONEST. They are fairly priced and keep you in the loop 100% of the time. James did an incredible job.

River the Plumber is very knowledgeable and fixed my water heater. He did a very good job. He noticed the previous plumber installed the water heater wrong and it caused sparks where it was connected and the part was burned out and River needed to replace it because there was no hot water. I could not take a shower for four days. River works for John the Plumber. He is the only person I would use in this company.
