Upon arrival the customer explained to me that there was no cold water in the lavatory faucet, I checked the faucet and realized it was simply the set screw that was loose. I used an Allen key to tighten the set screw which probably took about 10 seconds. The water returned and the customer was happy. I never seen the home owner on this visit, there was I would assume a handy man that showed me around and also signed in the customer place.

Upon arrival at the customer's residence, we addressed their concern regarding lukewarm water in the master bath, supplied by an electric tankless heater. After a thorough assessment, we determined that the existing flow rate exceeded the heater's capacity, preventing it from delivering hot water at the desired temperature. To resolve this issue, we successfully converted the tankless system to a traditional tank water heater, which is now better suited to meet the household's hot water demands. Additionally, we downgraded the circuit breaker to 20 amps to safely support the new 3500W heater, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with electrical standards. Completed Steps: Removal of Existing Tankless Heater: The old electric tankless heater was safely disconnected and removed from the plumbing and electrical systems. Installation of New Tank Water Heater: A new, appropriately sized traditional tank water heater was installed, with all plumbing and electrical connections made
