Upon arrival I was greeted by the homeowner at the garage door where he showed me the water heater which he believes is leaking. Due to what I observed I do not believe the water heater is leaking. From what I’ve discover from checking the meter and physically placing my hand on the hot water line side of the heater. When I checked the meter I found that it is slowly spinning, when I walked back up to the water heater I placed my hand on the hot supply line and found it to be hot to touch. I traced it with my hand all the way to the wall where it enters into the the concrete block wall and found that even the concrete covering the pipe has heated up. This leads me to believe that there is a loop line leak on the hot side.

Upon arrival found that commercial gas heater was not working. Spoke to tech support and through gas testing there was no pressure going to the heater. After evaluating found a valve turned off at back of building that resolved the issue.

Upon arrival I was greeted at the front door by the homeowner and led into the kitchen where I found the kitchen sink stopped up and holding water. Customer requested that I clear the clog via the vent stack on the roof. Upon receiving authorization I promptly set my equipment up on the roof and began snaking the flog using the k60. After running 75 feet of cable I confirmed the clog was cleared by running hot water in the kitchen sink. I found no further signs of the clog.
Upon arrival, customer showed me to the first floor bathroom where there was water damage on the drywall and on the side of the cabinet. I flush the toilet multiple times. I ran the water in the bathtub and ran the water in the sink, but could not find any leak. I quoted the customer on a leak detection, but he declined. I referred the customer to in trusted and trusted will be coming out to see if they can find where the water damage is coming from.
Thank you so much for your 5-star review! We will share this with the team to let them know to keep up the amazing work.
Upon arrival customer showed me to the side of the home where his kitchen clean out was located and he informed me that he attempted to clear it himself with a small 10ft snake, but was unsuccessful. I quoted the customer on clearing the stoppage, but the customer declined saying he had a quote for around $385. I told the customer I could match the price, but the customer still declined the service. The customer is going to attempt to clear the stoppage himself and said that he would call us back if he can’t get it.
Arrived to outdoor shower not working, provided an estimate for a new one.
On arrival, customer showed me to the master bathroom where they informed me that the toilet was leaking from the floor. I gave the customer multiple options so that they could choose what works best for them. Customer went with the bronze option because they just wanted to get the problem solved which was just a pull and reset of the toilet. I pulled the toilet and remove the old wax ring. When I removed the old wax ring I noticed some roots around the flange. I inspected inside of the pipe, and I could not see any roots inside of the pipe. I did inform the customer of the roots. I then set the new wax ring and reset the toilet. After I reset the toilet, I flushed the toilet multiple times to test for any leaks. No leaks. After testing leaks, I redid the caulking on the bottom of the toilet to the floor. I offered to evaluate the home and age the customer’s water heater, but they declined.
Came out to learn to build estimates
Upon arrival the homeowner stated they were not happy with the push style popup that was recently installed. We removed the push style and installed a new popup with lever style. Tested the new popup for proper function and checked for any leaks. No charge today as the push style is the wrong popup for this sink.
Came out today to evaluate a few leaks under kitchen and hall bathroom sinks. In the kitchen the faucet was dripping from the base and customer already had purchased a new moen faucet. Installed new faucet to take care of the leak. Also installed 2 new emergency stops as the old ones were original and frozen. And in hall bathroom the pop up assembly was slowly leaking. Replaced with a new push button pop up assembly and tested everything in hall and kitchen sink extensively to ensure no more leaks or issues.
I arrived today to locate the roots that I found in my customers exterior drain line. After getting my camera to the start of the roots I discovered that it is about 3’ past the beginning of green pipe. I am going to have my customer contact his association or city to determine who will be responsible for the repair. I gave an estimate to do the repair if the home owner is responsible.
I arrived today to clear a main line clog for my customer. I ran 45’ of k60 from the exterior clean out in the front of the house and cleared the clog. After clearing the clog I ran my camera and found the line was full of roots. I will return tomorrow with a locator to give a quote on repairing the line.
Installed individual shutoff valves, and check valves for each hot/cold water supply for the pedicure stations. Capped of 4 1/2” copper lines. Shindig register area. Removed and capped the vanity located in the break room. Removed the vanity in the restroom and installed an Ada compliant sink. Wall had to be opened to install backing, new emergency stops, and drainage. As a courtesy we replaced the section of drywall to make the restoration easier for the customer.
Arrived to explain the scope of work to the customer
Arrived to provide an estimate for repiping cold/hot water supply lines.
This is an estimate to replace the toilet itself
Performed leak detection and found poly pipe leaking above slab. Used copper line and crimps to fix leak. Turned the water back on then tested for leaks.
Came out today to evaluate water coming from behind water heater. While investigating the situation I noticed the water heater is only 6 years old and In good condition. I shut the hot side ball valve off and pressure tested the cold side and everything held at 60psi when we turned ball valve on for hot water heater we had an immediate drop. I re pressurized the hot line and shut off main valve to find that there was a constant drop in pressure. I showed the tnt how to shut off water heater ball valve so the constant leak would stop until it’s fixed tomorrow.
