I came back out today because the toilet was leaking from the bolts on the tank. I pulled the tank and replaced the bolts and washers, along with the tank to bowl gasket. I tightened everything as tight as possible without cracking the tank. If I tighten the bolts anymore it could possibly crack the tank. After turning the water back on the toilet filled up, and I flushed it several times. I waited for about 15 minutes to make sure that the toilet wasn’t leaking. The homeowner put toilet paper around the bolts and on the floor. As of now the toilet is not leaking anywhere. Both homeowners were there watching me replace everything. I provided an estimate to replace the old toilet if it continues to leak. I tightened everything as tight as I could with all new parts.

I came out today to do a minor toilet rebuild on the toilet in the master bathroom. I replaced the fill valve, flapper, and toilet supply line. After doing the rebuild I turned the water back on and the toilet is flushing and working properly with no leaks.

Came out today to diagnose the master bathroom lav drain that was clogged. Upon inspection I noticed the accordion style trap and I explained how that can cause clogs and bacteria growth. We replaced those accordion traps with hard pipe and replumbed the sink. Removed all the hair debris from pop up assembly and tested sink extensively to ensure no leaks and proper drainage. We attempted to remove stuck debris from disposal but we were unable to see anything that could be possibly causing the loud disposal noise. Customer is going to purchase a new 3/4 disposal.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the emergency stop behind the fridge that needs replaced. I had the homeowner shut the water down cause it is an old gate valve, and drained the line to replace the old stop with a new quarter turn style valve. All materials and labor are included. Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the water heater in the kitchen that is currently leaking. I provided the homeowner with an estimate to get this replaced as well as the main valve. Upon arrival we found that Master bathroom sink drain with pop up broke clean on underside of sink cabinet. We replaced sink drain with brand new chrome insink popper. Checked for proper functionality and is leak free!

Upon arrival garbage disposal was said to be clogged, after customer sign for a under sink drain cleaning we found the disposal was unplugged. We ran hot water and turned disposal on and drain cleared itself. We dropped tested and ran dishwasher, checks out for proper function and is leak free!

We arrived today to reinstall my customers water heater. After installing the water heater we turned the water back on to test for leaks and the heater was functioning perfectly.

I went on the roof to attempt to clear the kitchen/laundry stoppage from the kitchen stack. I was unable to get my cable through the stack because there are 45’5 in the attic. The house is all pvc. I then ran approximately 55 feet of k-50 cable through the wall clean out to make sure that I was able to reach the laundry line as well. After that I ran hot water for several minutes and also filled both sides of the sink. Everything is draining good now.

Upon arrival the customer wasn’t on site but her contractor was. The contractor informed me that they wanted a quote on running water and sewer lines to the new desired location for a kitchen island. I informed the customer that for me to give them an accurate estimate that I would have to perform a camera inspection and locating service. The customer declined the camera inspection and asked if I could give a rough estimate without performing the camera inspection. With management approval I was able to build an estimate for the scope of work.

Upon arrival I was unable to make contact with the customer. I was able to get ahold of Shaun and get signatures for the heater install. Nobody here to let me in. Office will need to reschedule for install.
