Performed leak detection and found main leak from water service to behind heater. We core drilled thru the solid concrete wall next to the garage door to provide access to reroute 1” main line in copper behind the water heater to eliminate leaking loop. Patched and painted concrete as a courtesy.

Remove all accessible poly water supply pipes from the home. Will repipe hot/cold water supply for water heater, laundry, main cold line, bib in rear of home, half bath, two full baths, and kitchen. When we arrived, we spoke with the homeowner who had other contractors at the property providing estimates. We are providing an estimate to repipe the whole apartment with permits as well as replace the heater.
