Upon arrival I was greeted by the homeowner at the front door and led into the kitchen where I found a sink with a clog. I gave the homeowner the price to snake the clog with the drillsnake and he accepted. Up on receiving authorization I promptly removed the ptrap assembly from the wastearm and began snaking the clog. I ran about 15 feet of snake, I then reinstalled the ptrap and ran water to ensure the ptrap was not leaking, I then ran water to ensure the clog was cleared. I did not have water back up into the sink and it is draining strongly.

Upon arrival was shown to multiple hose bibs that leak when running. Provided estimate but customer decided to run a new pool fill line instead with a hose bib at that location. We will return tomorrow April 25 to run the new line.

I arrived today to check for a plumbing leak because my customer has a fluctuating water bill. After opening the meter box and it not moving I pressure tested the whole house and it was holding pressure. I suggested to check the toilets and any other possible leak sources but the home owner was certain nothing inside was leaking.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the customer at the front door and led into the master bathroom where he described the toilet to have a slow flush. At the time of our visit the toilet was not displaying improper function. I offered a camera eval but he did not agree to perform.

Arrived to find water coming up thru the wood floor. After performing a leak search it was determined that the waste arm for the kitchen had failed. Will return tomorrow to replace toilet and open block wall in master to change the Wastearm.

Arrived and removed the toilet in the master bathroom again in-order to continue to chip open the block wall so that the Wastearm for the kitchen could be replaced. The copper section was unscrewed from a pvc hub and replaced with pvc. The drywall was then temporarily reinstalled. The new toilet that the customer supplied was missing mounting hardware, but the customer will finish install himself.

Upon arrival was shown to tankless not working. Upon investigation found wires from power once burned inside breaker box. Provided multiple estimates. One estimate for fixing the wires, one for replacing with another tankless and one for replacing the tankless with a tanked heater in the garage.

Upon arrival was shown to clogged bathroom. After testing all fixtures I determined it was a main line clog. Ran the k60 75ft from the 3in roof vent above bathroom. Was able to clear the clog and did not pull anything back. No other signs for concern.

I came out today to diagnose why new shower cartridge was still having the same issue and not allowing hot water to flow through to the tub. Customer had the entire Valve taken apart and the new cartridge installed and I used customers screwdriver to turn the integral stop valve closed and it suddenly cleared threw whatever debris was blocking, the valve cleared through and full pressure was restored to the hot and cold. Tested shower valve for a moment to ensure everything was operating smoothly and no leaks and customer is going to reassemble the trim for the valve.

Came out today to diagnose two different showers that we’re having issues the master bathroom shower needs a new shower cartridge as the water pressure drops very low on the hot side. Customer is going to be purchasing the new cartridge from where he bought the valve. He will be calling us back to install new cartridge in guest bathroom the shower handle was not turning the body sprays on and off. I removed the handle and found the extension piece was not gripping on to the original stem of the cartridge remade the connection and re-tighten the screws and reinstalled the handle and everything worked flawlessly. No other recommendations or issues found at this time

Upon arrival I was greeted by the homeowner at the front door and led to the pantry closet where the water heater is located. I checked to see if the water was shut down but it wasn’t. We ended up getting the maintenance company to finally shut it down and promptly began draining the building. I then went inside and removed the old water heater, upon removing it i unsweat the gate valve and pro pressed the new ball valve on. I then hardwired the switch and installed the heater in the pan. Upon finishing I turned the water back on to the building and filled the tank. I then checked for leaks, I found none. I then turned the heater on and checked to hear if it was running. I heard a loud hum, seems to be working perfectly.

I came out today for a stoppage in the upstairs master bathroom. After running the water briefly both sinks stopped up. I took the p-trap apart on the left side and used the drill snake to clear the stoppage. I pulled out little bit of hair. After putting everything back together I ran the water. I showed the homeowner how everything is draining. Everything is draining properly with no leaks.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the homeowner at the front door. We were unable to recreate the issues so I gave him the price for the camera evaluation. Upon receiving authorization I promptly took my camera up on the roof and inspected the drain lines. I found signs of bad buildup in sections of the pipes and recommend a pressure jetting and provided an estimate as well.

Upon arrival, customer showed me to her water heater where she informed me that she was interested in getting a new one. She also informed me that she wanted a 3800 watt heater. I let her know that we have 3500 watt heaters in stock and that it would work just as well. I provided a customer with multiple options of water heaters for a 30 gallon and 38 gallon. The customer did not have time to do the work today but she said that she will think about it and when she makes a decision she will call us back.

Upon arrival opened city clean out to find it over flowing. Customer is contacting the city clear the clog. Providing 2 estimates one for resetting the toilet and one for replacing cartridges in half bath glacier bay sink.

Upon arrival I was greeted at the front door by the homeowner and shown to the kitchen and the master bathroom where he wants to replace the kitchen faucet and master bathroom faucet. I gave him the price to replace the main valve and the faucets. Upon receiving authorization I promptly shut off the water at the curb stop and cut the old gate valve out. I then plumbed in the new ball valve and turned it to the off position. I turned the water on at the curb stop and checked for leaks. There were none. I then went inside and removed the kitchen faucet. I installed the new faucet insuring the cover plate fully covered the holes from the old faucet. I then went into the master bathroom and cut a small access hole in the bottom of the vanity. I then removed the vanity faucet and installed the one provided by the customer. I then turned on the ball valve and checked both of the faucets for leaks. I found none.

Came out today to evaluate where the customer wants to install a sewer and water line to go out back to pool house. They are redoing the pool house and would like to create a half bathroom along with an outside shower. We will be creating the estimate and will have that sent over by Monday. But while I was here we also replaced 14 year old 80 gallon water heater with a new rheem 50 gallon heater and a new hose bib in the back yard. Removed old heater and tested new heater for proper function and no leaks. And tested hose bib in the back yard to ensure no leaks or issues. ( 6 year parts and labor warranty on water heater )

I came out today to look at the exterior hose bibs around the house. The hose bib located in the backyard was leaking a lot when it was turned on. After evaluating the hose bibs the homeowner only wanted to have the one in the backyard replaced. I replaced the old hose bib with a new quarter turn hose bib. When I turned the water back on there were no leaks on the new hose bib.

I gave the homeowner the price and upon reciprocating authorization I promptly removed the grate and began snaking the drain with my drill snake. Upon finishing snaking the line I ran the shower for 10 minutes and so no further signs of a blockage.

I arrived today to perform a rebuild on my customers toilet and change the emergency shut off valve at the same toilet. After removing the old parts and installing the new I turned the water on to test for leaks and proper function and it was working perfectly. After that project was completed I took a look at his shower valve and it has a stripped screw so I need to get with hansgrohe to order the proper parts.

Upon arrival the tenant stated that both showers were only getting luke warm. Both of the showers have rain heads on them. I put a smaller shower head on to test the flow rate. Once I did that the shower got hot water. I was able to speak with Manny the property manager and told him that he needs to get smaller shower heads so the flow rate won’t be as much. This way the showers will have hot water. I also tested all of the fixtures throughout the house and they all had hot water.

I arrived today because my customer had a running toilet. After assessing the toilet I determined that it was leaking through the gasket of the flush valve. I have to order the proper flush valve and will return to preform a major rebuild and also change the emergency shut off valve at the same toilet.

Upon arrival I was greeted at the front door by the tenant. He led me to the bathroom where he indicated that the shower was draining slowly and that he noticed bubbles in the toilet as it drained, indicating there was a main line clog. Upon running all bathroom fixtures I was able to recreate the problem and confirm the existence of the clog. I informed him of the price and upon receiving authorization I promptly began snaking the clog via the vent stack located on the roof. I initially encountered the clog roughly 20 feet in. I went ahead and ran 90 feet of cable, clearing the clog. I then went into the bathroom and ran water to confirm that the clog was cleared. I saw no further signs of the clog being present.

I arrived today because my customers water heater was running out of hot water after one shower. JTP installed the water heater 4/15/22 so it was still under warranty. After assessing the heater I determined that the lower element wasn’t functioning. I drained the tank and changed both element. After replacing the elements I filled the tank, turned the water on and had hot water in the kitchen in 10 minutes.

I arrived today because my customer had a dripping tub spout while the shower is on. After assessing the spout I determined the spout itself was the issue and my customer already had a new for to be installed. After I changed the spout I turned the shower on to test for leaks and it was functioning perfectly. I gave two estimates (attached) for a water heater replacement and my customer was informed that his electric would have to be upgraded by an electrician before a new water heater could be installed.
