Upon arrival, we assessed the situation and found that the customer’s dishwasher was not draining effectively. To address this issue, we needed to remove and clean the P-trap to eliminate any potential blockages. Procedure for Cleaning the P-Trap: Turn Off Water Supply: We began by shutting off the water supply to prevent any leaks during the procedure. Disconnect the P-Trap: We carefully loosened the fittings to disconnect the P-trap from both the sink and the dishwasher. Clean the P-Trap: We thoroughly cleaned the interior of the P-trap to remove any debris or buildup obstructing drainage. Reassemble the P-Trap: After cleaning, we securely reattached the P-trap and conducted a thorough check for leaks. Additionally, we observed that the hot side dual stop valve was an older model with signs of corrosion, which increased the risk of leakage. We recommended replacing it with a quarter-turn dual valve to enhance reliability and ensure ease of operation. However, the customer decided n
Upon arrival I was shown to a kitchen sink draining slowly. They already had someone run cable through the kitchen waste arm and the roof vent stack. I came to the conclusion that the copper Wastearm on the kitchen sink has channel rotted. An estimate to replace the waste arm with pvc was signed and rescheduled to be done Friday
Arrived on site to replace waist arm, but upon inspection of the situation. We noticed that with the waist arm being changed there would still be a clog. So with multiple attempts to clear the line with multiple feet of snake in the attempt to clear the line we noticed that the lines was filled with grease, so we then ran the camera as well to located where exactly the stack for the kitchen line would be, which then lead to us noticing that behind the kitchen cabinets a metallic pipe with a 90’ which has a visible break at where the drain entered the floor. We told client in order to find out if pipe from beyond that point must be removed so we could then properly locate and fix the pipe. Single story Camera Evaluation of drain quality DOING A VIDEO EVALUATION OF YOUR SEWER LINES WILL GIVE YOU A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF ANY UNDERLYING ISSUES AS WELL AS PROVIDE A MAP OF THE EXISTING SYSTEM.
Many thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re very happy to hear that we met your expectations!
Upon arrival customer has a back up in kitchen sink. While inspecting the piping to kitchen sink it was piped completely wrong. High pressure fittings should be replaced with drainage fittings at the correct pitch. While checking the heater it appears to be from 2003 and needs to be updated to code and replaced with a new unit. Estimates provided. After deciding on estimate we went ahead and replaced hot water heater and kitchen drain piping. We had to cut and repipe with correct fittings and pitch. Water heater is backed by 6 year parts and warranty.
Upon arrival we were shown to a kitchen faucet we installed a few months ago. It wasn’t getting satisfactory pressure for the customer. We cleaned out and removed the water saver and the pressure is better. We suggested filtration to prevent this problem from happening again
In order to pipe in the whole home filtration system we have to make the water line connections out by the meter where we previously ran water lines for this application. We are also going to run a drain line for the regeneration process by tying into the sewer line that runs past the location where the whole home filtration system will be installed. The lines were previously brought up to the right side of the AC system but we are going to install the system to the left side of the AC system because there is adequate space there. We will move the water lines previously run for no charge. Both units require electricity, we will tie into existing electric and run a conduit line down the wall with new GFI and waterproof box.
Upon arrival customer had a slow draining shower and toilet was not flushing properly. Plunger toilet and relieved blockage. Flushed toilet many times and ran all bathroom drains. Explained to customer if he wants to guarantee drain being cleared we would have to snake from the roof with k60 and he would have to pay the difference off the k60 drain cleaning and hand snaking of shower drain with a charge of 220.87. Customer declined at this time.
Upon inspection ran shower …slow drain Ran drill snake 25 ft….tested draining properly.
Installed Customer supplied smart toilet and custom shuttoff valve. Flushed several times to check for leaks and functioning.
Upon Arrival we were shown to a bathroom backup that was also affecting the master bathroom vanity. An estimate to clear the clog through the main line and one for additional cable if needed were agreed on and we ran 135 feet of cable and cleared the blockage and also pulled back a few wipes
Upon arrival shower did not work it’s a discontinued column. We tried new batteries and still nothing. Customer is going to look for showers and call us back after he decides what route he wants to take in regards of set up.
Arrived to customer, this was a pre-sold job. We removed old titan tankless and installed Rheem RTX 13 and three water filter before with new ball valve. Checked for proper functionality and perfect temperature for customer. Customer also wanted repair of slow draining sink we presented estimates, customer approved. After plunging drain we checked for proper functionality and you are clog free!
Replaced the Titan tankless water heater in the guest bathroom. Also installed the new shower head for that bathroom as well. All materials and labor are included but the shower head is supplied by the homeowner. After all work was completed I tested everything for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks.
Upon arrival, I was shown to a kitchen clog and gave a recommendation to clear the stoppage with a drill snake because I saw that it was a food clog which was agreed on. after clearing the stoppage I ran the sink for several minutes in front of the customer to ensure the whole line was clear then I checked my connections. He is now leak and clog free
Customer showed us a heater that wasn’t sending hot water. It was a 17 year old heater and we offered an estimate because we can’t work on heaters older than 10 years old. After the work was completed we tested our connections and made sure the heater was getting power. Everything checked out and the customer was satisfied
When we arrived, we met with Mike who is Alyssa‘s father. He explained that the dishwasher and the faucet has no water coming out the hot side and thinks it may be the valve. we recommended replacing valve a new dual stop. After inspecting the area under the kitchen sink, we discovered that there is a leak coming from the kitchen faucet. We recommended replacing the kitchen faucet which will be doing. We recommended replacing the other valve if he is replacing the kitchen faucet. We reconnected the icemaker line and dishwasher line after testing we discovered the dishwasher is leaking from the actual unit itself. We recommended buying a new dishwasher. We offered a lower price today of $75 to screw in the dishwasher, but that was due to multiple task being completed at the same time. Regular price for a dishwasher is 536. Mike asked that we leave the dishwasher turned off and pulled out. We tested the new valves and the connections to the dishwasher and icemaker and confirmed that ther
Upon arrival customer front clean out was holding water half way up the pipe. I had to wait for the rain to pass because of lightning. After the rain past I noticed that the water drained out. So I ran the camera 65 ft and the pipe was holding water. This is about 12ft past the clean out into the driveway at a 45degree bend off the clean out. I then ran the k60 65 ft to clear the water out and was getting bound up on something. I ran a camera right next to the cable and discovered the old cast iron being in very poor condition. The pipe was shrinking. Then just before the driveway hit the landscaping I discovered a large piece of metal or scaling completely blocking the pipe. I showed the customer on the camera what I was looking at and told him that this is a mandatory replacement. This is borrowed time. Due to the obstruction and the condition of the cast iron. Called Manager and I took pictures of clean out and front of house to give a visual of where the pipe runs. We will get an
Arrived to customer, found a slow draining shower. We presented estimates to run sewer camera and drill snake, customer approved estimates. We ran camera to inspect cast-iron shower drain, and access possible damage. We found that cast iron has scale and build up in pipe and is just slow draining. Customer declined estimate for sewage, cleaning and replacement for now!
I came out today for estimates on multiple items. I started in the laundry room where they want to have the drain in the wall or in the cabinet, also they want the laundry lines in the wall or cabinet with a new laundry box. In the kitchen they are going to replace the countertop and want a reverse osmosis system installed in the island sink. Where the stove is located they want to install a pot filler over the stove. We will need to run a cold water line for the pot filler. There will be a coffee maker located on the left side of the kitchen next to the laundry room. The ice maker is going to be located on the right side of the kitchen. As per plans per client. In the master bathroom the vanity to the right side is going to be capped and turned into a cabinet. The vanity located next to the tub is going to be a dual vanity and would need water lines ran along with the drainage. The tub is going to be replaced with a free standing tub in the same location and will have to move the drai
Customer had a running toilet and wanted emergency stop replace. Wrote the estimate up for fill valve and emergency stop and presented it to the customer and he got very upset about the price I tried to negotiate a better price for a bundle price but customer did not want to listen and asked us to leave. # jtp
Customer woke up in the morning noticing that the towel in front of the toilet was wet and assumed there was a leak from the toilet. I performed a visual leak de checking al fixtures and plumbing for leaks could not find any evidence of any water or leaks. Customer will call back if any water shows up.
I came out today because the 5 year old titan tankless water heater was not producing hot water. I installed a new rheem R-Tex 13 tankless water heater, along with a new quarter turn ball valve. After installing the new tankless water heater I wired it up, and turned the power back. The new water heater is working fine and there is hot water.
Came out today to give estimates on 3 hose bibbs, main valve and estimate to tap off hose bibb to get water to wood dock and install 2 hose Bibbs Customer getting new dock put in and new pilings will call us back when completed to do work.
Came out today to give estimate…. No one is here, called office they are gonna have owner meet me out here to go over scope of work. Have estimate for new main valve for now.
Upon arrival the customer showed me to his two cleanouts in which one was an accessible one so I began to do the work to clear the stoppage. After the obstruction was cleared, water was ran to make sure it was flowing smoothly through the line. Once cleared, I ran the camera through the drain pipes to check the condition of the pipe. The pipe is in good condition no root intrusion or breaks. So my conclusion is that there was a large object caught in the line that obstructed the water flow
