Replaced all old valves in the unit with new quarter turn style valves. I opened the drywall in the ac closet to replace the main valve in the wall. We are not responsible for any drywall repairs. I also replaced all emergency stops in the unit. This includes 3 single emergency stops in the bathroom, one single emergency stop for the kitchen sink and one dual stop under the kitchen sink. All materials and labor are included. After all work was completed I tested everything for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks.

Upon arrival I looked through the unit to see the issues the owner had told us about. I found some old water stains on the emergency stops throughout the unit so I recommended replacing all valves in the home. I provided the homeowner with an estimate to get this work done and they will reach out when they would like to move forward.

I came out today for a possible stoppage in the master bathroom toilet. There is a clean out located just outside of the bathroom. The homeowner told me that water came out from underneath the toilet the other day. I pulled the toilet to see If there were any obstructions. After pulling the toilet I dumped a 5 gallon bucket of water with toilet paper down the drain and it came through the clean out. After resetting the toilet I flushed it several times with and without toilet paper. Everything was passing through the clean out. The homeowner told me that the toilet is not flushing the way it use to. I advised the homeowner that he might want to consider replacing the toilet with a different style.

Customer wanted estimate on two toilets Toto one estimate if customer supplied and another estimate if we supplied. I tried to get the toilets that he want same day but was unable a.

Upon arrival, dishwasher was malfunctioning Causing it to constantly fill with water and flood. Capped hot emergency stop under the sink and vacuumed the line.

Came out today to look at clog….no clog…no outside cleanout, preventative maintenance she wanted..,gave estimates for new fernco and kitchen faucet And sent estimate for heater

Arrived today to perform the membership visit. I looked around the home and found zero issues. All emergency stops are quarter turns and all fixtures are fully functional. The only recommendations that I have are for a Flo by Moen whole home auto shutoff valve and a carbon filter for the home. The homeowner would like us to renew his membership in October so we will schedule a call for when he returns home to renew the membership.

Came out today to install a customer supplied Kohler toilet in hall bathroom when I pulled the old toilet. The old flange completely came up with the toilet and the pipe was exposed. Installed a new repair flange and installed new Kohler toilet testing extensively for proper function and no leaks. We will be sending over a complete quote for the camera evaluation of the kitchen line and the repair to be made in the wall.

Upon inspection…toilet runs…rebuilt upstairs guest toilet…tested all good… Tried removing shower handle cartridge to get brand …can’t remove.

Came back out today to replace failed shower cartridge in east side of the home bathroom. Removed old cartridge and tested extensively to ensure leak has been fixed.

Upon arrival was shown to leaking copper line. Cut out leaking fittings and re plumbed into desired location for tile guys.

Came out today to diagnose a leak coming from shower in guest bathroom on south side of the home. Upon inspection I notified the water is leaking from the cartridge and water is coming from behind the shower trim plate we took apart the plate and identified the cartridge we have ordered a new one and will be back ASAP to install it. Highly recommend to customer to not use the shower as it’s leaking behind the wall when turned on.

I came out today and spoke with Kyle. He informed me that he had a couple of different plumbers out for a previous stoppage. One company snaked it through the wall clean out behind the bathroom and that cleared it. Then things started to drain slowly again and he had another company come out and pull the toilet to clear the stoppage. At that time he wanted to have the line camered but the company wanted to charge him more money. There appears to be a cast iron clean out in the back of the building that has concrete on the top of it. Kyle told me that there is no current stoppage right now. I let him know that I would have to go on the roof to camera the line to see the condition of the cast iron and that’s not part of the $99.00 special. Upon arrival the homeowner wasn’t home but her friend/neighbor let us in. She was communicating with the homeowner the whole time and was ultimately the one who signed for the work and payed for it. I did call the homeowner to explain the different options I had for her. The homeowner went with the silver option because she wanted the bio one but didn’t want the camera evaluation for todays visit. I ran my drill snake roughly 10ft back and forth to break up all the grease in the line. I tested by running hot water, performing a full sink drop test, and pouring boiling water down the drain. The kitchen sink is draining great.

Upon arrival I found that the Titan tankless water heater in the garage is t functioning properly. The customer stated they flipped the breaker the other day and had a spark come from the junction box next to the heater. I opened the box and found that one of the wires had a knick and it had touched the metal box and started to burn. I cut the bad wire back and reconnected all wires with new wire nuts. After the work was completed I made sure the tankless was functioning properly and safely. Only charging the service charge today.

I came out today to add a 3/4 quarter turn ball valve to cold side copper water line that supplies the water heater. This way the water heater will pass inspection.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed e the kitchen and laundry room that are backing up. I need to get on the roof and run 75 feet of snake through the roof vent to relieve the blockage. After I clear the line I will test everything for proper drainage and check all fittings for any leaks.

Upon arrival, the customer showed me to the front of his home where his main valve is located. The customer informed me that he hired a leak detection company to come out and find where the leak was. The leak detection company determined that the leak was underneath the main valve. I called the customer on exposing the leaking line, to which the customer agreed. After exposing the leaking line, I called the customer on doing the repair. The customer agreed. I replaced the broken section of the water service. I waited 35 minutes for the glue to dry. I turn the water back on to test for leaks. no leaks.

The project will be to remove the back of the kitchen cabinet and repipe a new moen shower valve in to the master bathroom shower. The price includes all labor and materials.

We returned because my customer still had water coming from under the sink. After drying it again it looked to be coming from the block wall connected to the neighbors unit. I accessed the neighbors unit and found the shower valve was leaking. We need to set an appointment with the neighbor Dan 954-630-9037.
