We arrived today to install a customer supplied garbage disposal, kitchen faucet, and two jtp supplied emergency shutoff valves. After installation was complete we tested everything for leak and everything was functioning properly.

This price is to hang the water heater on the side of the house, connect to the existing water supply on the front south side and eliminate hose bib at that location. Loop a ¾ " cold water supply back to the water heater. Add a hose bib on the new wall east side. Then install a sleeve from the water heater over to the new shower valve location to supply hot and cold water to the new shower. Also includes pouring a concrete base under the shower faucet to help support the shower faucet. This price includes connect the new fixture after the pavers are finished. This price is to dig up the pipe and extend it over to the corner of the house and connect it to the existing supply for the grill. We will install a shut off valve at the house. Pressure tests all of the work already done by others to confirm that there are no leaks. Also put the existing supply for the grill back to the same existing location.

Upon arrival, customer showed me to the laundry room where she told me that it had flooded out yesterday. I informed her that I could do a running water test to see if it would back up if that was the issue and I also inspected the valves, but I did not see any leaks. The customer agreed to the running water test of which I charged her a John the plumber membership to do so. Ran water through supply line of laundry machine down laundry drain standpipe for several minutes. Had no stoppage or backing up. I then performed a whole home plumbing evaluation and recommended to the customer to replace angle stop under her kitchen sink and to perform a minor toilet rebuild on her hallway toilet. Customer agreed.

I arrived today to investigate an issue with two bathroom toilets pulling water from one when the other flushes. After inspecting the line through the stack on the roof I discovered that both toilets inlet into a cottage fitting and are directly across from one another. This is forcing water into the opposite toilets piping and creating a siphon. The only way to fix the existing problem is to pipe underground portions of the pipes properly.

I came out today and was able to replace the old galvanized stand pipe with a new stainless steel stand pipe. I tested for leaks and there are no leaks. This is an estimate to replace the old galvanized stand pipe for the laundry with a new stainless steel stand pipe.

Arrived to find three handle shower not working. Opened adjacent wall in the closet for access and found that the riser and tub spout were galvanized. Opened wall completely to replace all piping with copper. Tested new shower valve then caulked.

When we arrived, the homeowner explained one of her toilets were clogged and the other one was not filling up properly. We recommended rebuilding the toilet and clearing the other toilet with the auger. We tested our work and no leaks were observed. We also recommended for her to have her water heater replaced which is located in her garage. She will call us next week to have the heater changed out.

When we arrived, we reinstalled the toilet after it sat off the flange for a few days. We tested for leaks and none were observed.

Came out today to diagnose hall bathroom clog. After running some water in bathroom sink and the toilet started to bubble I determined it was a main line clog. Got on roof and had to run 110 feet of cable to reach and clear the clog. Tested the bathroom extensively to ensure proper drainage. Clog cleared (Pulled back nothing)

when we arrived the homeowner explained he has sewer flies in the bathroom, we recommended pulling and resetting the toilet, we also recommended replacing the water heater due to the age of it. He had a quote from another company for all the work done today so we added a discount to the total price we also ran the sewer camera thru the closet bend . The cast iron is in good shape however needs to be cleaned due to the build up . No other recommendations at this time.

Replaced existing hose bib and tied into water supply to add another bib for the carport by strapping the pipe along the wall. There was also a line with irrigation tubing routed to an outdoor shower which was also tied in.

Arrived to find toilet and shower backing up. Reset toilet because the wax seal was compromised, while toilet was removed we used the sewer camera to see if the line was broken. At 40’ the line was blocked , at this time we reset the toilet and went to the roof. On the roof we snaked the 3” stack for 75’ to clear blockage, pulled back a wipe. Sent sewer camera from the stack on the roof this time an was able to se cast iron sewer system in rough condition. There is mass amounts of scale and sludge buildup, recommended to descale, pressure jet, then re assess the drain line quality.

The customer called today with a running toilet. I determined that the running was cause from a faulty flush valve. I preformed a major rebuild that included replacing the flush valve, fill valve and supply line. After all work was completed I turned the water on and the toilet was functioning properly.

Upon arrival, the residential customer showed me to the utility closet where her tankless water heater is located. The customer informed me that she wanted to flush out/descale her water heater. I explained to the customer that we don’t normally flush out such small tankless heaters. I will still build her an estimate to install valves and flush the hose bibs so that we can flush out her heater. I also gave the customer an estimate for a new tankless heater for when hers does eventually go out. The customer declined the water heater flush because it would only cost a little more to get a new heater. The customer said that she would call us if she ever has any issues with her tankless water heater.

The customer called today to have the dish washer supply line replaced. It was ordered by JTP previously and installed today. The customer also had an issue with a running toilet that was recently purchased from Lowes. The customer is going to have the part send from the manufacturer under warranty and contact JTP for installation on a later date.

The customer called today to have their 47 gallon water heater swapped out with a new JTP supplied Rheem 47 gallon water heater. After swapping out the old heater with the new all joints were tested for leaks and the electric tested for power. The water heater was functioning properly.

The customer called today to get an estimate on a replacement of their tanked 47 gallon heater and an estimate on switching to a RTEX-24. Estimates were given for both. After assessing the water heater the home owner had a concern with a dripping noise behind the laundry after it rains. The home owner had a roofing company assess the issue and was told that there was an issue involving the vent stack. I advised the home owner that a camera evaluation would be needed to determine if the problem is a plumbing issue.

Came out today to give estimates on a few things around the home that customer is looking to upgrade, starting with installing a new customer supplied kitchen faucet and adding an RO system underneath the kitchen sink. In hall bathroom on west side of home there is an old school 2 handle shower valve that I recommended cutting out and replacing with a Moen repair plate to take care of all issues and not go through the headache of trying to find stems to repair them. In the other bathroom, there is a small drip on the tail piece that is behind the pedestal sink. The repair can be made without removing the pedestal sink I gave estimates for everything, including a second estimate where everything is discounted if all work is done at the same time.

Customer had a danco universal shower handle kit they already tried installing. I simply just tightened the new universal handle on to the cartridge and made sure it was tight and not going to fall off.
