Had a leak under kitchen sink coming from the emergency stop which was a plastic push emergency stop so changed all plastic push emergency stops 9 in total to mainline brass push emergency stops. Checked all work for leaks.
Came out today to diagnose a clogged sink in the back of the spa. There was back to back sinks that were both clogged the bathroom laundry room and all the spa chairs are all draining fine and have no issues. Customer showed me out back where there was 3 cleanouts that had water overflowing. It appears only those sinks are tired into that sewer line and the bathroom and rest of the spa run on a separate line next to it that’s clear. Customer than explained he already had a plumber run 75 feet from the overflowing cleanouts and was getting stuck and could not clear the clog and than left. Customer is going to call the city to find out if this is his responsibility because the other cleanout that’s overflowing is in the parking lot and this may be a city pipe issue. I explained to the customer that if the city says this is your issue we can return to locate the break and we can give a quote for replacement. I have sent over the quote to locate the issue in the sewer line.
Installed the owner supplied instahot system under the kitchen sink. All materials are supplied by the homeowner. After all work was completed we tested everything for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks. Installed JTP supplied garbage disposal under the kitchen sink. We didnt need to install a new collar as it was already attached so we are applying a discount. All materials and labor are included. Tested for proper function and checked for any leaks.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the disposal that isn’t functioning properly. The disposal was still getting power but it wasn’t spinning. I unjammed the disposal and ensured everything is functioning properly. I recommend replacing the main valve to a new ball valve and I have provided the homeowner with an estimate get this work done.

I came out today to provide a couple of water filtration options for the whole house. The homeowner is going to talk it over with his wife to see what system they want to install.
Upon arrival the homeowner stated he was still getting the A105 error code on the hybrid heater. I called tech support and they had me run some diagnostics to make sure everything was functioning properly. We found that there could be some moisture getting into an electrical connection that could be causing this issue. We will monitor the heater for the next few days and if this happens again rheem will be sending a new wiring harness. No charge today as this is warrantied work.

Arrived to customer, found that water heater was set at 110° after removing panel and setting unit to 120° we knocked on customers door to verify that water is at customers preferred temperature. Customer verified that temperature was good and you were all set!
After excavating grass and locating leak, I discovered that the three-quarter schedule 40 nipple going into backflow on meter head cracked. We replaced with schedule 80 nipple and brass adapters to 1 inch to home. This Box should and can not get ran over. After waiting for integrity of glue to dry you are leak free!
Arrived to customer, found that basket strainer nut to tubular tailpiece was stripped, after installation of new basket strainer. We checked for proper functionality, and you are leak free!
I’m on arrival the customer showed me to his master bathroom where one of his faucets is not working properly. The customer then showed me to the main valve on the side of the house where he had a dripping pressure relief valve as well as a hose bib. I provided the customer with multiple options that he could choose what works best for him. The customer decided to have me do a new main valve and hose bib and I threw in the pressure relief valve for free. I did my work and waited for the glue to dry. I turned the water on to test for leaks. No leaks.
I have to say, my experience with River from John the Plumber was top notch and what you want when you have a problem. Renee was very helpful, courteous and a pleasure to speak with. I had a sink problem the day before I was having people over for the fourth. She got me scheduled the same day and River, the plumber, came earlier than quoted. Regarding River, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He walked me and my wife through what needed to be done, explained in detail what he would be doing and went about his work in an expeditious and exacting manner. And he was great to talk to. I did call two other companies before getting to JTP, and the previous two companies were not as courteous and told me what they couldn’t do while JTP said, we got this. I would highly recommend River and John the Plumber to anyone that has an emergency plumbing problem.
Applied Silicone in between sink and counter top and tightened clamps underneath sink. Repaired tubular extension to basket strainer. This is a temporary repair. We are not responsible for parts or counter top damage.
Arrived to customer, we provided estimates for replacement of shower valve, customer wants to supply her preferred valve. We provided estimates for water heater replacement due to unit being over 10 years old and home filtration based on current exterior filtration system being outdated.
Came out today to diagnose a issue where customer is hearing noise from the main valve and he explained he occasionally notices the relief valve spitting water from the main. He called the water company out and they told him those need to be replaced every few years once they start dripping and that’s the cause of the noise. We replaced with a brand new watts Calibrated Adjustable relief valve. And tested to ensure it was not dripping and it was set to the pressure of the home.
Upon arrival the homeowner stated that he had an issue with his master toilet that wasn’t draining properly about a week ago. The homeowner hasn't used the toilet for about a week so when we went to run water everything was draining properly. I observed water sitting in the outside cleanout so I recommended running the snake through that line to make sure everything is working properly. The homeowner said he would hold off for now and call us if anything happens again.
Supplied and installed a new faucet cartridge for the kitchen faucet that has low pressure. All materials and labor are included. After the work was completed we tested everything for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks. Deposit was taken and needs to be applied to invoice. The new cartridge didn’t take care of the low pressure issue so if the homeowner decides to replace the faucet I will credit 50 percent of this charge towards the replacement of the faucet. We also replaced the warrantied parts on the hybrid water heater that rheem sent to our shop. The heater repair is covered under warranty. After we repaired the water heater I contacted rheem to run through the diagnostics and ensure the heater is functioning properly
Installed Rheem 50 gal med 4500 watt heater…new ball valve and pan. Set temp to 225 degrees….tested…hot water.
Upon arrival the customer showed us to the main valve where I had previously done my reroute. He informed us that he heard a loud humming noise and when he went out to check the main valve there was water coming from his pressure relief valve on the main. When I looked at it there was no water coming out and it wasn’t dripping. I informed the customer that for some reason the pressure to his house must have increased and the noise he heard was water going through the pressure relief valve. If the problem happens again he may call us back.
Upon arrival the customer showed us to the side of the home where his landscaper had hit a 1” uponor line and caused a leak. I provided the customer with multiple options and he decided to go with the repair over the new water service. I had to wait for a delivery of materials, but once I got the materials I performed the repair and turned the water on to test for leaks. No leaks.

In back of home is a guest bathroom where the emergency stop needs replacement. Customer opted for just replacement of toilet emergency stop. After installation we checked for proper functionality and you are leak free!
Came out today to move bathroom drain line..,moved cold and hot water lines to the right 3 inches..tested all fine no leaks…
Came out today to diagnose a clog coming from the kitchen sink. We were able to clear the clog from the roof vent we ran about. 50 feet and the clog was cleared. I pulled back a bunch of spaghetti and meat and then ran the sewer camera down the stack to ensure the clog has been cleared. There was minimal grease buildup and the food had been completely cleared threw tested sink extensively to ensure no clogs or leaks.
Upon arrival the homeowner stated they were getting multiple error codes on the three year old hybrid water heater. I called tech support and they said we need to replace a thermistor and the current transformer for the electric. Rheem is sending out new parts under warranty and we will return to install them as soon as we get them. No charge today as this is under warranty. Taking deposit today to order faucet cartridge.
I had some roots growing into my sewage drain pipe and Chad and Vince did the repair. Super happy with their very hard work and professionalism. The price quoted for the repair was much cheaper than quotes from four other plumbing companies. I don’t think anybody could have done a better job than Chad and Vince did.
We arrived today because my customer had root in his sewer line. After digging in the location on the root intrusion we found a clean out approximately 2 1/2” down with no cap on it and roots entering the pipe. We cut the clean out and repaired the line with new 4” pvc. After the repair was completed we back filled the hole.
I arrived today because my customer has root intruding into his sewer line roughly 8’ before it ties into the city. He had the city out last week and they ran a camera. My customer had the video and showed it to me so I was able to give an estimate.
Upon arrival the customer stated that he had water showing up in his garage around the same area that there was last time when I performed a leak detection and reroute. I quoted the customer on performing another leak detection and a leak assessment. The customer agreed to the leak assessment. I checked the water meter and it was completely still, showing zero signs of water loss. I then performed a pressure test on a hose bib. My pressure gauge was holding at full pressure for several minutes. The pressure test is a fool proof way of testing for a pressurized water leak above or below the foundation of the home. My pressure test showed zero drop in pressure, ensuring that there is no leak coming from any pressurized water lines.
We have used Jason Lemieux of John the Plumber for several jobs in my house over the last two months . I have 5 bathrooms and Jason has worked on most of them involving complete Toto toilet equipment rebuilds and/or shut off valve replacements. In addition he replaced our water heater and our main Blanco faucet in our kitchen . All of the jobs were expertly done at a reasonable cost. Will was very professional and did great work. My only issue is that the drain component of the drain installed is inferior. It was delivered to Will so he had nothing to do with it. I spoke to the office regarding a replacement part similar to the one removed. I am waiting for a call back.
