Toilet not flushing well in upstairs guest .…performed a minor rebuild replaced fill valve waterline and flapper. Comes with a 1 year warranty. Tested all working properly.
This price is to camera the line from the cleanout. Figured out the issue and will be providing an estimate for repair.
When we arrived, we diagnosed the issue as a clog. We recommend running a camera from the cleanout To diagnose the issue. Nash will approve the estimate.
Upon arrival we were shown to a kitchen sink and shower trim, spout and head that needed replacing. The customer provided the replacement parts so an estimate for us to perform the work was presented and the customer is going to get back with us when they make their decision

Upon inspection disposal not working ….unclogged disposal had small spoon inside…cleaned p trap…tested all working properly. Sent estimate for customer supplied kitchen faucet, new 50 gal Rheem heater with 6 years parts and labor warranty, and new main valve.
Came out today to look at small leak under kitchen sink, p trap nut was loose ….tightened up…tested no leaks. Also looked at shower customer stated no hot water , advised Ned’s shower cartridge, she will be demoing bathroom. Upon inspection not on p trap was loose…tightened all, tested no leaks.
When we arrived, we diagnosed the issue to be a result dead rats in the attic.
Upon arrival customer stated that all his lavatory facets are hard of turning, and his daughter’s bathroom toilet leaks by through flapper. On a previous visit we replaced the fill valve and flapper. Due to the flapper being new and still not being seated properly we suggested a major toilet rebuild. Customer declined at this time. We did provide estimates for the rebuild, the warranty processing, and also the installation of faucet stems. While collecting pictures of the main valve and tankless water heater, we mentioned options of a tankless descaling process as well as a filtration system to heater. Estimates were also provided. Customer will also think about becoming a part of our membership program.
Upon arrival we found the hot water tank in the attic is producing hot water just fine, but color of water is orange. We suggest to install a tanning system for the outside softening system, a filter before the heater and a heater flush. We will also give estimate for tankless in attic.

Came out today to diagnose a gas tankless heater that is 12 years old and is occasionally having error code 90 pop up customer keeps unplugging unit and resetting it and it will work for about a half a day I explained there is nothing we can do to work on the heater due to the age and replacement is the only option. We will be sending an updated quote to replace the heater
Arrived to customer, found that main water leak is on meter, therefore, you will need to call the city to come out to fix.
Upon arrival I was shown to two toilets that needed replacing. He already had two replacements ready and we both agreed that the old emergency shutoff valves should be replaced as well. I also notified him that his membership will be over within two months. An estimate to replace the toilets, emergency shutoff valves and renewal of his jtp club membership was agreed on and I began the work. After completion I tested my connections and installations for leaks or malfunction. Everything is working well and no leaks present
When we arrived, we met with the homeowner John Pinella. He explained he wanted a revised estimate since a lot of conditions and situations of the work have changed. He also wants a job to be done with a permit beginning at the main. We will be running a 1 inch line to the wall in the garage where the water heater is currently located , he wants us to remove the waterlines that are currently there and and install a new manifold that will supply hot and cold water for the majority of the house. The manifold will be attached to the wall and the homeowner is responsible for hiding it or building around it. The line from the main will be running along the interior wall in the garage from where the main is and also running along the exterior wall to enter the garage. It will then go into the attic space and come back down by the water heater wall, we will be installing a moen flow provided by the customer. We recommended upgraded a water heater with a booster and recirculating line the home
Arrived to customer, found that master bathroom, shower cartridge is only producing hot water, we presented estimates for replacement of s Kohler, shower cartridge, after customer showed us picture of valve to identify cartridge. Customer wanted to schedule installation of cartridge for another day. We will call you and schedule with you shortly! Customer paid $225.00 deposit.
When we arrived, we performed a regeneration on the filtration system. We also corrected the time and set it up for the future usage. Explained to her on how to use the unit and refill it. Also made sure the heater we installed was working fine which it is. She is happy and satisfied with the filter install.
Upon arrival, the homeowner stated that his water bill was $300 higher than normal in the past two months. We performed a pressure drop test on the home and went through all the fixtures in the house. Found that no water was running in any of the fixtures in the home and the pressure remained the same after waiting approximately 20min. The house is fully piped with uponor and everything was in good working condition. I did notice in the master bathroom that the toilet could use a major rebuild. I brought that to the homeowner’s attention and he told me that he could do it himself. While performing the water pressure test the meter was not spinning. The houses irrigation system is also tied into the city main water supply and after looking in at irrigation timer box I noticed that it was set to come on everyday. I also suggested to the homeowner that he should get an irrigation company to come out to see if the irrigation is functioning properly.
Supply and install of Clack Regenerating whole house 2.0cu carbon filter and 1.5cu resin softener combo. (2 to 4 bathrooms with 3 or more people) Includes install tankless heater install in garage We installed a new tankless water heater in the garage ,corrected the waterlines and protected the electrical to the best of our ability. We also installed a new whole filtration with a new salt softener. We filled the tank of water and will be back in a few days once the bedding period is over. Tested all our work and there were no leaks. We recommend a waterproof outlet being installed in the future.
When we arrived to the home, the homeowner explained that she was not receiving hot water from the tankless electric heater in the garage. She also explained she had low pressure in a few of her faucets. We checked the meter and found no signs of leaks at the home. We went through the house and cleaned her shower aerators. we then diagnosed the tankless heater as having a faulty element. We recommend replacement of the tankless heater due to the buildup observed in the aerators, we recommended a whole house water filtration to prevent further build up in the future. She went through with the estimate on the water, filtration and tankless install at a discounted rate she signed up through finance and we will be back sometime tomorrow to finish the work.
When we arrived, homeowner explained he wanted an option for a whole house repipe. We will get with service manager to get a quote for his whole house repipe. He wants a manifold style pex reroute with a possible recirculating line for the hot line in master bathroom.

Arrive to customer sound leaky Rain head it’s consistently dripping, we would recommend replacement of cartridge. we presented estimates for replacement of main valve and cartridge for master bathroom, shower customer opted for only replacement of cartridge in master bathroom after installation of new cartridge we tested for proper functionality, turn the main valve back on, and you are leak free!
