Job Locations and Reviews
Upon arrival the customer showed us to the master bathroom where there was a leak under the sink and the sink was draining very slowly. The leak was coming from the packing nut to the rod on the pop up assembly and just needed to be tightened up. I quoted the customer on snaking the line and she agreed. I took apart the ptrap and removed the drain stopper. I used my vacuum to suck out any build up in the line before I ran the drill snake. I ran the drill snake and cleared the stoppage. I reassembled the ptrap and drain stopper. I ran the water in the sink to test for any leaks. No leaks. Sink is draining very well now.
Upon arrival the customer showed us to the kitchen where she informed us that she thinks her dishwasher was leaking. I removed the kick plate on the bottom of the dishwasher to expose the supply line and drain hose connections. I ran the dishwasher and saw some drops of water coming from what I think is the motor. The customer is contacting an appliance repairman for the dishwasher. The customer then showed us to a bathroom upstairs where her toilet was running. I quoted the customer on repairing the toilet and she agreed. The customer told me how she had just recently replaced the kohler flush canister ring, so I just provided her one for if she needs to replace it in the future. I replaced the fill valve and turned the water back on to test for leaks. No leaks.
Upon arrival the customer showed me to the water heater for the master bathroom and informed me that he would like to replace it with a tankless unit. I provided the customer with multiple options so that he could choose what works best for him. Customer will call an electrician and call us back when he’s made a decision. Tankless heater is an 18kw and will require an electrician to make sure that the proper electrical supply is there.
Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the three toilets that needed minor rebuilds, the main valve that needed replaced as well as the water heater. I performed all work and tested all fixtures for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks. 6 year warranty on the tank, parts, and labor. JTP membership is included to receive a ten percent discount on all service work for one year as well as other great benefits.
I came out today to try and diagnose a gas tankless heater that’s flashing error code 51. We were out here yesterday to flush the heater but now the heater won’t get hot at all. I explained to customer it’s a failed gas solenoid valve and that’s what makes the water hot. I have sent over a quote with us discounting the ( $384.61 ) from the tankless flush. We will be returning asap Monday to replace the heater
Replaced basket strainer with customer supplied basket strainer.
Arrived today to install a new Noritz gas tankless heater that joe had sold previously. I started with shutting the water off to the home so that I could disconnect and remove the old heater. After removing the old heater I prefabricated my water and gas connections to the heater. I then mounted the heater and connected the hot & cold water lines, and connected the gas line. I turned the water on to test for leaks. No leaks. I then turned the heater on and went to the nearest bathroom to test for hot water. Heater is working great.
Performed a flush on the gas tankless water heater in the garage, also replace the tub spout in the guest bathroom and remove the water savers from both shower heads in the home. After the work was done we made sure everything was functioning properly and checked all fittings for any leaks.
Upon arrival the customer showed me to the bathroom where his toilet tank was cracked and the toilet was disassembled. He informed me that his anglestop wouldn’t shut off. He shut off his main gate valve and it wouldn’t turn off all the way so he called the city to shut off the water meter. I gave the customer multiple options so that he could choose what works for him. The customer chose the bronze option because he wasn’t interested in the JTP membership or the new toilet. I installed the new 1” ball valve and a new quarter turn anglestop. I turned the water on to test for leaks. No leaks.
Arrived today to replace broken shower tower with new customer supplied shower tower. I started by shutting the water off at the main valve and water heater so that I could remove the old shower tower. I then assembled the new shower tower, connected the water lines, and mounted it to the wall. I turned the water back on to test for leaks. No leaks. I tested the shower tower for functionality by turning the water on and diverting it to each setting. Shower tower is working great.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the homeowner at the front door and led into the kitchen, I found the ptrap had separated from the basket strainer, upon further investigation I found the threads on the basket strainer to be worn out. I gave the customer the price for me to replace it and she agreed, I promptly removed the old basket strainer and installed the new one, upon completion I tested for leaks by performing a dump test and running water, I found no signs of leaks.
Upon arrival, the customer showed me to the water heater where it was currently leaking. I provided the customer with multiple options so that they could choose what works best for them. The customer decided to go with the smart electric water heater. I shut the water off to the home so that I can remove the old heater and the old gate valve. I then installed the new ball valve and new smart electric water heater. After installing the heater, I turned the water on to test for leaks. No leaks. When I turned the power on there was a flash so I turned the power off and I ended up having to replace the switch because the switch was not grounded and there was bear wire touching conduit. It caused the switch to malfunction. Everything is working great now.

I also had the homeowner flush the toilet as well to make sure that it was flushing properly and the way it flushed before the bottle fell in the toilet.
I came out today 3/4 to install a new 55 gallon rheem tall water heater. I also adjusted the temperature to 125 degrees for the homeowner. I waited for approximately 35 minutes for the water to heat up. I had the homeowner feel the water in the laundry room and it was nice and hot. I also replaced the old laundry supply lines with new braided stainless steel laundry supply lines.
I came out today to look at a couple of issues in the house. The biggest issue was replacing the old water heater that is not working. I provided an estimate to replace it Monday morning. I also provided 2 other estimates for the homeowner. One was a minor toilet rebuild in the master bathroom and the other was to install a customer supplied kitchen faucet.
