Upon arrival the customer showed us to the kitchen where he had a new kitchen faucet for us to install. I got management approval for a discount, quoted the customer, and he agreed. I removed the old faucet and installed the new one. Tested for leaks. No leaks.
I arrived today to give an estimate for a new Rheem 50 gallon water heater. After accessing the existing heater I cam up with an estimate.
Upon arrival I was greeted by the homeowner at the front door and made him aware that the hydrojetting would take most of the day to accomplish. Upon receiving authorization I promptly put a camera down the stack and located where the line was coming out of the house. We then dug up the pipe and cut a section out. We then pulled the flex shaft through and proceeded to flex shaft the line, I then pulled the pressure jetter through and slowly made my way out of the line ensuring that I got all the debris out. Upon completing the jetting I installed a pvc cleanout and made sure it was level. After finalizing the cleanout we backfilled the hole and made sure the surrounding area was neat and clean.
Upon arrival i was greeted by the homeowner at the front door and asked for a quote on a descaling. I informed him that we do descaling as a part of our hydrojetting service. I then provided him with an estimate to perform a pressure jetting of his home.
Provided an estimate for water heater replacement. Will Install a new Rheem 30 med 3500 watt, in a pan, hardwire/switch, valve. The main valve is an old gate valve as well and must be replaced. (Need to schedule a stack shutdown )
Upon arrival I removed the old tankless heater. Re routed water lines to location of new heater. Installed a new valve for heater as well as hard wire with a switch.
Gasket on filter leaking. Removed filter found kinked gasket. Replaced customers filter and gasket to resolve the issue.
Came back out today to diagnose why the toilet was still running in the hall bathroom after we preformed a minor toilet rebuild. We came to the conclusion that the water level was just set to high causing the fill valve to not pop up and shut off the water. Adjusted height and flushed toilet about 10 times ensuring fill valve is shutting completely off and everything is functioning properly.
I came out today to diagnose a whole home clog. Upon arrival. We found the main clean out on the east side of the home, which was a wall clean out, was overflowing when you would open it we took off the cover panel to the side of the home next to the clean out so I can get access underneath the home and we then found the mainline immediately 90s underground and runs northwest back under the home and that runs to the city clean out. Are snake was getting wrapped up at about 45 feet but would eventually clear threw if ran in reverse. We would than get about 70 feet in and we would not be able to run any more the cable would sit there and bind not going any further. This final location at 70ft was located on the north side of the home right at the corner of the front deck. clog was unable to be cleared and the HOA is going to have there plumbers come out to camera the line and diagnose the situation.
Upon arrival the customer showed me to the kitchen where she informed me that her ice line was leaking behind the fridge. I pulled the fridge out, turned the water on to the ice line, and I noticed a small leak coming from the 1/4” compression coupling where the ice line transitioned from copper to pex. I gave the customer multiple options so that she could choose what works best for her. Customer went with the silver option because she wasn’t interested in the JTP membership but she did want to replace the pex line with a braided steel supply line. I replaced the 1/4” compression coupling and installed the braided steel supply line. Turned the water on to test for leaks. No leaks.
Arrived today to do work that I had sold previously. I started by shutting the water off to the home. I then performed the minor toilet rebuild in the master bathroom, replaced two anglestops under the kitchen sink, and finally replaced the kitchen faucet cartridge. I turned the water back on to test for leaks. No leaks. 2 year warranty on all parts and labor.

Upon arrival I recieved a lockbox code to let myself in. Upon entering I started cleaning up the pipes as the cabinets and vanities were removed. The real estate agent showed up and was authorized to sign for the homeowner. I was asked about replacing the emergency stops in the restrooms as well. I added them to the price and they accepted, i then waited for the building to finish draining. Upon receiving authorization I promptly removed all the emergency stops and installed new 1/4 turn emergency stops. I then cut off the old main valve and heater valve. I then plumbed in the new main valve and heater valve. Upon completing I turned the water on and checked for leaks, I found none.
Installed customer supplied toilet in the main bathroom. All installation materials are included. After the toilet was installed I tested everything for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks.
Upon arrival the homeowner showed me in the guest bathroom the toilet is leaking from the tank to bowl gasket, the emergency stop is old looking, and the delta faucet is a little tight to use. I performed a major toilet rebuild on the toilet so I replaced the tank to bowl gasket and bolts, the fill valve, the flapper, the flush valve, the toilet handle, and the supply line. I also replaced the emergency stop with a new quarter turn and a new escutcheon. I also rebuilt the cartridge in the delta faucet so everything works smoothly. The homeowner also wanted me to scrape the old caulk from around the toilet and install new white caulk so everything looks perfect. All materials and labor are included. After all work was completed I tested everything for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks.
Came out today to give estimate on new 50 gallon rheem water heater located in the garage. The heater has a good CPVC ball valve and the heater is hardwired already I have sent over a few different quotes on replacing the heater.

Upon arrival customer had multiple issues for me to look at. He had a slow filling toilet bowl, low water pressure in a bathroom faucet and a leak coming from his kitchen faucet cartridge. I gave the customer multiple options so that he could choose what works best for him. Customer went with the silver option. We will be ordering a new kitchen cartridge and once we receive the cartridge and the customer is back in town from his trip, we will schedule a visit to do the work.
