Arrived to customer, and found that upstairs master bathroom, toilet head crack from bottom to top of Tank. We presented estimates for replacement of toilet to customer, they approved after shutting main water off to home with drains down and perform the following. Arrived to customer, found that both bathrooms were backing up in all fixtures. We presented estimates for running snake machine on roof to clear clog. After running about 60 feet of cable we cleared clog and found flushable wipes on cable. We ran water inside to test for proper drainage and you are good to go!
We will replace 40 gallon water heater with new Rheem 40 gallon water heater and put in new pan with T/P relief valve properly plumbed.
Install water heater 30 tall with main ball valve. Customer is responsible for changing breaker from 30 to 20 to pass for inspection .
We arrived to customer, found that sink is backed up due to garbage disposal, being clogged, also found that current 30 gallon water heater in home is over 25 years old, and main valve to shut main water feed off is a gate valve. We presented estimates for replacing main valve, water, heater, and removing garbage disposal and installing basket strainer. Customer approved at this time. Customer did not have funds to pay for work to be done so we will be contacting you shortly to schedule a time when is good! We will need to schedule a water shut down to replace main valve.
Arrived to customer, we found that customers garbage disposal is not draining properly due to drainage waste arm in wall being so high in air. We also found that main water shut off on front of building is a gate valve and that the T&P relief on water heater is not installed properly. We presented estimates for replacement of main valve, options for removing garbage disposal and installing basket strainer for proper drainage, or lowering kitchen waste arm in wall to keep disposal, and installing T&P on water heater correctly for proper functionality. Customer is going to let us know when they are ready!
This is the price to bring the heater up to code and replace it. When we arrived, we diagnosed the water heater to be in need of replacement. The price we quoted is to bring the heater up to code, replace it, install a new heater valve, and bring the electrical up to code. Also includes six year warranty, parts and labor. Price also includes permits. Price is discounted and no further discounts can be applied due to install being complicated.
Arrived to customer, we found that customer was experiencing low water pressure on kohler kitchen faucet and all bathroom faucets. We provided estimates to replace all emergency water stops due to current ones being old traditional style gate valve, 3 emergency valves under kitchen sink, 2 under guest bathroom sink and 4 under master bath twin sink and replacement of water heater. Customer opted for Just replacement of valves under all sinks in home. After removing old valves and installing quarter turn ball valve style emergency water stops, We got better water pressure then before but not 100%. We found that the moen faucet arators are permanently clogged with unknown debris. Customer wants to talk with association about her problem, and will contact us if needed!

Customer had banging in the wall when running was machine recommended new laundry box with hammer rester t . Customer said he w/o contact office to schedule work . Customer wants to ask building maintenance man more information about the way the building is plumbed in.
Replace moen shower cartridge installed customer supplied garbage disposal and replaced main shutoff valve with ball valve customer is responsible for all drywall repairs. Checked all work for leaks and function .
Arrived today to readjust the heaters position so that it can easily be serviced in the future. After adjustment the heater was tested for proper functionality and leaks.
Upon arrival we needed to access the shower drain from the bottom unit F1 to replace the shower drain. Upon are discovery of removal of the slab we discovered that the shower drain is actually located 3 ft from the p trap. The p trap should be located directly under the shower drain. This is not to code and not proper install. We would now need to get through 3 ft of slab to then expose the drain to the shower in apartment F2 so we can then install a new p trap to code and replace the drain to the shower properly. Customer is trying to get the building management involved in getting this to code.
On arrival, customer showed us corroded laundry box. Customer wanted to replace laundry box and both valves to get a four-point inspection passed. We also noticed that the customer is hardwiring is coming straight out of the wall straight to the heater. Gave him an estimate to do the laundry box plus put a junction box on the heater with a switch to bring that up to code free of charge if he signs off to do the laundry box. Emailed estimate to the customer spoke to the customer over the phone told him everything that was going on customer understands. Customer advised us that he’s around and that he spoke to the office and told them that he just wanted an estimate. He didn’t want any work done today..
Arrive to customer, this is a presold job. We shut down water to the building. Drained old water heater and cut out main valve and removed old water heater pan. Installed new 30 gallon water heater, new main valve, new ball valve for water heater and on and off switch for heater. After installation we turned water back on, checked for proper functionality and you are good to go! We will be contacting you to schedule additional appointment for inspection.
On arrival, found water coming out of block wall in garage gave estimate on leak detection house is piped in CPVC
Cus Is still leaking even though we switched in the new gasket. Running an estimate to come change out the shower, drain and P-trap. Customer sign the estimate. We’re just waiting to get it back on the schedule.
Came out today to diagnose a leaking water heater located in the garage. When I arrived I found the expansion tank was spraying from the top and was leaking down the heater. We removed the original heater and expansion tank and installed a new 55 gallon heater with a new expansion tank. We tested are work extensively to ensure no leaks and tested to ensure hot water was being made. Also cleaned airator in kitchen sink as a courtesy to restore full water pressure. ( 6 year parts and labor warranty)
We replaced the shower gasket with a new one due to age a being brittle. Causing a leak to the unit below. After replacing the gasket we turned on the shower and we went downstairs to check for leaks and there was no leak. Downstairs owner is going to monitor it till Thursday.
Arrived to customer, we found that garbage disposal was old and clogged up, we also found that water heater is over 20 years old, and main water valve to home was a gate valve. We presented estimates for replacement of water heater and gate valve to ball valve, and customer opted for replacing garbage disposal with basket strainer. After presenting estimates customer approved for all work to be done. We removed garbage disposal and cut out old drain. We installed a new trap adapter and new p trap, and a dishwasher tailpiece. After installation we checked for proper functionality. As far as water heater and gate valve replacement, We will need to acquire a building shut down so we will be getting back to you to schedule additional appointment. Customer paid 100% of invoice.

waited on customer for almost an hr., each time i called for a time of when he would arrive at the residence he pushed the time back. At this point it was late and we decided we couldn't wait any longer. The customer understands and will reschedule with the office.
Arrive to customer, found that guest bathroom toilet was gurgling due to customer dropping sponge in toilet prior to today. We presented options for auguring of toilet to attempt to clear obstruction in drain line and options for pulling toilet to run cable to collect obstruction. Customer approved for auguring of toilet. After we augured toilet we ran all fixtures in home for 15 to 20 min to ensure proper drainage. After doing so we cleaned up and you problem free!
Water heater valve was cut off so I turned the valve back on. Customer now has hot water.
Upon arrival, customer proceeded to show me the shower. Guest shower in the hallway. Customer said she wants to replace the shower valve due to the shower not producing hot water. Customer supplied the shower valve already on site. We replaced the pre-existing shower valve with the new shower valve. Cut back on the water tested for leaks. There are no leaks. Also customer had a leak under the kitchen sink on the P-trap. We replaced the P-trap with a new P-trap and new gaskets. Check for leaks no leaks. Customer also has a water heater that’s over 10 years old. Will also provide an estimate to the customer.
