Changed out moen cartridge for customer and noticed that the valve was damaged due to the customer trying to change the cartridge himself so valve needs to be replaced. Need to open up tile wall in shower to expose valve and replace with moen valve and repair plate. Collected deposit work will be done Tuesday 7/30.

Came out today to diagnose a broken hose bib on the side of the home. I was able to unsolder the broken connections and re solder a new JTP quarter turn hose bib. Tested to ensure no leaks and proper function.

Upon arrival, the customer showed me to the kitchen where they found water under the sink. After running the water I saw the leak was coming from the garbage disposal and informed them that it needs replacing so an estimate was created and agreed on. Before I started the work I contacted entrusted because of the amount of damage that was done to the cabinet and they’ll have someone out today to look at it. After the work was done I tested the disposal and my connections for leaks on front of the customer. None were present

Upon arrival, customer showed me to his living room where he had water damage on his baseboard on three different walls. I called the customer on a leak assessment and leak detection. The customer agreed. During a leak detection I found that the leaking loop line was a three-quarter copper line going from the laundry room to the main manifold. I provided the customer with a quote to do the reroute today. The customer agreed. I ran a new three-quarter tubing or line from the laundry room up into the attic, where I connected to an existing three-quarter Ruben or line that Darren had ran on a previous reroute after the work was done we turn the water back on, and then another pressure test to test for any leaks. No leaks.

Came out to check the cartridge moen for leaks customer said was leaking at handle took handle off and plate to check for leaks no leaks were visible showed customer that it was not leaking and he was happy . Also had Alejandro the apprentice look to confirm no leaks were coming from handle or cartridge.

Install new nipples hot and cold side…not responsible if they break…they are old and corroded. Upon inspection…nipples were old and corroded. Replaced with new nipples.

Replace cartridge moen had to cut handle off to replace cartridge and replaced with new handle and plate. Checked all work for leaks.

Upon arrival the customer showed me to a leaking water heater. An estimate was created and agreed on to replace the heater and gate valve with a ball valve. After the work was done I tested the valve and heater In front of the customer and hot water was present and there were no leaks

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the toilet that was still draining very slow. I used the closet auger to relieve the blockage and flushed toilet many times with toilet paper to make sure everything was functioning properly now.

Installed the customer supplied garbage disposal under the kitchen sink. All materials are supplied by the homeowner. After the work was completed I tested everything for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the toilet in the guest bathroom that is clogged. I ran the closet auger through the toilet to relieve the blockage. All materials and labor included. After the work was completed I tested the toilet for proper function and checked everywhere for any leaks and also observed toilet paper and multiple flushes coming through the exterior cleanout.

Arrived to customer, customer wants to move washer and dryer from utility room accessed through kitchen to back wall of utility room into garage. We would disconnect current laundry, box, disconnect, washer, and dryer, relocate them, install new laundry box and drain. We do not repair drywall or do electrical. would need to replace main valve from city to home to ensure water is shut off.

Installed new hose Bibb and main shut off….drill snake master tub and pulled out hair…..Rheem heater needs hot and cold nipples part will be ordered..Advised customer not responsible if nipples crack or break will need new heater if that happens…he is will I go to take a chance and sign. Will be coming back to do new nipples when parts arrive. Customer paying $600 today.

Came out today to give estimates on snake tub drain, 2 new nipples on heater that are corroded, hose Bibb and install customer supplied tub spout and 2 handles

In master bathroom the bidet hose was dripping from the actual hose not the plumbing connection. I explained when I’m installed the bidet sprayer that it can’t be left on the valve is to be turned on and off when using it but when I arrived the valve was on and was left on. I told customer they need to call the company and they will send you out a new hose or will Just send the whole thing.

Performed a camera evaluation of the home from the roof or accessible cleanout on the ground to determine where the drain lines are so the contractor can tie into it. We located the drain line approximately where the new bathroom will be located and marked a spot on the floor with three rocks.

Came out today to install 3 customer supplied toilets. One in downstairs bathroom and 1 in upstairs master and guest bathroom. The emergency valve that fed the master bathroom toilet the nut was completely corroded and could not be removed so we replaced the valve with a brand new Quarter turn valve and tested that valve for proper function and no leaks. Cut out and replaced original gate valve that fed the home and installed a new ball valve. Also in guest bathroom the left side of the vanity was clogged we dumped out a bunch of stuff from the ptrap and than ran drill snake threw the waste arm and pulled out more hair and a diamond ring. Reinstalled the ptrap and tested extensively to ensure no clog and no leaks. Installed 3 bidet hand held sprayers for the toilets as a courtesy. Tested all the toilets and all are work extensively for proper function and no leaks.

Arrived today to perform a sewer camera and locater service to locate where and how the sewer line runs through the garage. We performed this camera locating service so that we can provide the customer with an accurate estimate to add in two new laundry boxes in the garage. I took pictures of where we located the sewer and also marked the spots with tape.

I came out today to provide a few different quotes for things around the home. Customer is replacing all three toilets in all the bathrooms and also in master bathroom The left side of the vanity sink will not drain. We will take apart the drain and snake it through to ensure no other issues, we will be returning tomorrow to install all three toilets snake the drain and install bidet sprayers

Upon arrival the customer showed us to the master bathroom where he informed us that when you hit the diverter that it leaks downstairs. I replaced the tub spout with diverter and tightened up the shower head. No charge due to warranty.

I came out today for a leaking hose bib on the east side of the house. I replaced it with a new quarter turn hose bib. After turning the water back on there were no leaks. I offered a discount to replace the hose bib on the back porch. The homeowner only wanted to do the hose bib on the east side of the house today.

Upon arrival, the customer showed us to her hallway bathroom where her toilet is leaking from the base. I gave the customer multiple options on what we could do for her. The customer decided to go with the silver option because they can get a new toilet for the same price as us pulling and resetting her existing toilet. The emergency angle stop for the toilet is very old and not functioning. I asked to see the main valve and the main valve to the unit is a gate valve as well. The customer says it works just fine so the customer will be turning off the main valve when we return to do the work. I did inform the customer that is the main valve does not turn off all the way that we will have to reschedule and replace the main valve first.

Upon arrival the customer showed us to the laundry room and garage where he would like to move his washer & dryer from the laundry room to the garage. I told the customer that this is something I’d have to go over with management and or the owners of the company. I did provide the customer with quotes for a new water heater and offered quotes for home filtration but he wasn’t interested in getting a quote for that today. I will call the customer after I build an estimate for the job or if we cannot build a quote until the customer gets an approved set of plans from the city.

Came out today to look at kitchen drain…advised customer draining fine…was worried about water shooting up when using disposal…told her to run water in disposal while using. Reinstalled sink drain was leaking at base…used pipe dope and silicone on right side of double vanity sink in upstairs bathroom..tested all good no leaks

Repipe hot and cold lines to kitchen and guest bathroom add hose bib in back by pool and hot cold to washer. Customer is responsible for all drywall repairs. Have to return to finish
