I came out today for a stoppage at the house. When I arrived the clean out in the back yard was full and overflowing with toilet paper and feces. And the clean out in the front was not flowing at all. I went on the roof and ran 75 feet of k-60 cable. When I pulled the cable out there was some sort of clothing material on it. The clean out in the back has gone down and is a one way clean out. After flushing the toilet several times and running the lavatory the water started to flow through the front clean out. The house could possibly be on septic. The homeowner does not know if they are on septic or city sewer. The homeowner needs to try and find that out. I was going to try and camera the line but my camera screen was not working. We will probably have to return to camera the line to help determine if the house is city sewer or septic. I also noticed that the fill valve in the toilet was not properly working. I did a minor toilet rebuild on the toilet and it is filling up properly now

Upon arrival Kat showed me the shower that isn’t turning off at all. I attempted to remove the trim but the shower valve is too old and corroded and I do not want to break it. I recommend replacing the shower valve with a new single handle moen shower valve with the remodel plate. The biggest benefit of the moen shower valve is repair ability as we keep moen parts on the trucks. I am providing multiple estimates to get this work taken care of. I will have individual pricing as well as bundle pricing so if you decide to move forward with everything at once we can give a significant discount. Charging the service fee today but 50 percent of todays charge will be credited towards any repair the owner decides to make.

Remove and replace current 75 gallon POWER VENT HEATER WITH PERMITS After installation- the new units gas valve was defective. Rheem is overnighting the correct unit.

Upon arrival found exterior clean outs both had water in them. Initially ran from clean out further down the line but only partial c.eared the clog. Ran 75ft from the clean out close the the exit of the house and was able to clear the clog. Attempted camera inspection but due to the volume of debris in the pipe I was unable to see anything clear. Recommend when issue happens again to perform a pressure jetting on the exterior lines. Emailing payment link for customer to pay.

Talked to tenant about water heater issue wife and son said they have not had any issues with hot water but the Jason the husband said after long shower hot water does not last I tested all showers and all showers get very hot and seems to be working fine but due to the age 20 years old of the water heater I recommend replacing. Will provide owner with estimate to replace.

Replaced the main shutoff valve in the drywall. All materials and labor are included. After the work was completed I tested everything for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks.

Warranty work line to the gas fire place had minor leak by the shutoff were the o ring meets the coragated gas aluminum line had to tighten it and stoped the leak had customer check it out and was happy no more gas smell or leak.

Replace main valve (ball valve) and hose bib. Customer is responsible for all concrete patch work. Checked all work for leaks

I arrived today to give an estimate on a list of work for a condo to be remodeled. I need to talk to Dave K tomorrow morning to come up with a price for all work.

Upon arrival I was greeted at the front door by the homeowner and led into the kitchen where I found a sink that was not hooked up. He informed me hat he wanted the mainline snaked and camera evaluated. I notified him that I would need to get onto the roof to do so. He agreed. I ran 60 feet of k60 and was able to clear the clog. I then put the camera down the drain to inspect the pipes. They are pvc but look very dirty, I recommend a hydrojetting.

Ran track pipe gas line teed off the water heat line ran under crawl space 30 feet to closet on the side of fire place and put a 3/4 shutoff mounted in floor to connect gas fire place.

I came out today for a leak in the master bathroom shower. The leak was coming from the temperature control cartridge. I ordered the cartridge. When the cartridge comes in I will come back out to replace the old one with the new one.

Removed and reset after clearing line with k60 . Roots were growing around the pvc flange but not obstructing the line . Recommend replacing the toilet.

Upon arrival customer showed us to the kitchen where she had a new faucet for us to install. I gave the customer multiple options so that she could choose what works best for her. Customer went with the customer supplied kitchen faucet without the membership. Removed the old kitchen faucet and installed the new customer supplied faucet. Turned the water on to test for leaks. Replaced three customer supplied lavatory faucets in the home. Two faucets in the master bathroom and one faucet in the guest bathroom. All extra supply lines are included. Tested all three faucets for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks.

We arrived today to connect my customers exterior shower. After running the lines over approximately 10’ we installed the shower tower and turned the water on to check for leaks. The shower was functioning perfectly. After completing the shower we ran a 1/2” line approximately 30’ to the front of the building and added a new hose bib.

Arrived today because the kitchen sink was backing up again after my previous visit. I charged the customer the difference in price from the last visit for a sewer cleaning with a K 60 machine. I got on the roof and ran a full rack of cable. I ran the kitchen sink for several minutes with the dishwasher going as well and everything was draining. I checked the clean out in the front yard and I could see water flowing through it. As I was collecting the payment information the customer came outside to inform me that it was stopped up again. I informed the customer that there was so much grease in the sewer line that even if I did do an additional attempt to clear it that there would be no guarantee. Customer declined the additional attempt. I provided the customer with a quote for hydro jetting to clear out the grease.

I arrived today to change a leaking emergency shutoff valve and a customer supplied bathroom faucet in the master bathroom. After turning the water off to the house I removed both emergency shutoff valves and the existing faucet. We installed two new WB valves and the new faucet and pop up. After everything was installed we turned the water back on to test for leaks and everything was functioning perfectly.
