Tiny little pin whole on main water line inside of home, Called John the Plumber. Great Service, Great mechanics. When I arrived I was shown the upstairs kitchen sink that was holding water. I vacuumed out the water, and then used the drill snake to clear the stoppage. I ran approximately 15 feet with the drill snake through the waste arm. I advised the owner not to put any grease down the sink, and also be careful of they put in the sink because it’s a very old building. Shane was there while I filled the sink and ran the water. Everything was draining good.

Came out today to evaluate a Mansfield toilet in master bathroom that was constantly running because full tube snapped on the flush valve. Customer purchased the flush valve I preformed a major toilet rebuild replacing all parts and toilet bolts and tested toilet for proper flush and no leaks. Also replaced the emergency valve for the toilet so there will forever be a reliable shut off source.

This is an estimate to replace the leaking copper 90 that is located in the wall. I would have to redo part of the main line coming into the house and reconnect the copper back to the uponor. I came out today 7/5 to repair the leak on the 1 inch copper 90. I cut it out and rebuild it to reconnect to the uponor and back to the main.
