Came out today to install customer shower head in master and hose for shower head in guest bathroom. Ordering 2 Delta shower cartridges for both bathrooms. 419021#
SERIAL # 4387583 WILKINS 975 1"
I arrived today to give an estimate on a list of work for a condo to be remodeled. I need to talk to Dave K tomorrow morning to come up with a price for all work.
Upon arrival I was greeted at the front door by the homeowner and led into the kitchen where I found a sink that was not hooked up. He informed me hat he wanted the mainline snaked and camera evaluated. I notified him that I would need to get onto the roof to do so. He agreed. I ran 60 feet of k60 and was able to clear the clog. I then put the camera down the drain to inspect the pipes. They are pvc but look very dirty, I recommend a hydrojetting.
Ran track pipe gas line teed off the water heat line ran under crawl space 30 feet to closet on the side of fire place and put a 3/4 shutoff mounted in floor to connect gas fire place.
I came out today for a leak in the master bathroom shower. The leak was coming from the temperature control cartridge. I ordered the cartridge. When the cartridge comes in I will come back out to replace the old one with the new one.
Removed and reset after clearing line with k60 . Roots were growing around the pvc flange but not obstructing the line . Recommend replacing the toilet.
Upon arrival customer showed us to the kitchen where she had a new faucet for us to install. I gave the customer multiple options so that she could choose what works best for her. Customer went with the customer supplied kitchen faucet without the membership. Removed the old kitchen faucet and installed the new customer supplied faucet. Turned the water on to test for leaks. No leaks. I also caulked in the kitchen sink for the customer. Technicians: Jake and Vince
Ran a new gas line from the gas meter to the generator (approx. 10 ') . Includes plumbing permits, NOC, guarantee to pass inspection. Does not include electrical permit or generator permit. Payment terms 20% Deposit 70% Rough 10% Upon completion of work
Replaced three customer supplied lavatory faucets in the home. Two faucets in the master bathroom and one faucet in the guest bathroom. All extra supply lines are included. Tested all three faucets for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks.
Excavated gas line from the gas meter to the generator and discovered it was already properly done. (approx. 10 ') . Added a sediment trap before the generator and tested for leaks. Includes plumbing permits, guarantee to pass inspection. Does not include electrical permit or generator permit. After the fact permit and adding drop leg to generator
We arrived today to connect my customers exterior shower. After running the lines over approximately 10’ we installed the shower tower and turned the water on to check for leaks. The shower was functioning perfectly. After completing the shower we ran a 1/2” line approximately 30’ to the front of the building and added a new hose bib.
Arrived today because the kitchen sink was backing up again after my previous visit. I charged the customer the difference in price from the last visit for a sewer cleaning with a K 60 machine. I got on the roof and ran a full rack of cable. I ran the kitchen sink for several minutes with the dishwasher going as well and everything was draining. I checked the clean out in the front yard and I could see water flowing through it. As I was collecting the payment information the customer came outside to inform me that it was stopped up again. I informed the customer that there was so much grease in the sewer line that even if I did do an additional attempt to clear it that there would be no guarantee. Customer declined the additional attempt. I provided the customer with a quote for hydro jetting to clear out the grease.
I arrived today to change a leaking emergency shutoff valve and a customer supplied bathroom faucet in the master bathroom. After turning the water off to the house I removed both emergency shutoff valves and the existing faucet. We installed two new WB valves and the new faucet and pop up. After everything was installed we turned the water back on to test for leaks and everything was functioning perfectly.
Upon arrival customer showed me to the kitchen where their sink was stopped up and not draining. I gave the customer multiple options so that he could choose what works best for him. Customer went with the bronze option because he wasn’t interested in the JTP membership nor the bottle of bio one. I ran my drill snake with the spade head twice and once with the C cutter head and cleared the stoppage. I ran hot water down the sink for over 10 mins to make sure the water was draining fine.
Arrived to titan intermittently shutoff when showering. Installed a rtex11 in its place and checked for proper function
Only hot water was coming out of shower . So I shut down water from the apartment from main shutoff (ball valve) took apart cartridge and diagnosis was bad cartridge not mixing . So since the shower valve was new costumer wanted new cartridge. So replaced cartridge (kohlrabi posi temp).
When we arrived, we performed a water heater flush of indoor gas tankless unit. Scale buildup was medium, recommended yearly flush on the heater.
Breaker to heater not working. Unable to test heater without having power. Customer fixing breaker and will call us back
Upon arrival customer showed us to the kitchen where her garbage disposal was leaking, then she showed us to the hose bib in the front where she informed us that she wanted it replaced. I gave the customer multiple options and she chose the silver option because she wasn’t interested in the JTP membership. I replaced the hose bib with a new JTP supplied ball valve hose bib. I replaced the garbage disposal with a new JTP supplied disposal. I also adjusted the water level in the master bathroom toilet to give it a stronger flush. I turned the water on to test for leaks. No leaks. 1 year warranty on everything we supplied and installed.
I arrived today because my customer had a mainline clog overflowing from his exterior clean out. I ran 45’ of K60 cable and cleared the clog. After clearing the clog I ran water and flushed toilet paper to ensure the clog was cleared.
Clogged toilet in master bathroom. I was able to run the closet auger the full length to clear the clog and did not pull anything back. Also tightened kitchen faucet.
Customer has generator installed by someone else. Only thing needed is a drip leg at the unit it’s self. We will be pulling after the fact permit, install drip leg and perform drop test when we return.
Customer had threade angle stop leaking. Was removed on arrival, customernte installed him self and resolved the issue
I arrived today to install an exterior laundry drain line and run both hot and cold lines from the water heater to the laundry location. I came off of the 3/4” lines before and after the water heater to feed new 1/2” lines to the laundry location and added two new hose bibs. For the drain I cut into the existing 4” pvc sewer line and added a new 4”x4”x2” Y fitting and ran 2” pvc to the laundry location. After all work was completed I tested all joints on the live lines and the drain line for leaks and everything was functioning properly.
