We met with the homeowner to address a reported leak coming from the shower. After diagnosing the issue, we determined that the shower cartridge had failed and was the cause of the leak. We replaced the faulty shower cartridge with a new one and performed a pressure test using a pressure gauge connected to the shower arm spout. The test confirmed that there were no leaks present in the wall behind the shower trims. No other recommendations at this time. The home is relatively new, and all other visible plumbing appears to be in good working condition. ⸻
Excellent service
Thank you so much for this 5-star review. We really appreciate you being a customer and helping to share the word about us. We’re here for you anytime.

This option includes the followng Leak search to determine and isolate leak Customer called about a leak coming from the ceiling. Upon arrival we saw water dripping from the smoke detector. We provided an estimate for a leak search that was approved. After opening multiple holes to expose the plumbing we vigorously tested all fixtures, toilets and baths. There were no active leaks coming from the DWV PVC plumbing or the high pressures water supply lines. We then went into the attic and noticed around dryer vent going to roof all wet and leaking from massive rain. At this time customer is aware and leak search is completed in which the final verdict was the roof vent for dryer. Entrusted was contacted for water damage.
Installation would cost nearly 3 times the cost of the actual Tankless RO unit itself. $1,000 for installation under my kitchen sink. Shane seems like a great guy; but the company pricing is outrageous.

The homeowner contacted us to inspect the toilet in the hall bathroom. Upon inspection, we observed that the toilet is flushing and draining slowly. We recommended replacing the toilet with a new one. If issues persist after replacement, a line snake may be necessary. We advised starting with the installation of a new toilet, as removal of the current toilet may help determine whether a clog exists. The homeowner will be providing the new toilet. We will be responsible only for the installation. Important Notes: • Installation does not include a new toilet flange. • Installation does not include any drain snaking or clog removal. • If the flange is damaged or the line is clogged, additional work and charges will apply. • The homeowner must ensure the new toilet is compatible with the hall bath setup. • Once the price is agreed upon, we will schedule the installation. Recommendations: • Proceed with the new toilet installation. • Assess for any obstructions or flange issues

Upon arrival, the customer immediately explained that Josh had visited two weeks prior and used an auger to clear a minor toilet clog. She mentioned that the issue returned after two weeks and believed Josh had missed something during his visit. After assessing the situation, I concluded that Josh had properly diagnosed and addressed the issue at the time. I informed the customer that JTP does not warranty drain clogs. The customer requested a credit for the previous charge toward any new work needed. I contacted the office to explain the situation. The customer also mentioned that she planned to leave a detailed, negative review about the company. I tried to resolve the matter by explaining it didn't have to end this way, but she became upset.
