Jason and TJ were extremely friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They were honest and fair, and gave us all of our options. They fixed everything that we needed fixed in one visit and we couldn’t be happier. They triple checked their work and made sure to ask us to check and let them know if we were happy. The company dispatched plumbers same day and they were at our house quickly. Excellent service!

Came out today to preform a whole home evaluation we tested all fixtures drains and valves for proper function. All fixtures have full pressure and no leaks along with all the emergency stop valves under all the sinks they all function properly and are not frozen up and most have been upgraded already to a quarter turn valve . The master bathroom sinks are plumbed improperly and plumbed for only 1 sink but they have a flexible tubular piping feeding threw the cabinets over to the second sink. There are currently no issues with it but I explained to customer that it will eventually clog and will need to be properly plumbed in. Customer has a working ball valve as the main and all hose bibs are functioning perfectly. Water heater is over 20 years old and I have sent over an estimate for replacement. Customer is going to clean around the heater and will reschedule for replacement soon. No other recommendations found at this time.

Provided estimate to remove heater, fix leak behind heater, and install new heater with permits up to code. Will replace tub drain and repair delta shower valve in mother in law suite. Will replace basket strainer in kitchen. Hall bathroom will replace tub drain and perform leak detection to see where valve leak is coming from.

Came out today and preformed a whole home evaluation. We tested all plumbing fixtures along with testing all drains and toilets. We ran water in all sinks and insured there was no clogs leaks or any issues. All emergency stops worked perfectly and all sinks drained with no issues. The only recommendation we found is the gate valve on the side of the home that controls the main water. We recommend changing that to a ball valve so there will forever be a reliable shut off source. Also master bathroom toilet had a slow fill and I recommended to replace fill valve to take care of all the toilet issues. Customer is going to attempt to replace fill valve himself.

When we arrived, we diagnosed the issue as a leaking P TRAP. Recommended resolving the issue by adding a tail piece extension to the disposal tailpiece. Tested our work and no leaks were observed. Confirmed pricing with Ivan over the phone. Water heater is insulated and taped together, couldn’t get an age on it. No other recommendations besides changing out the main valve in case of a leak in the future.

Performed whole house eval and found plastic connector toilet supply lines that I recommended replacing because the pay crack and cause floods. Everything else in the home looks up to par, flushed heater until water was clear (minimal sediment).

Upon arrival customer showed us to the living room where there was a small amount of water in the middle of the floor. The customer informed us that the water only shows up after some a lot of rain. I checked the meter to make sure that it wasn’t a water line leak and the meter was not moving or showing any signs of water loss. Customer was looking for thermal imaging of the area. I informed him that, while we don’t have that equipment, a company that we are partnered with does. I referred the customer to entrusted as well as providing the customer with quotes for a new valve, a pressure test, and a new heater.

I came out today to look at the p-trap underneath the left side of the master bathroom lavatory that was cut. In order for me to make the proper repairs the homeowner needs to get a new schedule 80 transition union so I won’t have to cut the wall to make the repair.

Upon arrival customer showed me to the concerns that he had. An old toilet he’d like to replace, new emergency anglestops under his sink, another toilet that he’d like to either replace or rebuild and reset, a leaking shower handle, and his main valve that is an old gate valve that has a dripping hose bib at the tee that enters the home. I gave the customer multiple options so that he could choose what works for him. Customer said he wasn’t ready to make a decision yet and that he would call us and let us know when or if he decides to go with us.

Price to cut into and investigate the construction debris in the sewer line and capping existing drain lines underground but leave tied into existing sewer. This price will consist of the contractor cutting all concrete to create the access to perform the work and the investigation. We will dig and expose to cut into the pipe to insert an inspection camera to fully find the extent of the debris in the line. This price is based on initial scope of work and exposed pipe being the extent of work needed. If the case is found we need to go further and expose another area this price will increase. I came out today 7/28 to inspect the sewer line where the concrete patch was done. I dug it up and there was a Y with a 3 inch cap. Water came out when I cut the cap off. I went into the barber shop and flushed the toilet several times and the water was coming out of the Y. I went to the furthest point on the south end of the building and ran my camera north towards the barber shop approximately

Upon arrival today the worker at the barber shop informed me that they had a stoppage but it cleared itself. I then called Andy, the one who called us out to investigate, and informed him that there was a clean out in the back of the property that had debris in it and that I would like to camera to see if there was more debris. Andy agreed and I ran my camera. I couldn’t see much because the pipe was holding water and the water was black and murky. After about 30ft I couldn’t push my camera any further due to the obstruction in the line. I then informed the customer that I would like to do a drain cleaning with my k60 sewer machine and try to dislodge the obstruction. Customer agreed. Unfortunately after multiple attempts at running my sewer machine I was just getting bound up and stuck on the obstruction. It was at this time I decided to look around the construction site next door and I saw multiple pipes that were cut flush to the floor with no sort of covering or protection. It is i

Came out today to evaluate a kitchen faucet that has extreme water hammer and also low water pressure on the cold side. The cartridge also leaks when you turn the handle on and off. Customer will be purchasing a new faucet with a built in sprayer. Recommend Moen chateau single handle kitchen faucet with side spray.

Today we had to fix a leak on the existing 1 1/2” main water feed to the building. After assessing the leak I determined that we would have to remove approximately 5’ of existing schedule 40 pipe and replace it with schedule 80. The existing pipe had multiple patches in it and was damaged by tree roots. After repairing the leak all joints were tested for leaks.

The customer called today with a water leak outside on a pvc line. After assessing the line it is 1 1/2” pvc already exposed by the handy man. A quote was given and the job will be completed tomorrow morning.

The customer called today with a leaking hose bib. Upon arrival I found the existing hose bib completely removed from the exterior wall with minimal pipe extending out. I cut into the wall and exposed enough pipe to solder on a new 1/4 turn ball valve hose bib. After installation I tested the solder joint for leaks and the hose bib for proper function. After the water was restored to the house I patched the wall with hydraulic cement.

Customer has rain drain clogged which we cannot perform any work on, due to it being more of an city issue.

Customers had the entire kitchen remodeled and now needed kitchen faucet and glass rinser installed along with new drainiage. Customer supplied new kohler faucet and delta glass rinser I installed both and tested for proper flow and proper function of both fixtures. Installed customer supplied basket strainer and I piped in the drainage with new tubular and tested everything for proper drainage and no leaks. Also while shutting off the water I noticed the gate valve for the home was completely corroded and I brought that to homeowner’s attention. I discounted the main valve price and customer agreed to work I installed new ball valve for both mains and also replaced a hose bib on west side of the house that was leaking pretty severely. Installed new quarter turn hose bibs and checked for no leaks and proper function

Arrived to find our customers shower head leaking. Upon further inspection we found that we had to go to the roof to shut off water in order to change her cartridge because she has gate valves near the water heater and underneath lavatory sink. Other options offered were estimates to change main valve and gate valve in conclusion we changed a moen old style cartridge in customer master bathroom tested for leaks and proper operation

The customer had 2 emergency valves in the guest bath that would not shut off completely. I replaced both with 2 WB emergency shut off valves. I offered a free home evaluation but the customer was satisfied with everything else in the house and declined.

I replaced the toilet on the master bathroom with an owner provider toilet. The main valve was an old gate valve and had a drip so I replaced it with a 3/4” ball valve.

There is a ball valve on the house. When the ball valve is in the off position the meter does not spin. Once the ball valve is open the meter spins slowly. There appears to be some sort of slab leak. We did a minor toilet rebuild in the master bathroom, hall bathroom, and replace old kitchen faucet with a new customer supplied kitchen faucet. Also I’m crediting back the 89.00 dollars that was already paid for the dispatch fee.
