Came out today to replace old original hose bibs on the north and south side of the home. I replaced both hose bibs with new JTP quarter turn hose bibs and tested both to ensure proper function and no leaks.

Open exterior block wall in order to trace and cap off leaking loop. New line will be strapped to the exterior and routed thru the attic using copper and transitioning to uponor on the interior. A new main valve will also be included. Will rough patch exterior hole.

Upon listening to the recorded call I heard the csr notify the customer of it. I made the decision to waive the fee to avoid any further hassle with the customer.

Upon arrival was shown to heater that customer believes is not getting hot enough. Turned temp a turn up on heater to 140 and also checked shower to make sure scold guard was turned as high as it could go.

Upon arrival was shown to where heater use to be located. Provided multiple estimates for replacement of the water heater with and without permits.

We came out today to diagnose a leaking hose bib in the backyard of the home. Customer also wanted a second estimate for moving the hose bib approximately 6 feet down the block wall we have provided estimates for replacement of the hose bib and the movement of the hose bib also supplied a estimate for a new water heater as current water heater is 14 years old and it’s recommend every 10 years to swap tanks to avoid possible tank failure and flooding.

Upon arrival found wire from FPL box was loose. Was able to redo connection and resolved all issues.

Arrived to find heater leaking from plug, attempted to reseal the plug but it was seized. Customer opted to replace the heater at a discounted rate. We broke the gate valve and thus replaced it free of charge.

Upon arrival was shown to the two loose toilets. After investigation found toilet bolts were not tightened completely and no shims were installed under the toilets. Installed shims to toilets and resolved the issue.

Upon arrival was shown to kitchen clog. Ran snake 75ft from roof vent to clear the clog. Pulled out large amount of grease from 11/4 stack. Recommended jetting if issue happens again.

Upon arrival the homeowner stated she would like an estimate for a new water heater. I looked at the water heater and provided the homeowner with a quote to change the heater. No charge today.

Attempted to remove leaking nipple on heater. Nipple is so corroded and rusted that it is bending the nipple instead of unthreading. Provided estimate for replacement of the heater and we will return tomorrow to install it.

Arrived to find three compartment sink leaking from the faucet, hate valve shutoffs for hot and cold, and also accordion drainage. Provided an estimate for repairs.

Upon arrival the homeowner stated that she had no hot water the other day. I tested the heater to ensure everything was working properly. The homeowner also stated that she had her family over when this happened so I told them that was the reason they ran out of hot water. I adjusted the temperature on the heater a little to ensure this problem doesn’t happen again. No charge today as this heater is covered under warranty.

Upon arrival was shown the toilet that was not filling. Replaced the fill valve, flapper, supply line and the angle stop. Providing estimate for the main shut off valve outside.

Upon arrival customer showed me to the downstairs bathroom where he believed that he needed a new cartridge for his faucet because the hot side had no water. I turned on the hot anglestop and restored the water flow to the hot side of the faucet. I told the customer that he would just be charged the dispatch fee or that I could sign him up for the JTP membership. Customer went with the membership. Customer also stated his interest in a tankless heater so I provided him with a quote for that as well as a new main valve.

I came out today 2/7/2024 and replaced the old gate valve on the water heater with a new quarter turn ball valve. I also replaced the old 3 Handle shower valve with a new moen single handle valve. When I was replacing the shower valve I noticed that there was no cement board behind the tile. It was regular drywall that was wet. As I was replacing the old shower valve the tiles and the drywall started to fall apart. I let the homeowner know about this issue. The homeowner is going to have a tile guy come and address the problem to fix the tile to make sure everything is properly done therefore the homeowner will be able to use the shower, and not have to worry about any leaks or water going behind the wall.

Arrive today to install new American standard flush valves that I had sold on a previous visit. I started by shutting the water off to the toilet so that I could remove the tank and remove the old flush valve. I’ve been installed the new flush valve. I reassembled the tank to the bowl of the toilet. I turned the water on to test for any leaks. No leaks. toilet is working right now.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the homeowner at the front door and led into the master bathroom. I found a slow filling toilet. I was then led into the kitchen where I found 3 faucets that she wants to replace. Upon hearing the price of the minor toilet rebuild she decided to only have me rebuild one toilet at this time.
