Great Service

It was a long and arduous job to detect blockages in our community sewer system due to overgrown tree roots. Rich had to call out a second team to use their extra 200 ft of cable to unblock several places where roots were compromising the drainage. He gave us a good overview of what to present to our HOA to address other parts of the sewer pipe serving the community. And all of this on a incredibly hot day- 96 F
Pleasant and professional Service

Rich was attentive, pleasant and professional in going through the procedure to detect where a blockage could be in the sewer system. He took the time to explore in and around the house for the valve that would give access to the sewer system for blockage detection.

I arrived today to a kitchen clog. After assessing the sink I determined that the clog was past the p traps. The pipes under the sink had a built in clean out so I ran the drill snake 15’ and cleared the clog. After clearing the clog I ran hot water for 10 minutes and it was draining perfectly.

Compression fitting on the trap was leaking. Tightened the fitting. Tested for leaks. No leaks.

Customer has faucet that needed installation, ordered from Amazon, everything was separate with faucet, handles and water supply also separate..once installed and put everything together I removed old faucet and installed new tested and everything is working fine. Customer also had camera inspection I ran camera from clean-out inside of closet next to powder room downstairs, dropped camera down 12 ft and ran into water then came out 17 ft later which indicates a belly in the line. Went to outside clean-out next to bushes by the pool ran 150 of cable and could not clear stoppage, Went to neighbors clean-out and ran 200+ feet of cable until I ran into blockage heading in the next door neighbors yard approximately 150 ft from clean-out…. Pulled back and roots and camera indicated multiple belly’s in line…customer will have another camera inspection to locate city laterals on site with highland beach and will send invoice to president for possible sewer line replacement.

Customer had faucet in master bedroom that has a broken handle, customer ordered Moen faucet but handles and water supply and pop up assembly have come separately, she will have us install faucet Monday. Also customer has heard gurgling in downstairs powder room toilet, customer will take advantage of a camera inspection Monday also, clean out is located near front door on pool side of bushes and also has wall clean-out located in garage near water heater.

Dig up and expose the old gas 90 that is corroded and leaking to expose the gas pipe. Cut out the old 90 and use a coupling to connect a new 90. Use new galvanized fittings to reconnect the gas piping. Test the new pipes for any leaks. We are not responsible for the replacement of any landscaping.

The lavatory sinks were draining very slowly in both bathrooms. I took both pop-ups apart and cleaned out a bunch of hair. I also ran the drill snake in both bathrooms to clean out the waste arms as well.
