Upon arrival customer showed me the 1 1/4" gate valve that was leaking job was pre sold at this time new ball valve is installed no other leaks at this time.
Arrived to customer, found that current 100 gallon heavy duty water heater tank is from 2006, due to it being over 10 years old we would not repair or maintenance, just replace. We also found that inch and a quarter gate valve before meter is dripping. At this time we presented estimates to customer replacement of main valve, and water heater replacement. Customer approved and paid full price of replacement of main valve, and will be getting back to us on the water heater estimate!
Arrived to customer, we found that current electric water heater tank is leaking. We presented estimates To customer for replacement with same size standard electric, and same size hybrid water heater tank, as well as whole home filtration system and recommendation of a auto leak detection main valve! At this time customer is going to review estimates and give us a call back when he’s ready to move forward!
Arrived to customer, found that customer needed replacement of hose bib and adapter. We presented estimates to customer, they approved. After removing old reducer coupling, we installed a three-quarter female adapter and threaded in new quarter turn hose bibs. After installation we checked for proper functionality and remounted Comcast ground back to hose bib and you are good to go!

Replace flushometer in men’s bathroom . Flushed several times ensuring no leaks and perfect function.
Customer called requesting leak search estimate.when we arrived we noticed it was under slab in which a major leak search would have to be done.walked around home to get a proper layout of the 2 and a half bathroom home and proceeded with providing customer with multiple estimates tailored to his home.customer reviewed estimates however he is a U.S Marshall currently on duty from home so we spoke briefly in which he stated he will thoroughly review when his shift ends and will call us to schedule leak search
Pulled urinal to cammera and locate blockage to see best way to clear the stoppage I was able to run a cable through the drain line to descale the walls of the drain line that were closed up by calcium build up also ran a cable through p trap of urinal to also descale the calcium. Also replaced flushomiter due to the age and no functioning properly . Installed urinal back on the wall with wax ring and flush several times making sure no leaks and functioning properly.
Upon arrival customer brought us into the men’s bathroom where 2 urinals were backed up. We have been out here before in an attempt to clear the blockage. We came back and administered Sizzle into both urinals. After some time had passed we then flushed the right urinal and it flushed perfect. We then attempted to flush the left urinal and the problem still persist. Advised the owner that we would have to take the next steps in repairing this issue and this will be discussed with the manager.
In first arrival customer had originally called for under slab leak in home.when we arrived we were told by customer it was not the first or second time this has happened and they wanted an estimate for whole home repipe.after going over several options with Heidi the customer for a few days over the phone,she mo ed forward with us to do the scope of work.while there performing the whole home repipe , Heidi was advised that above ground pipe was in good condition and she could save a couple of grand if she desires not to change entire above ground , in which she stated She was alright with that idea since she was going to gut out and remodel her master bath eventually and it would make sense to wait until then when all walls are exposed.during that day the husband William was at home and continued to overlook our work while continuously asking questions.the second day onsight ,William put a halt to the job continuing until we came to the conclusion with Heidi as to what finall outcome
Customer had a leak on his water service line to home (pvc). Provided customer with estimate on running new water service.
Installed customer supplied toilet flushed several times to assure no leaks
On arrival removed powder bath toilet, installing Kohler Wellworth, two piece white in enlongated toilet with new wax ring floor bolts and supply tube flush number of times test good
Customer wants estimate on rebuilding the drain line (pvc) on 3 commercial compartment sinks with garbage disposal in middle sink. Customer will contact office to schedule work after reviewing estimate.
I removed urinal from the wall to snake. I got 3 feet down with k-50 and could not get any further down. Need to reschedule for camera and possibly open up wall behind the urinal to remove obstruction. Also had to replace shutoff valve on flushometer. Removed charge for snaking urinal. Must return to find out what is obstructing drain line.
On arrival found Delta kitchen faucet side sprayer has cracked hose. Removed and supplied and installed new Moen faucet with side sprayer. Tested good. Powder bath, Mansfield toilet making noise when flushed will return tomorrow to Supply and install new Kohler Wellworth.
On arrival master bath toilet leaking at base. Performed lift and reset. Flushed toilet multiple times tested good.
On arrival master bath toilet not getting enough water in bowl found fill valve tube to flush valve not in place put it in place flushed toilet tested good warranty. Master bath moen Posi temp Shower valve leaking from showerhead, removed cartridge and installed new cartridge. tested good
Drain cleaning. Snaked from cleanout, ran 4 cables and also scoped the line to assure line was clear. Pulled large amount of paper towels. No warranty on stoppages.
Plumbing repair. On arrival found that both hot and cold stops for the kitchen were leaking. Shut water off at ball valve on the left side of house. Removed the stops, installing new dual stops. Tested upon completion. The new stops are working properly and are not leaking.
Customer had leak coming from rain soft filtration systems which customer said the company Rainsoft was just out the same day and told them it was fixed . I found that the push connector on the system was loose and not installed properly. I pulled it out and reinstalled it properly. Checked all fittings and everything was leak free.
Customer garbage disposal was humming but not engaging, Garbage disposal is a special MOEN model that requires an overhead tool to un jam the gears. We brought the tool needed to I jam the garbage disposal. (The customer bought this tool through us to keep) tested the garbage disposal and it is working as it should. Also we provided an estimate to replace the main shut off valve to the house.
Customer called requesting estimate for leaking water heater replacement.when we arrived we noticed the heater in very bad shape leaking in multiple locations and past it’s 10 year lifespan.we provided customer with replacement , In which customer stated he had 3 other estimate much more affordable than us , however upon conversing with the customer he decided to move forward with us instead.at this time job has been completed and paid in full.customer is happy. This option includes the following New 50 gal tank tall water heater New ball valve New pan Up to code compliant connection for customer safety 6 year parts and labor warranty
On arrival there was water on the floor in the guest bedroom opposite side was hall bath water ran all the way to the other guest bedroom. There was water on floor in garage in the area of water heater. Opened drywall in living room behind water heater, exposing half-inch hot copper pipe with water coming out of sleeve.. shut water off at ball valve left side of home. Traced to find other end in hall bath.. opened drywall in guest bedroom, exposing other end. Cut and capped both ends. Turned water on. No hot water to hall bath. reroute half-inch uponor through attic. Coming down wall in living room connecting to hot at water heater. Came down wall in guest bedroom tiring back into hot.tested all work good.
Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the guest bedroom where water was coming through the tile floor in a little spot. It was dry when I arrived after doing a drop pressure, the water pressure dropped a little bit and water started coming up through the tile. The homeowner has family members coming in town for a week. After that they are going to decide on moving forward with a full leak search.
