Upon arrival 2nd floor tub drain was clogged. While taking apart drain assembly it was clogged due to hair build up. Hair was removed and drain was tested. Drain is now flowing as it should. Please feel free to call us with any other plumbing concerns!
We installed customer supplied faucet and basket strainer. We installed Jtp supplied garbage disposal and p trap assembly. Checked for leaks and there are no leaks.
Upon arrival scoped out where potential opening for pipe will be located with home owner , discussed the different options of systems. Drew up a blueprint of where all lines will be, will forward to customer.
When we arrived, we met with the homeowner who explained that the toilet in the hall bathroom was running. We diagnosed the toilet as a toilet in need of a minor rebuild since the flapper was broken in a few pieces. He explained that he does not use this bathroom and hasn’t used it for a while. We would recommend a new toilet and faucet in the same bathroom in the future and will give the credit from the rebuild that was done today.
On arrival found in Old hall bath no longer existing On 3/4 cold on exterior wall close to where water service enters home opened exterior wall exposed hole in copper pipe removed installed ball valve going to master bathroom tested good
Upon arrival customer wants prices for both shower pan and valve, as well as a tub, spout and new valve. Underneath drain is a freshly redone bathroom with high ceilings. We took pictures and measurements as needed and we will have estimates available tomorrow am.
When we arrived, we met with the homeowner who explained she wanted to add drain, gas, and water for a washing machine, dryer, and fridge. Also provided options for gas tankless and filtration.
Arrived to customer, after running camera through vent, we found a break on PVC 3 inch pipe under shrubs, 3 feet away from front of home to the right of front door. We presented estimates for repair to customer, customer is going to let us know when they are ready to go!
When we arrived we noticed water leaking from ceiling, we proposed a visual leak search. After visual we quickly identified that the ac was leaking, due to condensate line over flow. After discovery we proposed to vac out the condensate line . Diagnosis involves identifying and troubleshooting issues with a plumbing system. (up to 1 hr) client showed us
Arrived to customer. Found that main sewege line was backed up. We presented estimates for running snake machine on roof, customer accepted. After running about 80 feet of cable through 3 inch vent on roof, we cleared clog and found light amount of roots and Wipeys. Customer declined estimates for repair of sewege pipe for right now. We cleaned up and checked for proper drainage and you are good to go!
Upon arrival I informed the customer of my presence and started the previously sold work. After completion I tested my connections and there’s no leaks present and the valve and cartridges are working properly. I noticed his heater valve wasn’t shutting down all the way so an estimate to replace that was agreed on and after I changed it I checked for leaks and functionality and everything checked out. However, he has a leak somewhere on the right side of the house and we need to schedule a leak detection in the near future
On arrival, customer had water spots on ceiling . performed leak detection opening up ceiling finding water coming down from toilet second floor hall bath performed lift and reset of toilet flush toilet test it all work good gave estimates on installing new washing machine box turned in opposite direction new water heater 50 gallon ream in garage replacement and installing ball valve replacing gate valve on water heater
Upon arrival I was shown to the master bathroom Roman tub that was leaking from the base of the handles. We performed a diagnosis and discovered very old cartridges and one of them was broken. We went over it with the customer and we will need to order the cartridges and he’s ready to move forward whenever they come in
On todays visit customer wanted detailed estimates for water heater options and a hose bib replacement. We went over options and estimates were sent via email as well as text message
Installed tankless water heater under kitchen sink hooked up the power took a tester to the heater to make sure it was getting the wright amount of power and determined it was a faulty water heater . Contacted David to order a new one and informed the customer that we would come back next week to install a new heater .
Upon arrival the customer states a slow draining sink and that sometimes the sink will drain into dishwasher. We tested drains for leaks and no leaks were found. Customer would like a preventative snaking for kitchen sink.
Arrived to customer, found that upstairs in master bedroom bathroom has had a new vanity installed recently and P-trap is dripping slowly. Also found that water heater is from 2002, we would recommend replacement. After presenting estimates customer approved of estimates. We removed old drain in master bath sink and install new tubular p trap with extension to chrome drain. After removing old water heater, we installed new rheem 30 gallon with new flex connectors, new brass adapters, new pan and new t&p relief. After installing we checked for proper functionality, set thermostat to customers preferred temperature, and you are good to go!
Opening exterior wall exposing cast iron 2 inch kitchen stack removing all cracked and rotted pipe to the 90 and replacing with pvc and adding a clean out for future access to line. Also had to snake line with k60 to clear all the grease stopping up line. After clearing the stoppage and filling double bowl sink and draining to check all my work for leaks ran cameras down 2” cast iron 15ft in to system to find walls of pipe cracked and 1 inch section missing out of bottom . Customer is responsible for all concrete repairs
Water coming out of wall left of kitchen sink opened exterior wall behind kitchen sink to find inch and a half copper drain arms with holes in bottom while removing male adapter out of cast iron Tee , tee broke. Opened exterior wall more around stack. Remove both cast iron tees new 2 inch by inch and a half tee new drain arm pvc with two traps under double bowl kitchen sink after filling and draining sink water came out of exterior wall cast-iron stack below tees that were replaced has been compromised. Will need to return to open wall removing and replacing cast-iron.
Upon arrival, customer was showing me where the leak was located and that water pulled up in her bedroom near the window. It was bone dry upon arrival. No water offered to give an estimate for a leak for an hour and a half. Customer denied. Customer said she wanted to wait when she gets home because she thinks it’s the rain that’s causing the leak and she just wants to verify and will give us a call back, if she can’t come to her conclusion. Customer paid service fee of 225.
When we arrived, we continued the leak Search. Billed for previous hours of leak search. We a ran a new waterline around the wall within the tub box. We roughed in a new angle stop and reset the toilet. Installed plastic and tape on walls. Tested our work for leaks and none were observed. 2 year warranty on the work.
When we arrived, we began the leak search by killing water to the cabana bathroom. After removing the toilet. We then began to cut out a pice of drywall. After exposing the supply line to the toilet, we noticed the line was indeed leaking. After identifying the 1/2 line we then fish taped to find the other end of the feed. We then identified that the line was running to the hall way behind the bathroom which we then cut out a 3x2 opening in the drywall and used the chipping hammer to expose the manifolds. Confirmed the leaking line and capped it. Will be back on Thursday to repair.
Came to replace a kitchen faucet but ran into some trouble and has to reschedule the installation for a later date
Arrive to customer, found that all water and gas is working to proper functionality. We inform customer that they need to call electrician to identify breakers and test for proper voltage! Customer declined paying dispatch fee while I was on site.
