Arrived to customer, removed old faucet and installed customer supplied delta one handle kitchen faucet. Pulled guest bathroom toilet due to leaky wax ring, after pulling toilet we inspected flange replaced mounting bolts and wax ring and reset toilet checked for proper drainage, and you are good to go!

Upon arrival, the customer showed me to the master bathroom where she has a leak coming in from the exterior wall into her toilet room and shower. The customer informed me that she had already have the city come out and check the water meter and the water meter is showing no signs of a leak. The customer also informed me that another company had suggested to her to not use the bathroom and she hadn’t use the bathroom in over a week but the water is still showing up. I referred the customer to entrusted because I do not believe this is a plumbing leak. And trust it will be contacting them and coming out as soon as possible.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the guest bathroom that they would like new trim installed. The current shower valve is moen chateau and the trim the homeowner bought doesn’t match. I showed the homeowner the correct trim to purchase and they will let us know when it has arrived. They also showed me the filtration system on the left side of the home that is currently leaking. This system is pretty old and not something I am going to be able to repair so I recommend replacing the unit with a new one. Install a bypass system for the leaking filtration system on the left side of the home. All materials and labor are included. We will disconnect the filtration system and install new piping so we can stop the leak.

Cut and caped manifold under kitchen sink were leak was and tracked it to the manafold under the water heater and located the hot line that was feeding the kitchen that was leaking and capped it off to eliminate that line. Offered customer a insta hot for the kitchen island to restore hot to the kitchen.

Came out today to look at leaky toilet small leak at base…Installed new wax ring. Tested several times…no signs of leak.

Changed out fill valve due to the old one failing and continually running. Checked all work for leaks.

Upon inspection 2 inch basket strainer is leaking and needs replacing…will order part and contact customer for installation.

Upon inspection toilet leaking from base in front in guest bathroom removed toilet and reset with new wax ring. Tested no leaks…under jtp warranty.

Run the camera and snake machine through the cleanout outside the master bathroom to find the issue. The shower is currently backing up and there is gurgling coming from the sink furthest from the cleanout. I will find the issue and use the sewer machine to ensure everything is cleaned from the drain line. Run the drain machine through the master shower to relieve the blockage. After the work is completed I will test everything for proper function and drainage. After running the camera I found a large amount of debris in the line and I recommend using our high pressure jetting machine to clean the entire line out otherwise these issues could continue to happen.

Supplied and installed a new 55 gallon water heater in a new drip pan in the garage. All materials and labor are included. We used all new copper and brass fittings to connect the new water heater and included a new valve for the water heater. After all work was completed we tested everything for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks. 6 year warranty on the tank, parts, and labor. Came out today to look at leak on mainline..it was flagged by leak company. Will come out to locate leak and repair when customer is ready.

Upon arrival the customer showed me to the tankless heater he wanted flushed. Unfortunately, there were no flush valves installed so he was given the options to either have some installed or get a pre filter installed that way he won’t have to worry about a flush. He was interested in that so an estimate was presented and agreed upon and I began the work. After installation I made sure the filter was working properly and tested for leaks and hot water. Both checked out and the customers were satisfied

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the 80 gallon water heater in the garage that is not working anymore. I am providing the homeowner with multiple options for a new water heater and they will reach out to us when they would like to move forward.

Arrived to customer, kitchen sink faucet was barley getting warm. After verifying that bathroom both bathrooms in home were also not getting hot water. We recommend to customer that a water heater replacement would be best due to water heater being over 10 years old. After installation of new heater and removal of old we tested that new water heater was functioning properly and you are leak free!

Arrived to customer, found several leaks on angle stops under kitchen sinks , bathroom sinks. Main valve is a old traditional gate valve in wall behind access panel and is dripping very slowly. customer supplied to toilet replacement for upstairs. Due to guest bathroom flange being broken when removing old toilet, customer opted for repair. After repair of flange, we installed toilet checked for proper functionality Replaced main valve with extended handle for easy access in wall. Cleaned up where we made repair and removed dry wall, and you are leak free!

Customer had leak coming from the manifold under kitchen sink island. Performed leak detection to determine there’s a leak from the cold side of the manifold under sink I will provide estimate for rerouting and chipping up floor to find leak.

Arrived to customer, we Shut off main water to home, drained, water down and removed old tankless Rheem. After installation of new tankless rheem. We checked for proper functionality and you have hot water!

Upon arrival the customer showed me to the garage where the water heater is located. The customer informed me that she has no hot water. I checked for power and there is power going to the unit. I then quoted the customer on calling rheem tech support and she agreed. When I called I was informed that the tankless department isn’t open on the weekends. I quoted the customer on swapping out the heater and she agreed. I will return Tuesday morning for the heater replacement.

Came out today to give estimates on heater, washer machine valves, auger toilet, emergency stop and shower clog, main valve. Discussing with husband and will get back with me on work to be done

Came out today to look at leak…it came from ac from across hall way . Ac was backed up …leaking under floor by bathroom

came out today to diagnose a leaking heater that is 7 years old. We diagnosed the heater and found it was leaking from the tank. We replaced the heater and put it in a pan and tested new heater extensively for hot water and no leaks ( full 6 year parts and labor warranty on water heater) On the side of the home I also noticed the main valve was an original gate valve. We also replaced that with a brand new ball valve and tested that valve for proper function and no leaks.

High water bill leak detection checked meter , performed pressure test , checked all toilets, supply lines , all angle stops , all hose bibs , all faucets , all shower valves, water heater and supply line to fridge. No evidence of any leak after performing full leak detection .

Arrived to customer, removed old laundry box cold side valve and replaced with new, customer supplied. Checked for proper functionality and you are leak free!

Came out today to look at toilet…customer says daughter dropped watch in toilet..flushed several times no issues…on 2nd floor ..Upon inspection…toilet doesn’t fill..did new fill valve and water line in upstairs toilet…tested all good

Came out today ….under both bath sinks….studor vents were not tight…tightened…tested no gurgling. Adjusted handle in guest bathroom shower to make water hotter…adjusted …tested…working well. Also ran drill snake in guest shower…was draining slow….tested…draining great
