Upon arrival customer showed us to her kitchen where she informed us that she would like a new kitchen faucet and that she had already purchased one for us to install. I gave the customer multiple options so she could choose what works best for her. Customer went with the silver option because she wasn’t interested in the JTP membership, but she did want to replace the emergency anglestops under her kitchen sink. I started with shutting the water off to the home so we could replace the anglestops. After replacing the anglestops we removed the old kitchen faucet. Finally we installed the new customer supplied kitchen faucet. Turned the water on to test for leaks. No leaks.

I came out to repair a broken flange and reset the toilet. The homeowner already had the toilet pulled when I arrived. I used a metal repair plate and tap conned it to the floor. I then did a major rebuild on the toilet which included a new fill valve, flush valve, tank to bowl gasket, new handle, and a new stainless steel supply line. The toilet is nice and tight to the floor. I tested for leaks and there are no leaks. Everything is working good.

I came out today to eliminate the old 3/8 polybutylene ice maker line, and I also noticed that the emergency stops had a little corrosion on them. I installed 2 new dual emergency stops underneath the sink.

Came out today to diagnose a leaking hose bib on the side of the home located above the main valve. I was able to remove old hose bib and install a new quarter turn JTP hose bib, tested for proper function and no leaks . I have Also sent over a quote to replace the main valve as is the original valve for the home and should be updated to a quarter turn to prevent failure and leaks.

Arrived to find slab leak behind the water heater. It was determined that it was a hot water leak. Removed heater and ran a mixture of copper and uponor to reroute thru the attic and to the exterior wall of the kitchen. Ran copper down the wall and opened the wall to connect to the manifold. After making connections the hot water was turned back on and tested for leaks. There is a cross from a bad shower cartridge somewhere causing back feeding.

I came out today for a leak on the 1/2 inch copper water located behind the water heater. We will be sending out another technician that will perform the leak detection. He will be able to identify what fixtures are affected. From there he will be able to provide an accurate estimate to reroute the leaking line.

When we arrived, the homeowner explained the tub spout had fallen off its copper pipe. We replaced it with a new tub spout and tested for leaks. We noticed the cartridge is also leaking and require replacing it. We will try to find the part and send a quote to replace it.

We arrived today to install a cartridge on the customer master bathroom faucet (the right side). After installing the part we tested for leaks and did regain a better pressure on the faucet.

When we arrived, we diagnosed the issue as a clogged kitchen sink. We recommended addressing the issue with the sink by running the drill snake through a wall mounted clean-out in the back patio. The homeowner also wanted to have a hosebibb changed out on the side of the home due to it leaking water. We also recommended having the hosebibb replaced with a new one. We noticed the main valve to the home was a gate valve that was also missing the handle so we also recommended for that to be replaced to a 1/4 turn ball valve. We replaced the hose Bibb and main valve then turned the water back on. No leaks were observed during testing. We ran the entire length of the drill snake through the wall mounted cleanout then tested for proper drainage. No issues were observed as the kitchen sink ran for more than 10 minutes. We cleaned up the area and did not find anymore recommendations at this time. 1 year warranty on installs and no warranty on stoppages. Recommend some bio one to prevent the ki

Arrived for a membership visit, upon arrival I flushed heater and checked home for issues, home didn’t have any major problems. But I will suggest and send estimate for p-traps a new home shut off and new hose bibs for laundry for future purposes incase customer wants to go with those options.

When we arrived, we took the kitchen faucet apart and replaced the kitchen cartridge. The replacement cartridge did not address the issue with low pressure. We had to call technical support and they explained for us to clear the check valve. We cleared the check valve, there was lots of rubber debris in the check valve. Recommend replacing the faucet which is under warranty through his manufacturer.

Customer had stoppage Sunday, we came out to clear stoppage. After doing main line test it has shown that stoppage has cleared itself, and would not need snaking, but customer doesn’t want a camera inspection in case jetting or replacement is needed.

The call today was for a leaking shower valve. After assessing the shower I determined that a new old style Moen cartridge was needed. After I installed the new cartridge I tested the shower and the handle was leak free.

Rerouted line from main valve and up the wall to enter above the hall bath ceiling. From there we routed the line under the walkway for the second floor, thru the laundry room, and down to the the manifold in the garage.tested for leaks when finished. ( no permits, no patching, not responsible for damage in surrounding work area.

Upon arrival customer showed us to the garage where he informed us that his laundry machine flooded out the garage last time he used it. I pulled the laundry machine out and saw that the drain hose was out of the stand pipe. I figured this was the issue once I saw it, but to be sure I disconnected one of the braided supply lines and put it down the stand pipe to run water to test for a stoppage. Ran water for a couple of minutes and had no water backing up. I stuck the drain hose down the stand pipe, tightened and moved up the zip tie, and taped the drain hose to the stand pipe with some gorilla tape from the customer. This process took only about 5 minutes. Only charged dispatch fee. Aged water heater and it’s almost 25 years old. We will proved a quote for a new heater.

Customer has toilet in back restroom area that was leaking from base of toilet, blue liquid was flowing out and also toilet was slightly moving. I gave customer pricing for toilet and didn’t approve of pricing i also discounted price by $84 also didn’t approve. Wanted sink and toilet fixed for $384 pricing..hand sink in same area was leaking from hose when water is run and they need a new faucet but again pricing was not agreed upon, so I will send estimates for both scopes of work just in case customer changed mind.

Upon arrival, customer showed us to the ladies room where he had a toilet stoppage. I flushed the toilet several times and ran the sink, but I couldn’t replicate the stoppage. The ladies room was draining fine. I believe the stoppage cleared itself. The customer then showed us to the kitchen in the back where he had a floor sink that was completely stopped up with food particles and grease. I gave the customer multiple options so he could choose what works best for him. Customer chose the gold option which included the stoppage and two bottles of bio one. I then ran 30’ of k60 cable with a spade head and got stuck. I pulled the cable back and switched the head out with a straight head and was able to run the full 75’ of cable and clear the stoppage. I pulled back pieces of a steel wool cleaner and showed the customer. I put the floor sink back together and tested it with a running water test and the customer had his employee dump several pots of boiling water down the drain. Draining b

Arrived to find cold 3/4 line slab leak. Performed leak search by performing various line tracing and pressure testing with nitrogen. After opening the block wall at the main we found that the line from the garage comes from there. Isolated the leaking line and provided an estimate for repair.

I arrived today to install the cover on the mainline on the exterior wall. I used tap cons to connect it to the wall and installed the cap with metal screws.

Upon arrival, customer showed us to the garage where his leaking water heater was located. I gave the customer multiple options for what he could do to get a new heater. Customer went with the new 50 gallon water heater with no extra add ons. Started with draining the old heater while I had the new heater delivered. Once the old heater was drained and removed I installed the new heater and hard piped it to all of my water connections. Turned water back on to test for leaks. No leaks. **Permits included**

When we arrived, we diagnosed the leak to be a result of a roof leak or structural Leak and not plumbing related. We recommend having the roof inspected. No other recommendations at this time.

Came out today to replace a 1 piece American standard toilet that had issues flushing. When I pulled the toilet I found roots growing on the outside of the pipe but not into the pipe or toilet. Could not find the reason why old toilet failed to flush. I ran water down the drain line to ensure nothing is clogged. I than set the new kohler toilet and tested it for proper function and no leaks. Flushed multiple times to ensure no more issues.

This is an estimate to replace the old tankless heater with a new r T-Tex 13. I replaced the old unit with a new R-Tex 13 tankless heater. I ran the fixtures in the house and there is hot water throughout the house now.
