I arrived today to give an estimate on a new water heater.

Came out today to find a cpvc line that got cut into when the wall was was being cut. We cut out broken section of pipe and replumbed it in. Tested extensively to ensure no leaks or issues

Supplied and installed a new reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink and also ran approximately ten feet of 1/4 inch pex pipe for the new fridge line. All materials and labor are included. After the new RO system was installed I tested everything for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks. I also left instructions to flush the first three cycles of water from the system to ensure the homeowner doesn’t get any undesirable water from the system.

Upon inspection fill valve is running ..installed new fill valve tested …

Upon inspection…tub diverter not working …replaced with new tub diverter…tested working properly.

This is the price to supply and install 29 gal gas tanked heater we also recommend to change out the gate valve on the heater as it’s not a reliable valve ( 6 year parts and labor warranty )

Installed new rheem 40 gal….4500 watt heater in pan. Raised temperature to 225 degrees. Tested…home has hot water

On-site prior day. Back to back bathrooms only toilets clogged and not working. Yesterday I ran 75ft from the roof and pulled out a rat but did not clear clog. Pulled toilet to attempt to snake and was unsuccessful. Returned today to further fix the clog. Upon arrival used camera from roof vent, determined the entire line was full of water and clogged further down line. Removed clean out cover and was full of water. Ran k60 down stream from clean out and pulled back roots and relieved the clog. Tested all bathrooms and everything working properly. Providing estimate to replace the existing section of cast iron between the customers pvc clean out and the city clay connection.

Came out today to install two customer supplied moen faucets , removed old Delta Faucet and installed new Moen faucet and tested extensively for proper function and no leaks

I arrived today because my customers gas supply line and vent from their water heater needs to be replace from the heater through the roof. After assessing the water heater and the location I came up with and estimate for my customer.

We arrived today to perform a hydro jetting on the main line of the building from the end of line clean out on the north side to the clean out in the front of the building. We ran 165’ of K-60 cable to reach the front cleanout. After pulling the cable out we attached the hydro jet cable to the end of K-60 cable and pulled it back to the end of line clean out. At that point we slowly jetted the line. After completing the jetting we hosed any further material down stream with a hose through the front cleanout.

Upon inspection…disposal full of food….tried to unjamm..no luck. Landlord tenant situation…emailed invoice to homeowner to get approval…tenant tried calling no answer. Tenant on phone could not really talk..could not get water heater pics…or inspect home.

Upon arrival the customer showed us to her two hose bibs. One in the front yard and one in the back. She informed us that she wanted the hose bibs replaced so I provided her with a quote to replace the hose bibs as well as the main valve. The customer agreed. I shut the water off at the water meter and replaced the main valve and two hose bibs. I turned the water back on to test for leaks. No leaks.

Came out today to evaluate a 30 gallon water heater that is 20 years old. I have supplied an estimate to bring the heater up to code and replace the tank. ( 6 year parts and labor warranty)

Upon inspection….disposal is not working …installed new disposal….tested for leaks…working perfectly …installed metal hose clamp on dishwasher line. Was held on by zip tie

Upon arrival the homeowner stated he would like a few estimates to get his water heater replaced. I provided multiple estimates and he said he will discuss ever with his wife and let us know when he would like to move forward.

Came out today to diagnose a titan tankless heater that was no longer working. Explained to customer that repairing the unit is not possible and replacement is the only option. We replaced with a new RTEX-11 matching the size of the old heater. Plumbed it in and tested for hot water and no leaks

Moved relief away from timer box .

5-6-24 Upon arrival the homeowner stated he has water coming out of the wall after they shower. I will need to open an access hole in the wall and use the inspection camera to find the issue. We have rescheduled for tomorrow afternoon. 5-7-24 Opened the wall inside the cabinet behind the shower valve and tub drain to find where the water was coming from. We opened a small hole to find the 90 for the tub spout was spraying water into the wall when the diverter was turned on. I removed the old pipe and used all new copper fittings to reconnect the tub spout. I also installed a new tub spout while performing the work. After the work was completed I tested everything for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks.

Installed water heater with a ano rod and switch box .checked all work for leaks and had customer test the hot water.

Upon inspection customer pulled toilet to remove ball…needs installed Installed toilet…still not flushing angered toilet pulled out a ball.

Upon arrival nobody was on site. I contacted the customer and they informed me that the gas company had already been on site and they shut off and locked the gas meter. I quoted the customer on a gas leak detection. If the customer agrees we will be back out tomorrow to perform the leak detection.

This was the estimate to replace section of leaking copper pipe and repair it. tested extensively, ensure no issues or leaks

Came out today to diagnose a clogged toilet in hall bathroom. The toilet has been filled to the top with waste and it has spilled over into the bathroom I explained to customer the conditions are way to unsanitary for us to work in and until, the entire area is cleaned we can’t preform any work

Upon inspection toilet leaking at base…reset toilet with new wax ring bolts and water line.
