Came out and confirmed the leak was on the main line between the meter and main valve. Offered to dig up a potential small area that it could have been. Very little water was present. Will email him estimates for leak detection and full line replacement
Upon arrival, customer showed us to the kitchen sink where his garbage disposal was leaking. We gave him the price to replace it and he agreed. We replaced the garbage disposal and tested the new one for leaks. There were no leaks and the customer was happy about it
Arrived today to install a check valve and two vacuum breakers on a dock line and dock pedestal. I shut the water off at the irrigation meter, installed the check valve after the dock line valve, and installed the two vacuum breakers on each hose bib on the dock pedestal. I waited 35 mins for the glue to dry. Turned the water on to test for leaks. No leaks. The customer can have the dock line inspected again.
Upon inspection laundry sink is clogged up Ran k 60 60 ft…cleared clog… Also pipe under mop sink was not pitched correctly ..,repaaired and also installed new p trap…tested for leaks and is draining fine
Upon arrival the customer showed us to the dining area where there is water damage in the ceiling. I quoted the customer on leak detection but they declined. I then offered to cut open the ceiling for a lower price and she agreed. I exposed a leaking 1/2” copper line. I then quoted the customer on the repair to which she agreed. After doing the repair I turned the water on to test for leaks. No leaks. I then performed a whole home plumbing evaluation and recommended replacing the anglestops in the home as well as the laundry valves.
Came out today to install a ball valve on the outlet side of water filtration system. Customer has purchased a new housing cover for the filter and needed the bypass valve so he can have water to the home while the filter is being delivered. Installed new ball valve and tested for leaks and proper function.
Upon arrival the customer showed us to the hallway bathroom where his tub was draining slowly. I gave the customer multiple options so that he could choose what works best. The customer went with the bronze option because he wasn’t interested in the bio one or the JTP membership. I cleared the tub drain with my drill snake. I ran the water in the tub after to check for flow. The tub is draining nicely and has a good vortex while draining, but about half way through draining the vortex stops and then starts again. I suspect there may be a belly in the line. I did go outside and look down the clean out while the tub was running and I could see good flow of water.
Upon inspection…shower was clogged..l Ran snake and also plunged drain…draining fine
Came out today to give customer estimate…on heater it is 32 yrs old ..showed her estimate…gave discount. She is gonna get some more estimates.offered membership to give further discount and she wasn’t interested. offered to evaluate home and refused.
Customer toilet was working fine also state that she was selling the house and want to have everything checked for her inspection for the sale and found out that we were not charging the 89 dispatch fee . I checked all her plumbing and she did not have any issues nor did she want to have any work done . Water heater and shut off were done by JTP
Installed tankless water heat (Rheem rtex13) checked all work for leaks and tested all fixtures for hot water. Had customer feel the hot water and was pleased.
Installed new garbage disposal…tested for leaks …working properly. Upon inspection…disposal is broken…needs replacing
Upon inspection…Bibb is old.replaced with jtp 1/4 turn valve. Tested no leaks

Upon arrival I was shown to clogged toilet, after evaluating I determined it was a main clog. I ran the k60 75ft from the roof vent to clear the clog and did not pull anything back. Customer stated they were flushing tissues that I believe to be the cause of the issue.
Upon inspection…toilet in master is running…replaced fill valve..and water line…tested not running…flushing fine….left estimate for new hose Bibb and heater as is is over 10 yrs old
Came out today to diagnose a gas tankless heater that is no longer heating up customer explained everything was fine yesterday and now this morning no hot water. Customer also told me the gas stove inside had a very faint flame and appears the gas is low in the tank. I took off the test screw on the gas heater and I had absolutely no pressure buildup or gas smell coming out of that screw hole. Even held finger trying to build some pressure but there was nothing. I opened the top to the tank and saw the gage was not showing any pressure. Customer is having the gas company come out today to refill system and if they can’t preform a gas leak detection we will come back out to determine if there is any gas leaks threwout the home and property.
I went on the roof and ran 75 feet of k-60 through the main stack to clear the stoppage that was effecting 3 different bathrooms. As I was pulling the cable out there was an excess amount of toilet paper in the cable. I advised the homeowner to possibly change brands of toilet paper, and also might want to double flush when using toilet paper. After clearing the stoppage I flushed the toilets several times with and without toilet paper and was able to see it pass through the clean out located on the west side of the house in the back yard. Everything is flushing and flowing good.
I came out today because the homeowner thought the ice maker wasn’t producing ice. When I opened up the ice maker box it was approximately 1/2 full. Also the homeowner showed me the new water filtration system that was leaking from the bottom of both filters from the black caps. I turned the water off and removed the caps. I then put Teflon tape and pipe dope on the bottom of the filters, and screwed the caps back on. After that I turned the water back on and there were no leaks.
Upon arrival the customer showed me to the laundry room and bathroom where he informed me that when running the washer it backs up in to the toilet. The customer showed me to the garage where there is a wall clean out. I quoted the customer on clearing the stoppage and he agreed. I ran 75’ of k60 cable with a straight head and cleared the stoppage but I didn’t pull anything back. I ran my sewer camera and saw that the cast iron was in fair condition. I quoted the customer on a jetter and also sold him a bottle of bio one.
Arrived today to install a new 47 gallon water heater that I had sold previously. I started by draining out the and removing the old heater. After I removed the old heater I installed the new JTP supplied 47 gallon heater. After installation I turned the water back on to test for leaks. No leaks. I ran water in the guest bathroom sink and could feel that it was heating up properly. 6 yr warranty on parts and labor.
Upon arrival, customer showed me to his water heater and it is currently leaking. I gave the customer some quotes on replacing his water heater. The customer got approval from his landlord and I will be returning Monday morning to install the water heater.
I came out today to look at a video that David the president of the board wanted me to look at. I did look at the video. I wasn’t able to see the exact location of the chicken wire. I provided an estimate for me to come back and camera the line so I can locate the location of the chicken wire. Once I locate the location of the chicken wire I will then be able to go over options of removing it from the sewer line.
I came out today to camera and inspect the condition of the cast iron pipes. After running the camera I saw scale build up in the cast iron pipe, and some left over toilet paper in the line. The cast iron pipe exists the west side of the house. I would definitely recommend to hydro jet the line and descale the cast iron pipe to refurbish the cast iron pipe. I would be cutting in a clean out at the back east side of the house so I wouldn’t have to break up the concrete to install a 2 way clean out. Also I let the homeowner know to double flush the toilets when flushing, and also recommended to use a smaller ply of toilet paper. I also re-snaked the bathroom line and snaked the kitchen stack as well. Everything is draining good now with no back ups.
Snaked tub drain overflow with k50 pulled large amounts of hair out
Upon arrival I was greeted at the front door by the homeowner and led into the hallway bathroom where I found a toilet constantly running due to a failed fill valve. I was then led into the master bathroom where I found the toilet to not fill due to a failed fill valve. Upon receiving authorization I promptly performed a minor toilet rebuild on the hallway bathroom toilet. Upon completion I flushed the toilet 5 times to ensure proper function. I then performed a minor toilet rebuild on the master bathroom toilet. I finished the master bathroom minor toilet rebuild and flushed the toilet 3 times to ensure proper function, it worked perfectly. While performing the rebuild I noticed the hallway bathroom running, and discovered it was leaking into the bowl through the gasket on the flush valve, I called the owner and notified him of this leak, he agreed to me changing the price to be able to perform a major toilet rebuild on the hallway bathroom toilet. Upon receiving authorization I promp
