We arrived today because my customers guest bathroom was clogged. I tried to run my drill snake through the shower but kept coming up in the toilet. We were not allowed to work after 5pm so we will have to come back tomorrow afternoon. I arrived today to pull the toilet and clean the clog with my K-50. After running 10’ the clog was cleared. I ran my cable back and forth three time to ensure the clog was gone. After resetting the toilet I turned the shower on and flushed the toilet multiple times with toilet paper and everything was working perfectly.

Upon arrival looked at multiple different things in the house. Providing multiple estimates involving relocation of washer and dryer with sewer line and option for upstairs. Providing estimates for gas stove plumbing and vent. Also estimate for stationary coffee maker in kitchen. And adding a propane gas heater to exterior of the home.

Supplied and installed a new 38 gallon water heater on a shelf in the garage. All materials, labor, and permit fees are included. After the heater was replaced I tested it for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks. JTP membership is included to receive a ten percent discount on all work performed for a year as well as other great benefits. The heater is on a shelf so we are charging an additional fee for the added work.

Upon arrival the customer showed me to his master bathroom where he informed me that his toilet flange was broken and that his toilet was running. I gave the customer multiple options so that he could choose what works best for him. The customer went with the bronze option because he wasn’t interested in the JTP membership or replacing the emergency anglestop. I pulled the toilet, installed the pvc repair plunge, replaced the flapper and fill valve, and reset the toilet. I turned the water on and flushed the toilet multiple times to test for leaks. No leaks. I informed the customer that I didn’t have any almond color caulking, but that I had clear and white. The customer said he has some almond caulking and was okay with me not caulking in the toilet.

Upon inspection laundry was backing up…ran k60 75 ft thru stack. Ran kitchen sink….ran freely… Had customer run washer…all good.

This price is to connect the existing 3/4" PVC water supply on the NorthEast corner of the property. We are going to have to install and certify a RPZ backflow within 5' of that location and then run the 3/4" CPVC pipe in the concrete dock to two hose bibs and 1 dock pedestal. 40% deposit $1960.00 40% rough $1960.00 20% final $ 980.00

Upon arrival was shown to leaking around toilet. Determined toilet supply was not tightened enough to the angle stop, tightened fitting and resolved issue. Both toilets recently rebuilt but not flushing properly. Due to style of flush valve installed and handle on toilet it was not allowing the flapper to raise completely. Replaced both handles and resolved all issues.

Upon arrival was shown to disposal not working. Replaced disposal with new JTP supplied disposal. Tested drain for leaks and everything working properly.

Upon arrival cleanout was open filled with water….ran cable 75 ft thru floor cleanout…filled with grease and paper….line is pvc….cleared. Log…tested all flushing well

Sold job for Friday 5/10 at 830 to run a line off main to add hose bib on side of house . Customer did not put down deposit specified he would pay on completion of work.

Upon inspection….toilet fillet with paper…used auger to clear clog…tested flushing fine.

I arrived today to assess a leak from upstairs to downstairs. When I arrived the lower unit already had a section of the ceiling cut out. When upstairs turned the water on I could see it coming through the joint between the top of the tub and the wall. The tub that is install is a jacuzzi tub the does not have a vertical lip to be tiled over. It has a round lip that goes down so the slightest break in the tile seal allows a large amount of water to enter the wall and eventually find its way down stairs.

Upon arrival was shown to location of the new dishwasher in utility room. We relocated dryer to above the washer and install the dishwasher next to them. Installed a t on the hot water side with a new angle stop to supply water to the dish washer.

I arrived today to install gaskets my customer ordered online for her kitchen faucet. After looking at the parts she received the were not correct. I called Chicago Faucets for her and she ordered the correct parts. When they arrive she will call JTP and schedule for installation.

Upon arrival was shown to leak under closest woman’s sink. Trap primer under sink is what is leaking. Providing estimate to replace trap primer valve to resolve the issue.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the shower cartridge that was spraying water from everywhere because it broke into many pieces. I provided an estimate to order the cartridge and replace it so when we get approval then we will schedule to return and replace the cartridge.

Customer supplied kitchen faucet install.

Installed atlas whole house filtration system and performed a tankless water heat flush. Checked all work for leaks and checked hot water .

Upon arrival the customer showed me to his garage where he has an ice bath tub with a recirculating system that blows jets in the tub. He had parts for me to replace on the system, but I informed him that I had no experience with system and I recommended that he call a pool/hot tub repair. I then asked the customer if there as anything else he’d like me to look at while I am here. He informed me that when he takes a shower sometimes the water goes cold. I quoted the customer on descaling his two tankless heaters. The customer agreed. I descaled both tankless Rinnai heaters. I turned the water and gas back on to both after the descaling and checked for hot water. Both units are working just fine.

Came out today to give a quote on replacement of the main valve inside heater closet. I noticed the water heater is also 20 years old and In order to get access the the main valve the heater would need to be removed and we won’t be able to remove a 20 year old heater and reinstall it as that would be a hazard on are part. I have supplied the quote to install new 30 gallon heater along with bringing it up to code for inspection and opening the wall to replace main valve.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the delta shower valve in his bathroom that leaks when he turns it on. The shower valve is too old to repair at this point and will need to be replaced. I provided the homeowner with an estimate to get this work done and he will call us when he would like to move forward. No charge today for free estimate.

I came out today to diagnose a whole home main line clog. When I arrived I found the cleanout over flowing with water and customer had it partially dug because when he attempted to remove cleanout cover the PVC Snapped the hub off the Tee. I cleared the clog and found roots. When I ran the camera I found the roots were coming in from the city connection. I cleared the roots as much as possible and explained to customer that he will need to call the city to find out if they would be responsible for the repair and if not we can give a quote to dig and replace section of pipe. I cut out and replaced the clean out Tee and replumbed it how it was. We flushed the lines threw and tested to ensure all my connections were good and i backfilled the hole.
