I came out today for a kitchen stoppage. I removed the p-trap on the left side of the sink and ran 20 feet with the drill snake, and that didn’t clear the stoppage. I then ran 45 feet of k-50 with the sewer machine to clear the stoppage. Everything is draining good now.

Upon arrival the customer showed us to the water heater where he informed us that it was making a whistling noise. He said he came home one day and heard a loud whistling noise so he turned the valve to the water heater off and about 30 mins later the noise stopped. I ran all the hot water in the unit to try and replicate the noise. I was unsuccessful in replicating the noise. I told the customer that if it happens again to record the noise and also to reach out to his AC company and inquire with them about it.

Supplied and installed a new 50 gallon water heater in the garage. Also supplied and installed a new 1 inch Flo by Moen whole home auto shutoff valve. All materials and labor are included. After all work was completed I tested everything for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks.

Sold estimate for new 38 gallon heater. Removed old 40 gallon heater and installed new 38 gallon heater. Replaced valve for heater as well as hard wired with a switch for permitting. We will contact customer back when it is time for the inspection. Tested heater and everything is working properly

Came out today to diagnose a leaking shower in the master bathroom coming off of the shower handle from the cartridge. Replaced old-school Moen cartridge and tested shower. Extensively for proper function and no leaks.

Upon arrival was shown to water heater in ac closet. Provided estimate for a new 38 gallon heater with hardwire, ball valve and permit.

I arrived today because my customer had two leaking hose bibs. One was leaking from the packing nut so we decided to upgrade to a new 3/4” quarter turn bib. The second bib was leaking from the hose connection and the bib itself was functioning perfectly. My customer had some questions about the cast iron under their home so we went over some simple details on how a tunnel replacement job is conducted. I put an estimate for a camera evaluation on the profile and sometime in the near future we will assess the quality of the pipes.

Estimate on tub fixture install customer supplied and estimate on main shutoff valve install. Customer will call to set appointment up for installation when tub faucet arrives.When going over work needed with customer another plumbing company showed up (L&M Wilson Plumbing).

Came back out today to diagnose a drip coming from the guest bathroom sink that we plumbed in last week. It took over 5 drop tests and 10 minutes for a slow drip to form up at the pop up assembly gasket. I resealed and tightened the gasket as much as possible without stripping the threads and I tested super extensively with 10+ drop tests and running water for over 10 minutes not a single drip has formed and no other leaks were observed.

Replaced moen cartridge old style. Checked all work for leaks

Installed the warrantied upper thermostat that Rheem sent the homeowner. After the part was installed I ran the heater through the diagnostic process to ensure everything is functioning properly. Only charging the service charge today.

Upon arrival was shown to the two upstairs bathroom. Customer purchased two toilet handles that needed to be replaced because he could not remove the old ones. Replaced both handle and toilet work properly. Also providing other estimates for shower valves.

I came out today and provided a quote to remove and install new rheem 30 gallon heater

Came out today to install customer supplied American standard toilet in master bathroom old toilet was an original 3 gallon flusher and had a week flush. Installed new toilet with new wax ring and hardware and tested toilet extensively for proper flush and no leaks. In both master and guest bathroom I installed customer supplied pop up assembly’s and tested both sinks for proper function and no leaks but in master bathroom we had a drip forming from the sink apoun further investigation I found the sink had a hairline crack and was causing a drip. Customer still had old vanity top which was the same size as the old and i was able to simply replace the tops and reinstall the faucet and drains on new sink. Retested that drain and faucet to ensure no leaks or issues. Also shimmed and caulked toilet in guest bathroom as customer explained it’s been rocking since they installed it.

Upon inspection toilet was running …replaced fill valve…flapper and water line…tested no leaks flushing well

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me multiple things around the house he’d like to get taken care of. He would like an estimate for the water heater and for the Moen Flo auto shutoff. I also replaced the diverter cartridge in the master shower that the homeowner supplied. Tested the shower for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks. JTP membership is included to receive a ten percent discount for future work. Charging the membership and a discounted rate for the labor to install the cartridge

Upon inspection disposal needs replacement … Installed new disposal and gave estimate to install customer supplied kitchen faucet that is leaking from sprayer and base.

I came out today to install a Kohler right temp cartridge in the master bathroom. After installing the cartridge I tuned the water back on and the shower was nice and hot. I even had the tent test the shower and she was pleased with the temperature.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the water heater in the unit that will need to be replaced. The unit is being renovated so we went through and looked at the rest of the unit so I can make recommendations before they move in. I am providing multiple estimates and the homeowner will call us to move forward with their decision.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the left side sink in the master bathroom the popup has broken off. I will install a new push style pop up in the sink and I will also install a new 1 1/4 p trap. All materials and labor are included. I also called Rheem tech support to diagnose the hybrid water heater and they will be sending parts to the homeowners address. The homeowner will call when the parts have arrived and we will return to install them.

upon arrival I was greeted by the homeowner at the front door. Upon receiving authorization I promptly shut off the main valve, I then removed the shower trim and replaced the shower cartridge. Upon completing I turned on the main valve and checked for leaks and that it was staying hot, I found no leaks and the shower remained hot.

Customer had leak from the tank due to bad fish valve also dripping from angle stop . Gave customer estimate on rebuild of toilet replacement of angle stop and estimate on new toilet , angle stop . Customer was not happy with price tried to give 100$ discount and then customer said he thought it was an easy hundred dollar fix . Customer was not realistic on the cost of work.

Installed customer supplied faucet . Checked for leaks and inspected the emergency stops make sure there functioning properly

Customer wanted toilet and wall sink removed and disposed of quoted 250 for the toilet and 150$ for the sink which is a fair price . Customer said that it was too expensive. So I called Darin to see what I should do and he agreed that it was a fair price and not to go lower.

Upon arrival the customer showed me to the laundry room where her tankless water heater is located. She informed me that she had an electrical surge the other day and since then her heater wasn’t producing hot water. I provided the customer with multiple estimates so that she could choose what works best for her. Customer will call us back once she makes a decision.
