I arrive this morning prepared to install the RTEX 13 swap out for the customer. After assessing the situation, I begin removing the defective Titan water heater. I cut the water supply lines and advised customer that I would be re-piping the system. After dismantling the electric box that was provided for the Titan I discovered that there were three wires with no ground wire. Two wires tested at 240 V and one wire tested at 120v. I advised customer that I would need to cap one of the lines and the other two lines to supply power to the switch. After installing the switch with the proper gauge wire by mounted the new RTEX 13 heater and pipe it in the proper way. I provided a half inch ball valve to isolate the heater if need be. I tested the system multiple times after completion of the installation and ran all the fixtures to make sure they were receiving sufficient amount of hot water. Customer reported leak at kitchen sink basket strainer. Removed failed basket strainer and installed new unit with plumber's putty and locknut assembly. Performed fill-and-drain (drop) test to verify seal integrity. No leaks detected—sink operating as intended.

Upon arrival, customer advised me that they were getting no hot water since the morning. I informed customer that I would need to run a couple diagnostics to figure out an isolate the source of the problem. After a brief diagnostic, I determine that the tankless hot water heater has failed And the elements were not heating the coils. The heater is 12 years old and it’s a tight. Either does not engage or turn on when the hot water is running so I advised customer that they would need to replace the unit. Customer has a double pole 60 amp breaker and I recommended an RX 13 as a replacement. I went over the specifications of the RX 13 and customer agreed to swap out. I did advise the customer that I would need to get a permit pulled in the approval from the condo association and we will be able to start the work in the morning. Upon arrival, customer informed me that they had a stoppage in their back bathroom. I did a brief diagnostic and tested all the bathroom fixtures to isolate the problem. After diagnostic, I determine that they had a mainline stoppage and I advised customer I would need to pull the toilet and snake the drain. I use the K 60 machine and reel to snake the drain. It took 45 feet of snake. after clearing the drain I reset the toilet and provided new wax ring and flange bolts. I also grouted the toilet to the floor to seal the toilet. I tested multiple times to make sure the toilet was flushing properly and that there were no leaks. Customer also was interested in moving forward with a water heater replacement. I sent over the estimate for the water heater and instructed the doctor on how to sign and schedule the work to be done. Customer said he will review the email and most likely sign it very shortly.

Upon arrival to the location, I knocked on the door and Keri was not home. I called her and she stated she was around the corner, I told her I’ll wait a few minutes for her. Moreover, when she arrived, she began by stating she’s just moving down from NY and she’s already been spending tons on renovations throughout the apartment but now she wants the shower valves done to match the upgrades in the bathrooms. She currently has the old style handles for hot and cold. Everything in the apartment is pretty much up to date. She has a good main valve and the heater is 8 years old. Furthermore, I told Keri to give me a few minutes while I got her some options. When I got back, I showed her the options, which she thought were too pricey or just not in her budget at the moment. Upon arrival to the location, I met with Martha who’s Joe’s daughter. She showed me inside and explained they got a new dishwasher and fridge, they just need the water line for fridge done, and the dishwasher connected. When I looked under the kitchen sink, I notice extensive water damage and mentioned entrusted to Martha. She stated the leak is no more, I recommended still having it checked out at least. Moreover, she wasn’t interested in entrusted, and mentioned her father wouldn’t want to go for it anyway. Furthermore, I got Martha a few options and we got Joe on the phone so I could explain. They immediately thought it was too much, I explained the work that had to get done, and still thought it was too much. I asked Joe what was his expectation for the price of the job. Main line stoppage master bathroom. Ran 75 feet of cable to clear stoppage pulled minor roots. Provided estimate for camera and locate to identify where root intrusion is to perform spot repair. Flushed toilets several times wile tub was running to assure stoppage was cleared.

Upon todays visit we removed old copper waster arm for laundry drain and installed new washer box. We had to ship block wall to correctly place washer box in wall. Upon arrival the homeowner showed me 2 toilets. One in the powder room that would periodically run, and the other toilet was in the master bathroom that the toilet handle was old and sticking. After evaluating both toilets I recommended to do minor toilet rebuilds along with replacement of the handle on the toilet in the master bathroom. After the work was completed I had the homeowner flush the toilets to make sure that they were to their satisfaction. Everything is flushing good with no leaks.

Titus came out installed water heater which did not pas inspection due to it being a 4500w heater and it required to be a 3500w heater . I swapped it out to a 3500w to pass inspection checked all for leaks and temp . No charge

Upon arrival customer had a back up in there toilet and it was also affecting neighbors toilet. We presented options for snaking main line through roof vent as well as through toilet flange. Customer had to wait for authorization of landlord to preform service. We ended up running k60 sewer machine to relieve back up and then ran camera to find a 3’ section of pvc pipe cut into cast main. There is no issue as far as a break or back pitch in main, just connection from cast to pvc can be collecting debris. We suggest to replace both toilets in back to back bathrooms to a stronger flushing toilet to alleviate this issue from occurring again. Estimate provided for replacement. Upon arrival customer had shower cartridge that was not mixing water properly and a tub spout also not working properly. We went ahead and changed cartridge as well as tub spout. Shower is now working as it should. Further inspection water heater is 26 years old and will need to be updated. Toilet had a weak flush and needed a minor rebuild. We suggested replacing toilet for an updated unit with a stronger flush. Job details Technician arrived to the customers home today to install two new Kohler toilets that customer purchased from Home Depot. Technician removed both toilets from the customers home located in master and guest bathroom. Technician then proceeded to clean up the area around the toilet. Technician Dan installed new johny bolts and wax ring. After area was cleaned and toilets were removed. Technician then proceeded to install two new Kohler toilets. After installation, water was restored to the home. New toilets are functioning properly with no issues. One year warranty on labor only

Upon arrival, found that the double bowl kitchen sink was backed up. Used K-60 through the kitchen sink drain and cleared the stoppage at approximately 21 feet. After clearing, filled and drained the sink twice to ensure proper flow. Tested thoroughly — sink is now draining properly and operating as expected.

Warranty Call – Upon arrival, I found the dishwasher angle stop in the off position. Turned the angle stop on and tested the unit. Dishwasher is functioning properly.

Upon today’s visit customer had a deteriorated waste arm for kitchen sink. We went ahead and chipped into wall to remove old copper waste arm and replaced with pvc. Upon arrival to the location, we met with homeowner Miguel who opened the door and showed us inside, he mentioned he has a slow leak in the bathtub. He had purchased a bathtub spout thinking that would fix the drip. I mentioned that’s not gon fix the problem, we will have to change the cartridge, but I explained it’s an older valve so we might not have the likely hood of pulling the cartridge out. I explained we will have to change the valve body entirely, and we will have to open tile a little more or through the back. He stated the back of the shower valve is a closet that’s completely filled. He stated they’re selling the home, getting ready to leave so there’s a lot of boxes everywhere. Furthermore, I told him I’ll get some options based off what we discussed. When I showed him the options, he stated it was too much, he thought it would be a way less, and a quick fix but he mentioned he’ll let the next home owners deal with it.

Upon arrival customer had a toilet that is constantly running from bowl to tank. We suggested replacing toilet due to age. Further inspection main water shut off is an updated 1/4 turn ball valve and water heater was from 2003 and leaks at base with a very slow leak. We provided estimates for replacements and customer will discuss with daughter and call us when she’s ready. The customer reported a leak under the kitchen sink, which was traced to the old faucet. After removing the faulty faucet and disconnecting the existing fittings, the new faucet provided by the customer was installed. Upon entry into the unit, customer stated that he wanted to relocate the washing machine supply and drain lines along with install a new dryer vent. Upon arrival to the location, I met with homeowner Richard who was ready for my arrival. He went to shut off the water and initially he thought he got the right valve, but I still had water full pressure. After a few more tries, he got the right valve and I began draining water heater and cutting old pipes out the way. Moreover, after the unit was empty, I removed it and got the new ball valve on the inlet line, so Richard could turn the water back on. Furthermore, I got the pan drain hole situated and in place, then placed my heater in position and began making my connections. I then checked for leaks by filling the water heater, and no leaks were detected. In addition, I did the electrical work after water heater was filled. I checked for power and all is functioning accordingly with the water heater. Both toilets are constantly running intermittently and customer attempted to fix the problem herself. Unfortunately, she was unsuccessful.
