Arrive today to install new 50 gallon smart heater. I started with shutting the water off and draining out the old heater. Once I was done drinking the old heater, I remove the old heater and installed the new one. After installing the new heater, I turned the water on to check for any leaks. No leaks.

Came out today to diagnose a leaking toilet. Customer explained that it had a small drip downstairs dripping threw the vent. When we pulled the toilet we found it had a cast iron offset flange that was a inch below the new flooring. We explained to customer to replace the flange the floor would need to be cut and a 10” rough toilet would need to be installed. But instead we fixxed all the gaps and spaces with wax and built up a thick wax ring to set the toilet on. We did are best to scrape up the clear silicone and caulked in the toilet. Reset toilet and tested extensively to ensure no leaks or flushing issues.

Upon arrival the customer showed me to the kitchen where I performed a water test. Since the customer lives in a condo the only filtration I could really offer is an under the sink RO system. I gave the customer quotes and they said they’ll be making a decision soon and contacting us. I also provided the customer with a quote for a new widespread bathroom faucet.

Upon arrival the homeowner stated her water still wasn’t hot enough in her master shower. I adjusted the temperature on her water heater to 140 and warned her that this would be very hot and to be careful. I let her know that it would take about 30 minutes to heat up and she will be ready to use her water. No charge today as this is covered under warranty.

I arrived today to install a new 50gallon Rheem water heater for my customer. After removing the old heater I installed the new one with a new 1/4 turn ball valve. After installation was complete I turned the water and electric back on to test and the water heater was functioning perfectly.

Came out today to install customer supplied shower trim and shower cartridge in master bathroom shower we had to drill out set screws as they were stripped. Removed old trim and installed new trim handles and shower handle and tested shower extensively for proper function and no leaks.

I came out today to look at a 40 plus year old rheem water heater. The homeowner decided to have me replace it today. After installing the new 30 gallon rheem water heater I turned the water back on to test for leaks. There are no leaks and the water heater is heating up and getting nice and hot.

Open up wall to replace main with ball valve and hose bib . Customer is responsible for concrete patch work .checked all work for leaks . Also snaked line on master bathroom for no charge customer had jetting prior Friday.

I came out today to diagnose the water heater to find out why there is no hot water. I tested the power going to the heater and was only getting about 116 volts. I then opened up the fuse box located above the water heater. It has 2 fuses in it. I tested the fuses the one on the left and it was reading 216 volts. The one on the left was reading zero. I advised the homeowner to have an electrician come out to replace the fuses.

Arrived to install a new ball valve for the water heater that failed inspection. I installed a new ball valve with new copper fittings and after the work was completed I made sure there were no leaks. No charge as this is warrantied work.

Upon inspection hose Bibb and pvc was replaced….there was a small area by main valve that was wet..I emailed customer estimate to replace original main valve….I tightened nut on main valve ….no leak or water present.

Came out today to look at toilet that customer said was loose. Upon arrival I checked toilet thoroughly and it is not loose..I showed customer by trying to rock toilet….it is tight to floor…I ran a thin bead of caulk around…tested..

I came out today to replace the broken shower cartridge and handle in the hallway bathroom that kicked to shut it off. I installed the new shower cartridge and handle. The shower is working good now.

Upon arrival, the customer showed us to his garage where his water heater is currently leaking. The customer had some other concerns around the house that he showed us to one of them being a low flowing bathroom faucet and the other being a shower that hammers when you turn it to all the way hot water. I provided the customer with estimates for a new water heater. The customer decided to go with the new 50 gallon smart heater. I will be returning Thursday to install the new water heater and to take apart the shower and bathroom faucet to identify the cartridges so that we can order him new ones.

Performed minor rebuild on master bathroom toilet . Checked all work for leaks

Upon arrival was shown to location of 5 different hose bibs that needed to be changed. Changed out 4 solder valves and 1 threaded valve. Providing additonal estimate for main valve for a later date. VA to send payment link duet o customer being at work.

Customer wanted preventI’ve drain cleaning for the main line. Customer called for our current special but there is not a existing clean out to run the machine through. Providing estimates for multiple things in the home.

Descaled and jetted mainline from existing cast iron cleanout .

I was out yesterday and did a minor toilet rebuild on the toilet in the hallway bathroom. When I came out today I noticed that the chain to the flush valve was tangled up. I untangled the chain and the toilet is no longer running. I flushed the toilet several times and it is working properly, and no longer running.

Installed the customer supplied water filtration unit on the right side of the home. All materials are included except for the filter. I installed a bypass system to allow water to the home when we are servicing the unit. After the unit was installed I tested everything for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks.

Replaced fill valve and angle stop on master bathroom toilet. Checked all work leaks

Upon arrival the homeowner stated the water was only lukewarm and that the hot water took longer than usual from the recirculating line. I adjusted the temperature for the heater so the water will be much hotter than it was and I let the homeowner know to be careful. I also used my hose to bleed any air out of the recirculating line for approximately 8 minutes. No charge today as this is covered under the homeowner’s warranty.

Supplied and installed a new 105 gallon marathon water heater in the garage. All materials are included. The marathon water heater has mostly plastic components so you will not need to worry about the tank rusting or corroding. This heater comes with a ten year warranty. After the unit was installed I tested it for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks. **if the customer registers the heater with manufacturer it has a lifetime warranty**

I came out today to provide an estimate on removing the old vanity in the master bathroom and installing a new customer supplied vanity. I would also be replacing the old emergency stops with 2 new emergency stops, p-trap, and installing the new customer supplied lavatory faucet.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the toilet in the powder room that was constantly running. I noticed that the yellow washer on the flush valve was old had fallen off. I replaced the yellow washer and I did a minor toilet rebuild and everything is working good now.
