Came out today because the customers faucet is making a loud noise. The faucet was provided and installed by us on august 2024. The faucet head sprayer switch is loose so when itβs turned on it sits in between the regular setting and the shower sprayer setting. Technician will be back with the correct faucet head.

Job details: Technician installed new 3/4 inch ball valve outside for emergency shutoff. Installed new angle stop for ice line with new braided steel ice line. Capped off where the old sink filtered water dispenser was on the counter top. Installed new moen faucet hose. Showed the customer that everything was working with no leaks and cleaned up work area.

We responded to a service request from the homeowner, who reported water stains appearing on the garage ceiling. Upon arrival, we visually inspected the stained area and confirmed that discoloration was present on the drywall surface above the garage. βΈ» Inspection Process To locate the source of the water intrusion, we carefully opened the ceiling in the affected area. During the inspection behind the drywall, we observed no active plumbing leaks or signs of pipe failure. There was no evidence of water damage originating from any pressurized plumbing line, drain system, or water fixture within the vicinity of the ceiling cavity. Further evaluation revealed that the staining and residual moisture were due to condensation or overflow associated with the air conditioning system. Specifically, the moisture pattern, position of the HVAC lines, and surrounding conditions were consistent with water released from the A/C drain line or condensation pan located above the garage ceiling. βΈ»

Upon arrival, customer shared me shower handle that was loose upon inspection found that brass nipple inside wall was loose and needed to be tightened at this time. Shower handle trim is no longer spinning. Customer will order new shower handle trim handle if needed. Will call us if required to install New owner supplied part.

Upon arrival, customer showed me around home for a whole home inspection. Customer explained to me we have replaced all emergency. Shut off valves and faucets are brand new. She only required us to flush and fill water heater for today. At this time, water heater is flushed and working properly At this time, nothing else is needed

John, the plumber was called out to the customers home today because customer has a few issues in the home that he would like resolved. The main issue would be changing the thermistor on the hybrid heater (customer has replacement parts on hand). The second issue would be replacing the springs in his delta cartridge (customer has replacement parts on hand). The last issue would be replacing a hose bib in the front of the home. Technician will provide the customer with a few options. Unfortunately, customer is not going to move forward with any options today. Customer was expecting to spend under $1000 for all the work that needed to be done.

John the plumber was called out today for a leak under the kitchen sink. Customer shut off angle stop supplying the fridge and filtered water at sink and that stopped the leak. After looking over everything, the angle stops need replaced due to old age and corrosion. The fridge supply line is copper as well as the sink filtered water supply line. The Main shut off for the home is an old style gate valve and the city meet meter is underneath garden planted by neighbor. The customer is not in a rush to get the job done since the fridge is broken and so is the sink filtered water. Technician will provide the customer with a few options to get the work done today.

Upon arrival we were shown to a toilet that had a delayed fill and a shower whose pressure had room for improvement. An estimate for a minor rebuild was agreed on and after the work was done we tested the toilet for proper function and checked connections for leaks and none are present. As for the shower we took out the flow restrictor and cleaned the filter and the customer is satisfied with the pressure.

John, the plumber was called out to the customers home today to perform a full home inspection. The following is the summary of the inspection. Kitchen: all the water features inside the kitchen are functioning properly. The only area of concern for the customer is a loose kitchen faucet. Technician will tighten the faucet with a basin wrench. Master bathroom: all the water features in the master bathroom are operational and working properly. No areas of concern. Guest bathroom: all water, features in the guest bathroom or function properly. No areas of concern. Laundry room: all water, features in the guest bathroom or function properly. No areas of concern. Technician will tie in the faucet for the filtration system under the sink. Water heater: water heater is operational working perfectly fine. Outside: customer has a total of four hose bibs on the outside of the home. Technician recommends replacing two of them. *customer is interested in whole home filtration system*

John the plumber will provide services for a water leak from upstairs to downstairs. This leak detection consist of up to 1.5 hours. If additional time is needed, an additional charge will apply. Customer understands that John the plumber is not responsible for replacement of any drywall once removed and this estimate is for leak detection only not the repair. Once issue has been found and separate estimate will be written up for the repair and 50% of the leak detection will be credited towards the repair. Customer authorizes John the plumber to remove vanity and downstairs bathroom. John, the plumber is not responsible for replacing the vanity and downstairs bathroom. This estimate is to provide services for waterline rupture repair in the downstairs half bath. As per video shown the polybutylene line for the cold side has broken off at joint. Upon arrival customer had a leaking collar/ basket strainer to garbage disposal. Presented estimate for repair and land lord was unable to answer phone. Further inspection water heater was in rough shape. Water heater was rusty and we were unable to find age of unit. Upon arrival worker showed a hose in backyard that was leaking and needed to be repaired upon inspection. Determined we would need to turn off all the water to the building to repair waterline. Also, they stated one room has water on ground occasionally at this time. No water is there manager will have to call city to find meter for us to do work outside. Also manager or anyone with authority can except estimate. Will return after estimate is approved.

Upon arrival to the location, we met with homeowner Andrew who showed us inside the home. I asked him if he knew about our visit, he mentioned he did. Thereβs two full bathrooms in the house, the water heater was just recently installed and he just got a whole home filtration recently as well.
