I noticed cracks along the wall at the floor and informed them the smell could be due to water being under the tile, they informed me the shower pan was redone 6 months ago. I offered to perform a camera evaluation to be sure there was no broken pipes. Upon completing the camera evaluation I found the lines to be in good shape with no signs of broken of failed pipes. The shower ptrap is holding water. Customer is interested in moving forward with redoing the shower pan. We will need to provide a quote in order to move forward with it.

Upon arrival I was greeted at the front door by the homeowner and led to the hallway closet where I found a 38 gal water heater that was leaking. I took pictures and proceeded to give the homeowner an estimate to replace it, she gasped and said it was too expensive. I then lowered the price by taking 10% off, but it was still to high. I attempted to collect the $89 dispatch fee but was unable to collect it as she refused claiming that nobody informed her of this charge. Upon listening to the recorded call I heard the csr notify the customer of it. I made the decision to waive the fee to avoid any further hassle with the customer.
