Upon arrival customer showed us to the toilet we installed and was concerned about the toilet not being completely caulked in the back. Customer requested the toilet to be completely sealed and also fixed some of the caulk in the back to be smoother. Customer approved of the results.

Upon arrival customer informed me that they have a leak in their meter box and the water is shut down. After diagnostic, I determined that there was a broken fitting in the ground in the meter box. I advised customer we would need to dig the pipe up in the box and replace a couple of fittings. I sent customer an estimate for complete mainline repair and a separate estimate just for the leak and fittings alone. Customer opted to go with just the repair In the box. I cut three pressure fitting out and replaced them with 1” pressure fittings. Tested for leak after turning water back on. No leaks. Customer satisfied. **All work performed is warranties up to 1 year for both labor and parts**

Upon arrival I was shown to a smart heater showing the upper element was having an issue. The heater was over 9 years old so I couldn’t diagnose it. I explained why and also the different water heater options we had. Estimates has been sent to the customer and we’re awaiting their decision

Upon arrival, customer requested a kitchen sink disconnect to accommodate work by Entrusted. We removed all four emergency shut-off valves beneath the sink and disconnected the tubular drainage. Water lines were securely capped using ½" pro press caps. Due to the presence of an outdated gate valve at the main shut-off, we had the customer turn off the water prior to starting. We recommended upgrading to a modern quarter-turn ball valve and provided an estimate for the replacement. After completion, the customer restored water service—no leaks were detected. Upon arrival I greeted the customer and explained what I’ll be doing. After inspection, the recommendation I had was to replace four emergency shutoff valves one on the guest bathroom toilet and the three in the master bathroom on the toilet and faucet. Estimate has been sent to the customer

Customer called regarding a leak, when we arrived we noticed it was literally under little papered section just under the main valve.provided estimate for leak search to expose everything and we found it was the pvc 90 split open. Also provided estimate for ball valve install since customer had old gate valve , at this time job has been completed, tested for leaks and none were found. Upon arrival customer had a membership visit. We went through checklist and gave recommendations for emergency stops as well as updating faucets. Customer plans on updated both bathrooms so we suggested entrusted for remodel. We flushed water heater and made sure heater was up to temp before leaving. Upon entry, customer wanted estimates in both of her bathrooms, starting in the kitchen, new supply lines, P-trap and customer supplied faucet. From there we went to bathrooms. Customer is getting a custom vanity put in. She wanted estimates for new faucet, new supply lines and new toilet and master bath. She wanted to convert the his and her vanity to a single bowl and install customer supplied toilets. estimates were provided.

Upon arrival, we proceeded with the scheduled replacement of one toilet and one angle stop per a prior estimate. We installed a brand-new Premier two-piece toilet; however, the new unit did not fit under the shelving extending from the vanity. At the customer's request, we carefully modified a small section of the shelving to accommodate the toilet. Once the adjustment was made, we successfully set and caulked the toilet. During the removal of the old unit, a few small tiles became dislodged. Per the customer's instructions, we secured them back in place with caulk, ensuring they were fully covered by the new toilet. Additionally, we replaced the angle stop and installed a new supply line. After completing the installation, we thoroughly checked for leaks and confirmed that all connections were secure. The toilet was properly set, and the job was completed to the customer's satisfaction.

Customer call John the plumber out today because he has an issue with his garbage disposal and needs a new one installed. Upon arrival and after inspection of the garbage disposal technician noticed that customer purchased a new titan 3/4 hp garbage disposal, and the line for the dishwasher is laying on the floor. Technician inform the customer that the dishwasher drain line is supposed to come from the top because it is a drain and when the water drains it does not drain up drain down. Based on what technician discovered, he will come up with a few options to resolve the customers issues. Customer is looking to get work done next week

Upon arrival customer advised me that she needed her garbage disposal and a service sink faucet replaced. Customer supplied both the faucet and the disposal. Disposal was an insinkerator 1/2 hp. I properly disconnected disposal from drain lines and removed. New disposal did not have electric hard plug installed. I removed the plug and cord from the old disposal and wired it to the new one. Installed disposal and tested. Disposal works flawlessly. Customer supplied service sink faucet was a glacier bay. I disconnected the water supply from the old faucet. I had to remove the service sink off the wall to do so. I replaced customer supply lines. Texted for leaks. No leaks.

Upon arrival the customer informed me of what he needs done in his kitchen and both bathrooms. I informed him that the main gate valve needs to be replaced before any work can be done it’s included in both estimates. He has two options in which one will require an extra step if he wants to go that route and then the price of the rest of the work will be given if feasible.

John the plumber was called out to the customers home today because they have a few things plumbing related they need to be addressed. First problem customer is having is with the kitchen faucet, not providing any hot water. Customer purchased a new faucet for tech to install. Second issue customer is experiencing is with both her for Toto toilets constantly running, and the dual flush mechanism is not operational. Third and less issue is with the bathroom faucets. The aerators need to be cleaned out. Technician will provide the customer with a few options to resolve your issues today. Customer showed me a toilet on the second-floor bathroom that was backed up. I used a toilet auger to clear the stoppage. After flushing the toilet, I tested it, and it is now functioning properly.

Customer had called John the plumber out today because they would like their water heater serviced. Water heater is approximately five years old and has never been serviced. Technician will give the customer some options. Job details: Technician, drained and flushed the 50 gallon water heater. Technician also spoke with the customer about installing a whole home filtration. Customer will talk to her husband when he comes back because she is interested.

Water bill is usually $113.$ it increased to $160$ Gave customer option to install new main valve to perform leak search. Customer agreed at this time. No leaks on hot and cold. System have been found pressure has not dropped. Only thing found was toilets needed to be rebuilt or replaced. None were leaking at this time. Customer has one year warranty parts and labor Also gave customer option to install new emergency shut off for toilets and rebuild or replace with owner supply toilets Customer would only like the estimates for today. Will call back if any other problems arise.

Upon arrival to the location, Steve met us outside by the door. He showed us inside, mentioned his water heater is old. The water heater itself is from 97, it’s currently still working but leaking from the gate valve and the tank itself. Steve and his wife mentioned potentially upgrading the water heater to a bigger tank, I told them they can, they have the space. I also brought to their attention that the circuit breaker will need to be changed depending on the wattage of the new unit as they have a 30 amp circuit breaker. Furthermore, I got back with a few options and explained in detail the differences. He asked if I could email him the options, I asked if it’s the price that’s holding him from saying yes, he said it was. In addition, I told him we could do the 40 gallon if they wanted too, at the same price but it would need to be for today. Steve still wanted to think about it, said it was ok to follow up tomorrow.

The customer reported a high water bill. I checked the meter and found it was not moving. The property also has a sprinkler system. After inspecting for plumbing leaks, the only issue found was a dripping faucet at the master bath left lavatory sink. I replaced the cartridge under warranty and tested my work to ensure proper function.

Upon arrival customer wanted an estimate for installation of a dual vanity in master bath. Upon further inspection, the main water shut off is old style gate valve and would have to be replaced in order to preform work. Also water heater is from 2005 and would need to be updated to a newer unit and pass inspection. Customer also wanted an estimate to install a second vanity so we provided estimates for replacement and customer declined at this time.
