The ½-inch hose bib at the rear of the home was leaking. To address the issue, the water supply was shut off at the meter. The old hose bib was removed and replaced with a new ½-inch hose bib.

Carl called customer and he's going to get back with entrusted to get resolution for customer.

John the plumber was called out to mood pizza on Hillsborough and State Road 7 because they are having issues with a utility sink faucet and the mop sink is leaking every time water is ran through it. Technician will give the customer three options to get his problems resolved.

Reroute new line from laundry to main hall bathroom. 15 year warranty from uponor and 2 years from John the plumber. We cut open dry wall In laundry room behind, washing machine and cabinets, also behind laundry room door and closet, dry wall was also open in bathroom besides toilet. We opened walls as part of leak search to find starting point and ending point of manifold in which cold line was leaking. Once we located manifolds we cut lines and capped them, then we went into attic and ran uponor pipe down behind the cabinet where manifold was and also down into bathroom next to toilet where end of manifold was. Pipe was also strapped, once pipe was connected we turned water on and tested all fixtures, no leaks or issues, job is complete, customer is satisfied.

Leak Detection Proposal Summary Upon arrival, we met with the homeowner and provided a quote of $598 to perform a leak detection for up to one and a half hours. We explained that while some leaks can be located within this initial timeframe, if the search extends beyond an hour and a half, there would be an additional charge of $388 per hour, which the homeowner agreed to. We also informed him that our initial visit would be focused solely on locating the leak, and once identified, we would provide a separate quote to cap the damaged line and run a new line overhead, if necessary. Although the homeowner mentioned that our pricing was higher than American Leak Detection, we clarified that American Leak Detection typically only locates the leak and does not perform any repairs, whereas our service includes both detection and a repair solution if desired. We advised that leak detection times can vary, typically ranging from an hour and a half to as much as eight hours, depending on th

The whole house was backed up upon arrival.. I used a k-60 through pvc ground clean out by garage . The cable was sent back up into system 45ft to remove paper towels. I flushed the master and hall bathroom toilets multiple times . Everything working properly.

Upon arrival, customer showed me emergency, shut off valves supply lines for faucets and toilets and pop-up assemblies for bathroom sinks that needed to be replaced to pass homeowners inspection to renew insurance At this time, all emergency shut off valves have been changed to quarter turn. All supply lines have been replaced with steel braided supply lines. Also pop-ups for bathroom sinks that were old and needed to be replaced or replaced Customer has one year warranty on parts and labor

Upon arrival I informed the customers of the membership visit and what it entailed. My only recommendation was to replace the emergency shutoff valves everywhere except the bathroom in the little house and the wine sink. Everything else looks good and the heater has been flushed. Didn’t move forward with work today but may in the future

Customer called John the plumber out today because she’s having an issue with her guest bathroom shower not getting any cold water and three of her toilets in the home have issues with the handle. Upon further investigation, technician saw that customer has a gate main valve that should be replaced, and the valve on her water heater has some oxidation and should be replaced before it starts to leak. Customer states that she’s only looking for estimates at the moment. Customer had another company replace her water heater last month. Technician will provide the customer with two options.

Upon arrival customer showed us multiple dis to the shower cartridge where it is continuously leaking. Customer agreed to diagnosis and we proceeded to take the trim off. The house is piped in cpvc. When we took the plate off some water came out letting us know that the valve is also leaking due to old age. Also the property is on well water so there is tons of calcium build up to the point we cannot fully disassemble the trim nor take the handle off withought risk of snapping the cpvc in the wall. We optioned into replacing the shower valve entirely once the customer it after speaking with management we are not sure we would be able to do a proper install due to limited access from the back wall behind the shower. So therefore we will not be proceeding with the replacement. Customer cannot remove vanity due to it being built into the wall. So customer is seeking out other sources. We sent the payment link for the diagnosis via email.

Todays visit we installed customer supplied toilet and replaced emergency stop with supply line. When we were finished with toilet, we gave a customer to tidy up underneath kitchen sink. Customer wanted his faucet, drains, pot filler, and filter replaced. We I’ll also add a studor vent and correct tubular drainage. Estimates provided for both supplied, and customer supplied.
This is our 2nd call and service was great.

Upon arrival customer showed me garbage disposal that was not working customer removed everything for kitchen cabinet garbage disposal was not plugged in

We met with the homeowner to discuss installing a gas line to the back of the house for a new stovetop. During the consultation, we assessed the feasibility of the installation and identified several obstacles, including landscaping challenges, the AC handler fence, and existing pavers that would need to be lifted. These factors significantly impact the complexity and cost of the project. We provided the homeowner with a verbal estimate ranging from $8,000 to $11,000 for the installation. She was surprised by the cost and decided not to move forward at this time. We explained that the pricing reflects the difficulty of running the line given the existing barriers and required labor. Additionally, we recommended a water heater flush, which the homeowner expressed interest in. She plans to call and schedule this service for some time next week. No further action required at this time unless the homeowner decides to proceed with the gas line installation.

Upon arrival customer informed me that both of his guest bathrooms were backing up. There was a slow flush in both toilets. I advised customer that I would need to snake the line and run a camera as well. Customer agreed. After assessing the situation, I concluded that the roof was too steep to work on. Roof was an A frame style with a 30 degree crest. It is not suitable or safe for a k60 reel and machine. I advised customer that I would need to pull the guest bathroom toilet and snake the line from there. I made sure that I used multiple drop cloths to protect the floors and carpet. I also used the sleeve to avoid damages while running the snake. I pulled the west guest toilet and notified customer that his flange was also cracked. I told him I would need to replace it before I put the toilet back on . Customer agreed. I ran 50 ft of k60 reel into the drain and cleared the blockage. The blockage was multiple paper towels. I advised customer to be vigil about what goes down the drain.
Great service
Carl and Kyle came to our house for a repair. Their service was outstanding.

Upon arrival we were informed of 3 toilets not getting water. 2 of them we forgot to turn the emergency shutoff valve back on and the third was on the line we killed. We went back to our connections on the reroute and reconfigured it to feed the line from the manifold. Before we left we made sure there were no leaks present and we did a walk around to make sure every fixture has water.

Service Summary: Today, we met with the homeowner and his wife, who reported that the toilet in the master bathroom has been constantly backing up. Upon inspection, we used a toilet auger to clear the blockage. However, we observed that the toilet continued to fill slowly, indicating a potential internal issue. We recommended a minor rebuild of the toilet to address the slow filling problem and offered the service at a significantly discounted rate as an incentive to complete the repair today and prevent further issues. The homeowners declined the repair, explaining that they are planning to sell the property and do not want to invest additional funds into the home at this time. Additionally, we noted that the water heater is well beyond its expected lifespan and should be replaced to ensure reliable operation and efficiency. The main valve, however, was inspected and found to be in good working condition. As a long-term solution, we recommended replacing the toilet entirely. Howe
Bladimir was attentive, listened carefully to the multiple issues and resolved all our problems in a short time. I highly recommend him.

Upon arrival to the location, I met with Ralph who’s Jason’s father in law. He’s currently house sitting, and watching the baby, but wants to take care of a few concerns they have throughout the home. He agreed that he will pay for the work. He started by showing me the faucets in 3 of the 4 bathrooms which had low pressure. He also mentioned the kitchen sink leaks and takes a while to get hot. Moreover, we went outside and he showed me a hose bib which was leaking and he couldn’t get it to turn on even when turning it. The home isn’t as old, was built after 2005. I told Ralph I’ll get him some options for what we discussed, after 10 mins I present Ralph some solutions. He agreed to take care of all the concerns, I had a match for their existing kitchen faucet which worked well for them. In conclusion, I got the new kitchen faucet in place and tested, all is working accordingly with no leaks. The hose bib was also replaced, and tested for any leaks, Ralph also took a look and was happy
Both Carl and Kyle did an outstanding job. They were polite and professional. They kept us informed of the progression of their work. Carl and Kyle are definitely an asset to your company.

On Sunday we got a call where it was a suspected leak from the the downstairs toilet or its emergency shutoff valve. After I dried the bathroom up to get a better idea of where the water was coming from, I saw it collecting near the wall. A leak search was agreed on and I confirmed the slab leak. Couldn’t trace it due to me being by myself on a Sunday. Came back Monday and traced the line to the main manifold on the home. We exposed the manifold and discovered another slab leak. That line was traced as well and it ran to the upstairs bathroom. An estimate to reroute both lines overhead and cap off a double vanity was agreed on and we began the work. After We completed the job on Wednesday we turned the water on and checked all of our connections the attic included to ensure we had no leaks anywhere. We then pressure tested the home and the pressure held signaling there weren’t any leaks that we may couldnt have seen as well.

Disconnect black gas flex line from fire pit over ground and remove existing valve Extend 3/4 galvanized gas line 5’ to behind grill with tee and valve grill and fire pit Pull up pavers from grill to fire pit to install 1 1/2 pvc sleeve underground to fire pit and connect behind grill Backfill trench Pavers to be reinstalled by others

Upon arrival I was shown to a flooded bathroom. The toilet was the prime suspect after confirming the toilet wasn’t leaking from anywhere valve included, the customer agree to an estimate for a leak detection due to water being found on the other side of the wall as well. I opened the wall and found that a 3/4 supply line in the slab was spraying water. Unfortunately this was a two man job so it has been rescheduled for tomorrow. As of right now the home is without water until we can get back and perform the next steps of this job

Todays visit, we had to pull and reset toilet for insurance company. While pulling the toilet, toilet flange was a half inch lower than the tile floor and extremely rusted. We had to remove and replace toilet flange to have a proper wax seal for toilet.

Estimate for gas line to fire pit

Upon arrival customer says she has an intermittent clog with toilet. We ran water in lavatory and shower to see if there was a main line clog. Line is open and flowing. Toilet is old style toilet with a weak flush. We suggested to replace toilet to have a stronger flush that will also use a lot less water. Provided estimates for repair. On the repair estimate, the toilet flange is only included in case it is broken we don’t want to bring it up after the fact. If the toilet flange is not broken we will remove from invoice. We will however have to change the emergency stop as well as the supply line to new toilet. Thank you for calling John The Plumber -Shane

Upon arrival customer advised me that the only reason he called is because the insurance company is making him upgrade his heater. He and they have been bugging him for a couple of months. Customer did advise me that the heater is working fine. Upon inspection I determined the heater was not in failing condition. I built an estimate based on the customers needs and the required permitting and code to install a new heater. Customer requested that I email him the information. He asked about buying his own heater and how much it would cost to have us install it. I advised him that John the Plumber does not accept any customer supplied water heater installs because we can’t warranty a product we don’t offer. Customer was understanding but still wanted a quote. He is not necessarily in a rush, it needs to get it done. I advised customer we do a same day install for the customers benefit and we provide warranty on parts and labor. Also, I advised customer that his main valve coming into th

It took about an hour for the job. It looks good.
Overall it was an excellent experience
I have used John the Plumber for all my plumbing needs this last year. Most recently, Josh Mayberry came to diagnose and solve a slow leak problem underneath my kitchen sink. Josh was quick to identify the problem and solve it. In addition, he upgraded our shut off valves to facilitate access underneath the sink at a reasonable cost. We were very happy with the prompt and effective service provided.
Very professional and congenial
River is extremely nice and was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help me with a leak and I truly appreciate it!
I have never had an issue with my water heater. Two men came out to inspect yesterday part of the membership visit which we paid for. This morning we woke up and my water heater has leaked everywhere.
Carl and Rich are very knowledgeable and competent. Professionalism at its best!
This was a big ripe off. This company came to my house and look at my water heater. With the knowledge of it being over ten years and made me sign a diagnostic consent for $225 knowing that they don’t work on equipment that is over 10 years old. After signing that then they told me that they don’t work on equipment that is over 10 years old instead of telling me that they cannot repair or fix my water heater because 10 years old. The error code that was on my water heater. I told the tech what it meant and they still made me paid $225. This is very dishonest and is a rip off.
Five Star
I explained to them that I was getting two quotes, and they were very professional, and it was also very obvious that they were very knowledgeable. They explained everything to me in detail along with all the options.
Many thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re very happy to hear that we met your expectations!
Vincent was great! he came fix my problem quickly and was very helpful

Thank you so much for your 5-star review! We will share this with the team to let them know to keep up the amazing work!
Pablo and Michael from John the Plumber installed a tankless water heater and whole house purifier and they did a great job. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you
Excellent Service!!
Jason gave us detailed information about home filtration system I needed.
Have not seen another business in South Florida that runs as expertly and efficiently as John the Plumber… exceptional people, products and service!!!
I have to say, my experience with River from John the Plumber was top notch and what you want when you have a problem. Renee was very helpful, courteous and a pleasure to speak with. I had a sink problem the day before I was having people over for the fourth. She got me scheduled the same day and River, the plumber, came earlier than quoted. Regarding River, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He walked me and my wife through what needed to be done, explained in detail what he would be doing and went about his work in an expeditious and exacting manner. And he was great to talk to. I did call two other companies before getting to JTP, and the previous two companies were not as courteous and told me what they couldn’t do while JTP said, we got this. I would highly recommend River and John the Plumber to anyone that has an emergency plumbing problem.
Excellent knowledgeable plumber.
I had some roots growing into my sewage drain pipe and Chad and Vince did the repair. Super happy with their very hard work and professionalism. The price quoted for the repair was much cheaper than quotes from four other plumbing companies. I don’t think anybody could have done a better job than Chad and Vince did.
We have used Jason Lemieux of John the Plumber for several jobs in my house over the last two months . I have 5 bathrooms and Jason has worked on most of them involving complete Toto toilet equipment rebuilds and/or shut off valve replacements. In addition he replaced our water heater and our main Blanco faucet in our kitchen . All of the jobs were expertly done at a reasonable cost. Contact with John the Plumber to schedule appointments was easy ,courteous and very professionally handled . I would not hesitate using them again for all our plumbing needs .
