We replaced both dual emergency stops due to their tendency to leak and the inconvenience of requiring multiple turns to operate. These were upgraded to two new quarter-turn dual stops, which offer improved ease of use and are designed to prevent issues like leaking or seizing over time. As part of the service, we also replaced both supply lines to resolve the existing issue of compression leaking and ensure a more secure and reliable connection. Once the installation was completed, we conducted a thorough inspection to confirm there were no leaks and that all components were functioning as intended. We also provided an estimate to replace all the hose bibs around the house. Also brought to the customers attention.
Reason for Inspection The homeowner requested a second opinion regarding plumbing issues at the property. She reported that one toilet had previously experienced a backup due to root intrusion. Now, she is concerned that a second toilet is showing similar signs of a backup. The homeowner also expressed doubt that the prior plumbing company addressed the underlying problem and sought further evaluation. Inspection Details 1. Customer Concerns: • Previous toilet backup due to root intrusion. • Concern that a second toilet is exhibiting similar backup issues. • Belief that the previous plumbing company may have missed a larger underlying issue. 2. Actions Taken: • Free Camera Inspection Conducted: To provide a comprehensive assessment, we performed a free camera inspection of the drain line. • During the inspection, we observed that the drain line has a belly. • The affected drain line is made of PVC and runs from under the house to the city lateral. • No new evidence of root i
1. Initial Consultation We met with the homeowner to discuss her request for the installation of a gas stove in her kitchen. The homeowner proposed utilizing a single five-gallon propane tank as the fuel source for the stove. We advised her that a five-gallon propane tank is not suitable for indoor applications due to safety regulations and industry standards. 2. Proposed Solution We informed the homeowner that in order to proceed with the installation of a gas stove, a properly sized and approved propane tank would need to be installed outdoors. Our team would then be able to run a gas line from this propane tank to the gas stove inside the house. 3. Homeowner Association (HOA) Requirements We explained to the homeowner that approval from the HOA is required before any work involving the installation of a propane tank or the running of a gas line can commence. We outlined the steps she would need to take to obtain this approval and emphasized that no work could begin until writte
