I came out today to replace all 3 toilets in the house. I installed 3 new 2 piece Koehler Kingston toilets. I also had to replace 2 broken flanges. 1 in the powder room and the other one was in the master bathroom. I also replaced the 3 emergency stops for the toilets to quarter turn emergency stops. After installing the toilets and emergency stops I turned the water back on to test for leaks. There are no leaks. The toilets are nice and tight, and flushing good.
Removed debris from 2 p traps…hair and sludge present…all clear…draining fine. Sent email for new heater
2 emergency stops under kitchen sink need replacement Upon inspection kitchen sink clog Disposal is not working needs replacing Ran k 60 thru stack cleared clog…tested for leaks all good
I came out today to diagnose an extremely low water pressure problem in the master bathroom shower. I removed the old posi temp cartridge and installed a new one. I also messed with the hot side integral stop valve as it was not turned all the way on and the water pressure got better. Tested the valve to ensure no leaks and no issues.
I came out today to install a 1 piece Toto toilet, and change the emergency stop. The toilet didn’t fit in the powder room. The homeowner is going to have that toilet installed in the master bathroom. I provided an additional estimate for me to come back and install 2 Koehler toilets that will fit.
Upon arrival the customer showed me to the water heater where he informed me that he thinks there is a slab leak. The customer already exposed the manifold behind the water heater. I went to check the water meter and I couldn’t get it to display any numbers. I told the customer that he’d have to call the city to check his water meter as I will need to use the water meter for my leak detection process. I quoted the customer on leak detection and the single line reroute. The customer will call us back when he makes a decision.
Upon arrival the customer showed us to the bathroom where she informed us that it had previously stopped up and it was running, causing it to over flow and flood. When I arrived the toilet was no longer stopped up. I quoted the customer on repairing the toilet and she agreed. I also did a complimentary toilet auger to clear anything possibly stuck in the toilet. I did feel something when I was running the toilet auger and I think I pushed it down the line. I then performed a major toilet rebuild. I turned the water on and flushed the toilet multiple times to test for leaks and functionality. No leaks. Toilet is working great.
Entrusted bathroom disconnect. I disconnected the toilet and vanity. Capped off older anglestop with 3/8” cap. Put glove over waste arm to stop sewer smells. Put a rag inside of a glove in the toilet flange to stop sewer smells coming out and debris from getting in.
Upon arrival the customer showed us to the bedroom that had a musty smell to it. He informed us of his concern of a possible leak. I checked the water meter and it showed no signs of water loss. I referred the customer to entrusted.
Upon inspection both sinks in kitchen at clogged…ran k 60 50 ft from stack to clear clog…tested sink…drains perfectly Sinks are backed up
Upon arrival I was greeted at the front door by the homeowner and led to the master bathroom where she explained that they had the shower, toilet, and sink clogged. Upon further investigation I found that there was no clog present and that it had cleared itself. I notified her of the happy call and review. I asked her to call us back when the stoppage occurs again.
Upon arrival I found the copper pipes in the guest bathroom were sticking out the wall. I turned the water off and cut out the copper piping and used all new copper sweat fittings to reconnect the lines. Tested all fittings for any leaks. No charge today as this is a recall.
upon arrival I was led into the guest bathroom where I found a shower that was not getting hot. I gave the homeowner the price to replace the cartridge and he accepted. Upon receiving authorization I promptly shut off the water, changed the cartridge and then turned the water back on, I tested to see if the shower was getting hot. It was.
Upon arrival I was greeted by the homeowner at the front door and led into the guest bathroom where the customer indicated that the moisture meter had gone off. She informed me that it was dripping from the tubular ptrap assembly. After thorough investigation I was unable to recreate the initial issue. I replaced the ptrap rubber washers and tested to insure it was no longer leaking. I see no signs of a leak.
Arrived to find propress fittings leaking that Vince had installed on his last visit. The customer called jtp Friday when she noticed the leak because the carpet was flooded. Entrusted was not called out on this incident and the white carpet was ruined. Customer will have vanity removed so we can properly repair the copper lines within the wall instead of protruding. (Free of charge)
Arrived to install vanity but the new one is the wrong size, customer will call us back once he switches it out
Upon inspection homeowner had leak under vanity…pin hole Repaired with new fittings . Tested no more leaks

Came out today to install customer supplied moen shower trim customer had new handle trim and shower head. Also had to install an extension kit for the trim as the shower was tile over tile causing the valve to be a little far into the wall. Installed everything and tested for proper function and no leaks.
Customer said he canceled his appointment
Upon arrival the customer showed me to the water heater where she informed me that the bottom element has gone out and that she was interested in replacing the heater. I gave the customer multiple quotes so that she could choose what works best for her. The customer went with the 6yr warranty heater. I removed and replaced the old heater. I turned the water back on to test for leaks. No leaks.
We arrived today to reroute a line leaking under the slab. We had to remove the drywall on the other side of the kitchen sink and the exterior block wall to access a cold water line. After disconnecting and capping the existing line we ran a new copper line from the exterior wall and tied it into the kitchen line. After all work was completed we turned the water on and preformed a pressure test and found no leaks. After the pressure test we patched the concrete wall on the exterior of the home.
Provided an estimate for shower repairs for the cabana and pool house bathrooms ( Sam entrusted)
Arrived today to replace the old gate valve with a ball valve. I had to shut the building down from the 2” back flow in the front of the parking lot. After I shut and drained down the building I removed the old gate valve and installed the new JTP supplied 1” ball valve. I turned the water back on to test for leaks. No leaks. I then removed the shower cartridge in the guest bathroom because the customer had very poor pressure in the shower. I was unable to locate a new shower cartridge for the customer but we are currently looking for a replacement. Once we can find a replacement we will provide the customer with a quote to replace the cartridge. I also recommended replacing all the anglestops in the unit. American standard cartridge part number: CW METAL H47322B
Thank you so much for this great 5-star review. We really appreciate your business and helping to share the word about us.
