Notes: • This solution meets current plumbing standards and provides a long-term, professional repair. • We are not responsible for drywall repairs, painting, or any ceiling damage that may occur due to attic access. • If the homeowner chooses to proceed with a full whole-house repipe, the cost of this repair will be credited toward that repipe. Replaced the old laundry tub with a customer-supplied laundry tube. Installed hot and cold 1/4 turn stop valves for the laundry tube faucet, along with a new trap. Added new hot and cold ball valve hose bibs for the washer. Replaced the 3/4 gate valve on the right side of the home with a ball valve. Tested all installations, and everything is functioning properly.

Summary of Visit We met with the homeowner to investigate a continuous water sound coming from the kitchen sink area. After shutting off the ice maker valve, the sound stopped, confirming that the ice maker line is leaking beneath the slab. We are providing two solutions to address this issue: a high-quality localized repair and a full whole-house repipe. Details for each option are outlined below. After we determined which pipe it was leaking from we then chased pipe to find it was underneath kitchen sink. We provided two options for repair. Upon arrival customer informed me that they had a leak in the bathroom from the toilet. After diagnostic I advised her that her angle stop was leaking. It was actually spraying. I recommended that they change the supply line as well. After carefully cutting the stop off, I discovered that the line was cpvc and it cracked along the ridge of the angle stop. I removed it carefully and replaced itwith a compression cpvc stop. Conn edged new wolverine brass 12” supply line. Tested for leaks, no leaks.

Customer Interaction: Upon arrival, we met with the homeowner and spoke with her daughter regarding the plumbing issue. We explained the entire process typically followed by our team and how we approach this type of repair. Findings & Discussion: We informed the homeowner that American Leak Detection was previously involved but did not complete their work. As a result, we are prepared to provide a quote for the necessary repairs. However, based on our experience, we strongly recommend that American Leak Detection return to the property to complete their initial job—specifically to locate Point A, which is essential to finalize a precise and accurate repair quote. Proposed Scope (if we proceed with the repair): • The repair quote assumes that the line travels from the main valve manifold to the kitchen. • The main valve will be accessed through the block wall. • A new half-inch cold water line will be installed, running from the water heater to resupply the kitchen. We are current

John the plumber was called out to Coral Springs modern dentistry because they’re having an issue with one of the bathroom faucets. The issue with the faucet is that the handles could easily be removed by hand and the hot side water would intermittently constantly run and the only way to turn off the faucet is to lift off the handle and push down on the cartridge. Based on what I saw, I came up with a few options to resolve the customers issue. *coral springs modern dentistry, will have to get a approval before any work to get completed. Issue Identified: Upon inspection, we discovered a leak originating from a screw that had corroded into the copper pipe over an extended period. The corrosion caused a gradual weakening of the pipe, eventually leading to water leakage. Work Performed: • We opened the wall to access the damaged section of the pipe. • The affected portion of the copper pipe was removed and replaced with a new section to restore proper water flow. • The water heater was reconnected after completing the repair to ensure the system was functioning correctly. Additional Notes: • We do not provide wall patching services. The customer will need to arrange for drywall repair separately. • The new copper section has been securely soldered and tested for leaks. • The system is now functioning properly with no further visible leaks at this time. Upon arrival to the location, we knocked on the front door and met with Carlos who came out to show us what issues he has been dealing with for the past 3 years. He mentioned AT&T did some work and damaged his sewer line and never wanted to hold themselves responsible for the damage. The ground around that area is caving in, you could visually see it. He stated he has been having to get it serviced every two weeks. He now wants to fix the problem and not continue paying to clear the stoppage. I advised him we would have to charge him to camera the line and then give an estimate on what we find. When I got back with the option, he thought the price was way too much, I told him we can credit it to the repair but he mentioned he’s shopping around for estimates, so he doesn’t want to pay just for the camera in the case he doesn’t move forward.

Gary is a very conscientious honest and professional plumber. Unfortunately, the issue at my property was not able to be resolved despite considerable efforts made by Gary for which he should be commended. My overall experience is rated four stars only because the problem could not be resolved.
Lin was very thorough in his assessment, inspecting and taking pictures of all areas that would be affected by the repair. He explained all the process and answer all my questions.
Josh was very professional and friendly. The plumbing problem we had was the one that he felt was best dealt with by somebody who specialised in that area of plumbing. I appreciated that Josh was forthright and happy to refer us to another plumber within the company. As such we have another plumber coming from the same company to diagnose the problem
Shane was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He (and Dan) came to correct a colleague’s mistake quickly. I like that the company also was easy to get ahold of and willing to work with restoration. Because of such good follow up service I’m able to recommend John the Plumber.
Vincent did an excellent job, however I feel his boss was trying to hit that monday morning homer with some serious price gouging, before he realized he had to lower the cost or move along. Not happy with that part at all, but in regards to the work and professionalism of Vinnie, that is all 5 start stuff.
