During my inspection, I found two issues in the women’s restroom that I wrote an estimate for. At this time management is not here for me to present this so I emailed and texted over the estimate along with my finding

Job details Technician opened the block wall behind the main valve to expose the manifold that way technician can re-pipe the manifold and eliminate the leaking water line underground. Technician ran the new 3/4 cold waterline through the attic all the way to the kitchen behind the sink. After waterline was ran, technician then proceeded to install a new 50 gallon Rheem marathon water heater. Mortar was restored to the home. Customer does not have any more leaks. Entrusted will come out to the customers home to give an assessment to do a dry out and drywall repair.

Upon arrival, customer should need water heater that needed flush and fill upon whole home. Inspection noticed rust in garbage disposal. Shower valve is old and should be replaced plus emergency shut off valves in kitchen and bathroom are old and not working. Sent estimate to landlord landlord will call when ready for any repairs to be done
Excellent

Customer has a leak coming from a water line behind the kitchen sink. Customer was able to pinpoint the issue because customer has a Flo by Moen device on the main valve outside and the device notified them when there was an issue. Customer also noticed water damage on the wall around the kitchen sink. Technician will give the customer an option for a leak search. That way we can identify where the leak is coming from and then come up with solutions to resolve their issues. While doing a brief inspection, technician also noticed that customers water heater has a small leak on the top of the unit. Job details: After locating the leak, technician came up with some solutions for the customer. Customer decided to install a new water heater and run a new line from their main water valve through the attic all the way to the kitchen. Technician will come back tomorrow on July 16th to complete the job. *because customer went with the new heater and re-pipe technician was able to give the

Customer had unfinished work from another plumber because it got late. When I arrived, I was briefed by the plumber on what I needed to do. Upon arrival, I cut the cold feed after shutting the water down and added a 3/4 x 3/4 x 1/2 tee to service the washing machine. The washing machine line was capped with a shark bite, and the wall was already cut. After teeing off of the three-quarter feed, I reduced to half inch and strapped the pipe to the wall per code. After making sure all of my joints were pressed I turned the water back on And checked for any leaks. There were no leaks. Customer was very satisfied.

We met with the homeowner today regarding a slab leak in the home. We’ve been to this property before and have already addressed multiple slab leaks, which confirms that the overall piping system in the ground is compromised. Because of this, we are recommending a whole house repipe to eliminate future issues and prevent further damage. We discussed the difference in cost between proceeding with a single line reroute with leak detection versus investing in a complete repipe of the home. The homeowner was given the option of doing just the leak search and repair for this individual line, or moving forward with the full system replacement. To help make the decision easier, we explained that if the homeowner chooses to move forward with the whole house repipe, the cost of today’s leak search and single line reroute will be fully credited toward the repipe. That way, he would not be paying for both separately—the cost is simply rolled into the larger job. We propose to reroute the entir

Upon trying to change the manifold in the master shower, I did not feel comfortable due to existing copper being in really bad shape. I’m going to submit another estimate to re-pipe the entire four-way manifold in the master shower. And trusted was contacted to possibly do the remodel. Also, customer did not want us to relocate the existing washer due to them not having the proper electric for the dryer so they want them both in one spot. We flushed the tankless heater as well I do not have service to collect payment so the office is responsible for collecting payment.

On arrival, found water coming out of exterior wall left side of home where water service enters. Open block wall on left side of home to expose three-quarter cold copper pipe with Loop leak. Cut and traced to right of water heater in garage wall. Opened to expose other end . Capped both ends. Turned water on no cold to washer. Gave estimate. Will return tomorrow to run reroute.
They say the truth.

We were dispatched to the customer’s residence following a report of a potential water leak. Upon arrival, the customer suggested the issue was related to the air conditioning system. After inspection, we confirmed that the leak was indeed coming from the AC unit. The customer informed us that an air conditioning company has been scheduled to address the issue. During our inspection, we also observed signs of erosion around the water heater’s expansion tank. Additionally, the water heater unit is dated 1999, indicating it is well beyond its expected service life. We will be providing the customer with a separate invoice regarding the condition of the water heater and potential replacement recommendations.

On arrival the customer showed us the whole home filtration system with UV light and explained how they were having to replace the salt in it every month and would have to have it throttled down so it doesn’t consume so much salt. After looking over the filtration system and UV light we wrote an estimate to refill the salt tank and change the UV light with either a generic brand or the OEM UV light. We will need to order the UV Light if going with the OEM light and come back on Wednesday to replace. The customer said the salt tank refill cost was to much to be doing every month and that if the system would need refilled every three months instead would make it more worth it. The customer signed and approved to order and install the OEM UV light. The water softener is now bypassed which was requested by the customer.

Upon entry into the home, customer brought us into the master bathroom and showed us the existing shower, diverter manifold and stem that he had already taken apart. Customer wanted an estimate to install new customer supply to shower, diverter manifold with trim set, matching the existing set. The customer proceeded to show us the laundry room area, which is located in the garage and customer wanted to reroute the existing hot cold and drain lines into a hall closet located just to the left of this existing location. I provided an estimate because customer did not want to move forward at this time. He is accepting other estimates.

We arrived to the homeowner house to find a slab leak in the laundry room. We explain to customer that we wold have to perform a leak search and cap both ends of the line. Home owner does not want to be left without water so he agreed for us to come back on Saturday. He also paid extra for it to be done on weekend.

This invoice is to provide services for a new P-trap due to the existing P-trap back falling, and it is an accordion trap. This estimate is also to repair the existing drain arm, located on the backside of the garbage disposal due to the boot, torn and leaking everywhere. Upon arrival I was shown to a running toilet and a leaking emergency shutoff valve. An estimate to replace the emergency shutoff valve and pull, do a minor rebuild, and reset the toilet was agreed on and after the work was complete I flushed the toilet about 10 times and waited a while to ensure the parts were operating properly and water was holding in the tank. I then checked the valve for proper functionality and leaks. It’s working fine and leak free. Recommend replacing the main valve and keeping an eye on the water heater
