Replaced water heater 50 gal Rheem checked all work for leaks and had customer test water for temperature. Jtp water heater’s come with 6 year warranty through jtp parts and labor.

Upon arrival maintenance showed me waterline leak in dumpster area. Gave customer option to install all new valves and add an emergency shut off valve for the event of any other leaks work can be done without shutting off building. At this time building management only wanted estimates will call back when ready for installation and repairs to be made

Upon arrival I was shown to a toilet leaking from the base when flushed. The cleanout in the back of the house was overflowing and the middle one was holding water. An estimate to clear it and reset the toilet was agreed on and after the work was done I ran the fixtures and the lines were draining freely and I test flushed the toilet multiple times to ensure the wax ring was sealed. From the point of the rear cleanout to the middle cleanout there were a couple of bellies in the cast iron pipe which causes frequent blockages and is a sign that the pipe is about to go and needs to be replaced

Customer is shopping around for heaters . Provided customer with estimate for water heater. Customer will contact office when ready for installation.

Customer had two dripping hose bibs, one bib was seized and also hard to turn. After removal of old bibs, and installation of new ones, we turned water to home on, and tested fixtures and job is completed…customer also had us hang a re-cycling water fountain in the front porch once water was connected with electricity we tested and job was completed, customer is satisfied..

Dig up 2” pvc line from washing machine line and install 55 gallon pvc drum for new drain field with filter fabric and stone to protect the drum from sand and dirt

Customer had city notify him of a high water bill, after evaluation leak was located at a hose bib on side on home. Hose bib was 1\2 inch, we shut water off at water meter, shut off to home is an old gate valve. We will send estimate for that gate valve to be replaced. Dripping hose bib was replaced with quarter turn style bib.. job is completed and water is turnt on customer is satisfied.

Customer Visit Summary: We met with the homeowner’s daughter, who showed us the faucets reported to be dispensing milky water. We explained that this is due to oxygen in the line. After flushing the water system, everything tested properly and is functioning as expected. Findings: • The milky appearance in the water was caused by oxygen and has been resolved. • The faucets experiencing slow flow are internally pressure-restricted. This is a built-in design feature and cannot be altered or repaired. Recommendations: • To improve water flow, you may either replace the faucet or install a new pressure regulator to increase pressure. • No further recommendations at this time.

Upon arrival customer showed me washing machine in a barn that was not draining. She explained to me they had a plumbing company before doing a makeshift drainfield. Give customer options to clear stoppage, pulled back trash bags. Customer informed me that they threw trash bags into the drain field could not clear drain gave customer option to install new 55 gallon drainfield for washing machine at this time. Took half deposit will return with machine to dig up drainfield and install new washing machine drainfield.

We removed and replaced a 75 gallon water heater with a reem power vent and brung it up to code. This estimate includes the permit fees & the JTP Club membership which gives a 10% discount **removed the circ pump at customers request**

Upon arrival to the location, mark was ready for my arrival. He said I can shut the water off when I was ready. After getting my things upstairs, I began draining the old water heater. I made sure to turn the circuit breaker off. Mark wanted to keep his existing pan intact because he mentioned there’s been problems in the past with the building getting leaks and he doesn’t want to risk anything. I told him that’s not a problem, I just made a hole on the new pan and laid it on top. Moreover, i made sure new water heater was in place before i made necessary connections. I then turned the water back on to the checked for leaks afterwards and none were detected. Remove toilet in order to remove obstruction from the toilet SOMETIMES UNINTENDED ITEMS GET FLUSHED DOWN THE DRAIN REQUIRING THE TOILET TO BE REMOVED TO GET IT OUT Removed clogged toilet paper holder from toilet, reinstalled and tested , no leaks observed.

Upon arrival to the location, I met with homeowner Matt who showed us inside the apartment. Mark showed us the 30 gallon water heater under the AC handler. The water heater is 18 years old, I told mark he’s on borrowed time, it’s currently working but he has 3 years in the apartment and figures he jumps on the heater before it jumps on him. There’s no electrical work that needs to happen, I did make him aware that we will pull a permit for installation. Moreover, I got him some options based on what was discussed and he mentioned it’s a little high. He had got another quote before us, which he showed us for $2050, which was a few hundred lower than our estimate. I expressed the difference in warranty, since the other estimate didn’t include labor warranty. I asked when would he decide on the estimate, he said tomorrow. I told him if it’s ok for me to follow up in the morning, he said that’s fine.

The customer brought our attention to a leak under the kitchen sink, specifically coming from the P-trap. Upon inspection, we confirmed that the P-trap was the source of the leak and needed to be replaced to prevent further water damage. Additionally, we inspected the four existing angle stops under the sink and recommended replacing them with new quarter-turn shut-off valves to prevent potential future leaks and ensure ease of operation. With the customer's approval, we proceeded with the replacement, enhancing the reliability and functionality of the kitchen's plumbing system. Furthermore, during this visit, we also flushed the water heater for the customer. This service was previously scheduled but had to be postponed due to a family emergency during our last visit. Flushing the water heater helps maintain efficiency and prolongs the unit’s lifespan by removing sediment buildup.

An estimate to replace it with a 55 gallon Rheem professional with a 6 year warranty on parts and labor and also a new ball valve for the heater was presented. They’re going to think about it and get back to us in a couple of days

When we arrived, we fixed the other issues the homeowner mentioned that were related to our previous install. Tested everything and it’s working to homeowner satisfaction. Adjusted toilet, two shower heads, and a shower trim with new handle.

Replaced shower cartridge in master bathroom and guest bathroom shower both moen posi temp cartridges and also replaced fillvalve in master bathroom . Checked all work leaks and function.

Came out to diagnose a shortage of hot water in the upstairs shower. An estimate to replace the shower cartridge was agreed on and after installation the water is getting hotter than it was before and staying hot as of right now.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me underneath the kitchen sink where the leak was. After evaluating the p-trap I saw that the nut was cracked. I provided an estimate to replace the p-trap with a new 1 1/2 tubular. The homeowner agreed to move forward with the replacement. I replaced the p-trap, and installed the new p-trap to test for leaks. There are no leaks and everything is draining good.

Customer called requesting toilet install supplied by them. When we arrived we noticed it was a customer skirted one piece toilet. Provided estimate for such scope of work to be done.at this time job has been completed. Customer was sent invoice for payment and final signature since he had left at the time of installation. On arrival, tenant allowed us into home she just moved into. We were contacted to come out by property manager to repair one toilet constantly leaking. Upon evaluating, we noticed multiple toilets were going through same issue. I decided to provide repair for both or just one tailored to the need of homeowner. When we spoke to property manager on phone to discuss options, he immediately stated we were way too expensive and he had other companies on speed dial more affordable. At this time we are still awaiting if he will approve or not.

I came out today for a home evaluation. Everything inside the home looks good. The only 2 things that I found that need replacing were the water heater and main valve. I provided an estimate for these two things. The homeowner is going to think about when they want to move forward with the scope of work, and also needs to speak with the HOA.
